Upscale custom home designed for large groups

We rented this house for our friends and family to stay at during our daughter’s wedding festivities. The house was immaculate and very well stocked with all kitchen, bath, and bedding we could need. The double dishwashers were a life saver! The teenagers enjoyed the game closet. There was plenty of room to sleep all 12 of us and feed/seat an additional 8. Thank you for all of the attention to detail!

I was looking for a home that could sleep about 15 people, that had enough dining room table space to eat and work, and a kitchen and living room that could accommodate a large group for a retreat. This home was so perfect! We had 15 people onsite and another 8 people staying at a nearby hotel. There is plenty of space to spread out, get your work done and socialize. We used the downstairs living room/dining room for retreat activities and we also had they entire group in the upstairs family room area with the huge theater screen for a zoom portion. That worked out great as well. The kitchen is well stocked, it's great having 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, the island allowed us to have food out as a buffet and to stand around in the evening sipping wine and nibbling on hors d'oeuvres. Beds were comfortable, house was immaculately clean...and much to our surprise, the garage has an electric car charger--which was great since one attendee was able to use that. Didn't have time to use the ping pong table or foosball. The owners state clearly that only 5 cars can be onsite. I was concerned about that but we managed it by having a few people stay at a local hotel and were allowed to keep the additional cars there since we registered extra names on the hotel rooms. It all worked out great! Owners were easy to work with. Home is easy to find and convenient to local stores and restaurants. Highly recommend for a large group retreat or large family gathering.

Spacious, well appointed home capable of handling a crowd. Our party of seven had lots of elbow room. All but 2 had their own bedrooms. Ping pong table and foosball were a nice touch. Hosts responsive to our needs. We recommend this property to anyone with a number of guests.

This home allowed our family of 11 to enjoy quality time together. There was space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was easy to navigate and well stocked with essential items. We made breakfast every morning. The teen grandsons enjoyed the ping pong table.I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a comfortable group stay!

This was a great house for my large family to stay in during our recent visit. The number of bedrooms for adults and the bunk rooms for kids were perfect. The large kitchen and two dining room tables accommodated the 12 of us easily. The kids and adults enjoyed the video games, ping pong and foosball. The neighborhood was great and quiet. Our only small issue was the fruit flies. There was garbage in the kitchen and garbage and recycling in the garage that harbored all these fruit flies that came into the house and were a little annoying. But overall this is a perfect setting for a large family vacation! Would definitely stay there again!

This property was excellent for our large group. The location was wonderful - perfect distance from downtown and also easy drive out to Cannon Beach and to Multnomah Falls/Columbia River Gorge. Would 100% recommend this property. The double washer/dryer was a wonderful touch!

This is the third time my group of friends has stayed in this house. Lots of bedrooms, well-appointed kitchen, and two large tables with ample seating makes it an excellent fit for our annual extended board gaming weekends.

Place was big enough for 10 of us and a toddler. Great viewing area upstairs. The two sets of laundry machines was very convenient. We definitely plan on staying here again if we are up there.

The house was excellent, with plenty of room for everyone. It was nice to have two tables for eating. The backyard was great for the children. It was very convenient to have 2 dishwashers available. Plenty of kitchen items, including plenty of plates and silverware The large screen with a projector in the second floor was a nice addition. Very large garage and additional parking in front of it.

Everything we needed for a large group. It was great having an extra washer/dryer, dishwasher and plenty of showers.

We had a wonderful long weekend! Everything we wanted in the kitchen was here, plenty of space for 8 people, and everything is well maintained! Very easy stay for our group. It's hard to find places with separate places for groups that aren't a bunch of couples, which made this a great option for us.

This home is set up for large family gatherings. There is plenty of space to spread out as well as nice spaces to gather together.

We had a group of 14 adults who did not necessarily know each other well before the weekend. The layout of the home was perfect for getting to know each other and not having to hide out in a bedroom for privacy. Would stay there again.

This was, hands down, one of our best vrbo experiences. A group of us has been renting houses for 8-10 people for a long weekend of board games for over a decade, and this was the best house we've experienced. The house is well appointed with quality furnishings with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, ample seating options, and two good sized dining room tables. Unlike many rentals for large groups, nothing felt cheap or second rate. Doors were solid, bedrooms were nicely insulated for sound, tested by some pretty strong snorers in our group (although there is some street noise in the downstairs bedroom during the peak of the morning commute). All the bathrooms had high quality toilet paper, which we very much appreciated and show the hosts' care for the experience of the guests rather than maximizing profit. Overall, an excellent experience and one of the easiest conversations about where to host our event next year that we've ever had.

House was as listed. Host was responsive to questions. Large family Christmas was very good in this home. Would rent again.

Our son moved to Portland in August Due to this move, our family wanted to make a big trip out west. The house provided the perfect getaway for our family. There was plenty of room and the accommodations were excellent. The location allowed us to visit the coast, Portland and Mount Hood area. The owners responded to all of our questions and made it a very easy transaction. Highly recommend!

We had 2 adults and 15 girls on a soccer team at the house. It was a perfect house for the team. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. Plenty of bathrooms, laundry capacity, and hot water for all the girls. The big dining room tables and living room areas were perfect for meals, homework, and hanging out. The house was even well stocked with board games for extra entertainment. Check in/check out was seamless and great communication from the owner. House was even better than we expected!

Stayed here with relatives for my sons wedding. Absolutely wonderful place for a large group. Absolutely well done to accommodate big group and very nice furnishings. No cheap or barely acceptable stuff like many VRBO places. Full game closet. Lots of extras. Paper products, trash bags, dishes… everything you need to be comfortable. Thank you to hosts. I wanted a weekend away for my birthday with nothing but board games and friends and an awesome house. Check to all three. This house will accomadate all of your group needs, plenty of open space to hang out, all of the ammenities. The owner's were very communicative with the couple questions I had, and they have a darling story about the house. Will definitely stay here again.

Property is as listed. Plenty of space for 7 adults and 2 children, with extra bedrooms. Great location for us. Communication with host was very easy. Only thing we had problems with was regulating the cooling in the house. The stat kept going into set back and would set to 90 so the house got really hot while we were gone for the day or at night. Otherwise was a great stay!!

The host was extremely responsive to messages. Also have extra appliances like 2 dishwashers, was amazing for our large group.

Everything was perfect. SO grateful for this space that was perfect for our group. Everyone loved it. The set-up was ideal, the communication with the host was fantastic, and it met our needs ideally. We will definitely be staying here again.
