Wonderful customer service! Beds were very comfortable! Air conditioning was great! Facility was very clean. Check in and check out was super easy and fast. Pool appeared very clean, but we did not use it. Breakfast was good- lots of options for cold and hot food. Breakfast hours were very convenient and so where the check out/check in hours. If ever visiting Tupelo again, we will be staying here!

We have stayed in this hotel three different times now and it is always very clean. The staff is friendly and it has always been a very quiet place to stay. There’s also a Texas roadhouse right out in front of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The people were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I noticed that made me give it a not perfect score on cleanliness is there were dirty footprints and dried stuff on the floor of the elevator. I will be booking again here for a date in December.

Definitely not as clean as the reviews state. Our floor tile was filthy. Bathrooms could have definitely been cleaner and the breakfast that everyone raved about was nothing to rave about. Out of coffee, out of forks, waffle machine wasn’t working, no cream cheese for the bagels. The omelets were good and family said the biscuits and gravy were good. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and was thrilled that it was easy to find, and get to. The staff was always friendly, and the breakfast was great. We had a king suite on the third floor and was pleasantly surprised that it had a vaulted ceiling, which made it feel very open and spacious. Everything was clean and in good working order. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was excellent. Was not their fault the pipe broke in the attic and caused fire alarm and evacuation. Had a first floor, front room and the road noise was terrible. Bed was hard as concrete. Enough to want to stay elsewhere next time. Breakfast was good as always.

Our room had two easily visible stains on the floor, but the size of the room was nice. We were right by the stairwell and exit so the doors were slamming throughout the night which made it hard to get a good night sleep. The worst part though was that they didn’t have waffles for breakfast.

Every time we've gone to Orange Beach we've stopped here going and coming from Orange Beach. This time we only stopped on our way back because they had a band competition in town and was booked so we had to stay at another location in Tupelo and sorry we did. Every employee I have dealt with has been very friendly, very professional, and always helpful. Some places you go to year after year you see it go down in quality but the years I've been staying here, the place looks as good as the first time I stayed there and will continue to stay when traveling that direction!

Checked in without a reservation and got their rate. I showed them the rate on Expedia thinking they would just match it. Wouldn’t do it so I did it on my phone, easy. They had me swipe my card which I thought would just be for “incidentals”. Turns out they billed me their full rate which is now on my statement. Several calls and they still haven’t refunded me.

I prepaid on expedia. The hotel charged my card again at check in, took two people to correct problem (so I thought). Reviewed credit card today to see they charged me AGAIN, then credited THAT charge, meaning the ORIGINAL OVERCHARGE WAS NEVER CREDITED. I called front desk today for him to tell me to deal with this through Expedia.. I reiterated this is the HOTEL charging me, NOT Expedia. He then said call back later to get a manager! This is nuts. This hotel needs to figure out what they’re doing and train staff properly. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card company.

However the girl said she was going to call me when the room was ready… 2 hours went by and nothing so I just went back and apparently she didn’t pass it along to the next shift so I was waiting for how long extra is anyone’s guess. Just an overnight stop whilst driving the Trace .. not convenient to centre of Tupelo but a good meal had at the Outback Steakhouse. Breakfast fine the usual inn type help yourself but plenty of it coffee was good !
