We were supposed to stay for two nights but my son got ill after the first night. Spoke to the front desk and they said it was no problem to cancel the second night for a full refund. But since we booked through hotels.com, they said to contact them. So we left and headed back to canada. Called hotels.com on the ride home and the hotel refused to refund the money. Complete scammers The room was also filthy, shower was full of mold and hotel was super noisy all night long. Very difficult for children to sleep
