Our check in was quick and easy. Breaskfast options were perfect. Fitness area was small, but had necessary equipment. Cleanliness was great. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

Staff were great. Always brought us whatever was needed quickly, and very friendly. Room was also perfectly fine, very nice lighting, designs, great bed. The rooms are worth it for sure. Pool and hot tubs looked larger online, and need to be upgraded. It was a little disappointing driving from Winnipeg for a good pool/hot tub to see that. The jets in the hot tubs barely blow, and the hot tubs were barely warm. One appeared to have a filter not working so it had lots of what looked to be skin flakes. Besides that everything was good. The pool room just needs a face lift. Thanks to staff for being so great. Shower was good, they provide products for that. Also breakfast was included.

Very nice location and building except for 1 elevator seemed like it needs service, door was making noise. When checking out I wanted to pay cash, the lady was not coming to the front desk for awhile. Was very quiet at around 9:45 am Tuesday

We enjoyed our stay. I noticed some staining on a pillowcase and the sheets on one of the beds but otherwise the rooms were clean. The pool was good but it could have been more kid friendly (no kiddie pool or slide). We also enjoyed the breakfast, lots of options and the coffee was great! Overall it suited our needs for a one night stay.

I did like that there are 2 hot tubs in the pool area.. The pool is on the smaller side. But there were towels available and it was clean in that area. Checked into the room and went to put drinks in the room fridge and there was still food and drinks in there from previous people that had stayed. So the fridge was not cleaned or even emptied out. Bed was comfortable as was the pillows. Room was hot so turned the air on at 60 for sleeping and normally I like it warmer it just made it tolerable. Pancake machine at breakfast was broke down (out of order) which should be indicated when booking. In my mind if it was broken then get a griddle and start making pancakes to throw in a warmer. Not hard at all. Also the egg warmer was empty and when i asked if it would be filled the staff was not friendly and snapped and said "he\'s working on it" which i did not appreciate the attitude.

Very clean facility with friendly staff. We had a false fire alarm go off at 3 in the morning one evening. We all had to leave the hotel and wait for staff to give the okay to return. Very frustrating.

Staff were attentive and friendly. Check in was quick and informative. Room was comfortable, modern, and clean. However, the water pressure was extremely low and we could hear people in the room above us walking/running late at night (not complaining about their movement, more about how the sound wasn't muffled enough). It was also difficult to sleep, we were woken up by semi trucks using their J-breaks driving nearby.

Receptionist was grest and we had a super quick check-in experience. The breakfast had a good variety of both hot and cold items. The only negative was the housekeeping service, which, over the course of 3 nights was non-existent as we practically had to beg to have the trash removed, and coffee supplies and towels were not replaced, nor was the room refreshed.

We received no information at check in. We weren’t told when breakfast was, where the elevators were, pool hours nothing! We had called early in the day to see if we could stay in our same room as I booked one night and my daughter booked one night. We were told it was fine however upon arrival it wasn’t done . She assured us she would look after it but we will check again this morning to be sure it’s done as we have left all our luggage and purchased in my (mothers) room
