We had to switch rooms 4 times. Tv wouldn’t work. 2nd room someone had previously took a crowbar or something and broke into it. You could see the outside and door would not open. 3rd room AC would not work. Only gave me a $14 discount for the 2 nights I had paid for.

The dirtiest room I’ve ever seen! My mistake for not reading the reviews from past customers who had to endure a sleepless night in nasty conditions at an unsafe hotel. I brought some cleaning supplies and my own towels luckily but the floors were so gross they had dog crap in piles, urine and blood on the bathroom floors and wall. We cleaned for a couple hours to just be able to use the bathroom an bought blankets to lay on and cover with. I still feel disgusted with the pure filth. No way the floors have been mopped in the last 4 months at least!! Health department should shut them down.

I would take this motel off your choice. This place was so gross. Did not clean room at all, toothpaste in sink, dirty toilet, countertop dirty, stains on sheets and comforter. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

The first room they had us in had not been cleaned. Garbage in the trash can. None of the outlets worked. The next day my daughter woke up itching with red welps on her. We turned down the sheets and there was bedbugs!!! Went to the office. No apologies from management. They did call housekeeping. I thought they might compensate us a night but they didn’t. I had to go buy Benadryl and itch cream for my daughter.

When i walked in my room after a long day at work, i walk in my room and it was not clean at all! I took picture's when i walked in that room, only reason why i didn't go to that office and tell them about my room bc it was already after midnight and i had to be at work at 7 am.... i will not be staying there anymore and i think i should get my refund back for that room...if u need to see the photos i will be glad to send them to you.. reach out and call me 662-370-9677...its not letting me add the photos...

First off the room had mold coming out through the flooring. There were occupants of another room that was having a hotel party that woke us up out of our sleep. When we called the office to make a complaint about the noise that was coming from another room and outside no one answered. My husband happened to be getting back into the bed and noticed that there was bed bugs in the bed we were sleeping in. We went to the office to speak with them regarding this and the young lady was rude and had a nonchalant attitude. When we asked about our money back we were told that would not happen. Needless to say we spent the remainder of our night sleeping in our truck.

Their room numbers are a bit strange. When you get to the top floor, there's room 225, and then it jumps all the way over to room 229. Room 226 is on the complete opposite side, and the room before that one is room 224. The doors need to be replaced—we had to slam ours to get it to lock in place—and the deadbolts need to be updated because they're just latches on the wall that you put in front of the door.

I booked this property because we traveled with our bicycles and wanted to back in in front of the door on the first level. The bed was comfortable and the room clean enough though found hair and a pill on the floor. My main concern was other tenants and activity at the motel. Very noisy coming and going all hours of the evening and night. Seems like sketchy activity would not stay here again.

Checked in Thur. afternoon, went out and got back to room at 9:00 PM showered and went to bed. Friday got back to room about 9:30 PM. Housekeeping had not been in, our dirty towels were still on bath room floor. Front desk told us could get clean towels at 10:30 AM. We were leaving for the day at 8:00 AM. Got back at 9:00 PM. Still no clean towels, Front desk told us to go to laundry room. Got 2 small towels.

We did not realize it was a celebration holiday. It was very loud in parking lot near our room. Party lasted till we complained at 11pm. Manager/staff asked the group to quiet down and we were able to get a good rest.

The staff helped us fix a mixup with the booking. Accidentally booked a smoking room, and Hotels.com wouldn't allow me to change, and no Hotels.com agents would respond. The hotel staff worked around it and moved us to a non-smoking room at no charge!
