Check in/check out was great. Super friendly staff. One of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in, and I’m very picky. Renee(I think that’s how it was spelled) was my housekeeper and she did amazing! Pool and hot tub definitely need a good deep clean. Keep up the good work!

We stayed 4 nights while in town for a family event. Check-in was easy, and the person at the front desk was friendly and professional. The breakfst buffet was great! Well-stocked with a good variety of food. My kids loved the pancake machine. The pool is really small, but it was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping was kind of minimal while we were there, which is fine. The bathroom was cleaned and towels refreshed every day. The beds weren't made every day, but I think that was because we had stuff on the beds, and they didn't want to mess around with it. Good policy in my mind. Check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing staff, everyone we meet was so kind, from checking in to having breakfast. I forgot my phone charger in our room & they called me to let me know so we could go back & get it! The only downside we had was parking, we had a trailer with us & there parking lot is NOT trailer friendly. It is so sloped that our trailer bottomed out just trying to get out of checking in! We had to park on the road as well.

Only thing i would say is i initially book room with cc and planned on paying at location however, entire payment came out of first card. Then when i get there hotel staff request another cc and that takes the whole payment again. So i paid double of 2 seperate charges. Other then that it was ok.

Check in was great. Staff was very friendly and warming. Room was beautiful. Loved the space. Went about my business, completed what I needed to do. On Sunday, we were leaving the room. We were rushing our grandson in the shower. It was 11:08 am. And we get a call from the front desk. He wanted us out of the room NOW! I was already rushing my grandson and then to call me and stress me even more, NOT COOL! He ruined my morning and got me in this funk that I had to meditate to get out of. Who wants to be pissed off when you are trying to enjoy your grandsons? What a jerk! I realize I was 8 minutes passed checkout. I can see how that hurt your hotel, right?

The rooms were cleaning, cozy, and comfortable. The beds were nice and we loved how much room we had to walk around the room. The nightlight in the bathroom was the perfect added touch! The lady who worked the breakfast rush was outstanding, she deserves a raise! She was friendly, efficient, and ran around the entire time managing everyone’s needs.
