Ac in the hallways must have been broken, they had portable swamp coolers in the hallway with blowers moving the air around, room had issues, broken dresser drawers, cracked paint and drywall in spots, hair dryer was busted and rusted, shower curtain holder / rod was broken where it attaches to the wall, Tied for the worst extended stay I have ever stayed at Also, they charge a fee for parking, not staying there again

The website says there was shuttle from airport, however that does not exist. The room was also very outdated.

No airport transfer even though it’s close to the airport. Just provide a shuttle, folks. Hotel has torn flooring, damaged door frames and furniture. The staff started yelling up and down the hallways starting at 8 am. Unacceptable. Hotel was loud all night long. The front desk guy wasn’t rude but he isn’t friendly or hospitable either. It was just okay for the money but I had no choice as it was the only place with open rooms. I was in a pet friendly room and it kinda smelled. I would not stay again given other choices.

arrived on thanksgiving had to wait 15 minutes to have someone check me in. they said the sprinklers had activated and that they were drying the walls. the fans they had blowingwere extremely loudand they refused to put me on a different floor. so i did not get any sleep. worst experiance i ever had.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Old building with paper thin walls and NO amenities. Had a kitchenette with completely empty cabinets- not a glass or a dish or even a paper towel . Just one roach crawling under the counter. No extra blanket or pillow. There was coffee and packaged muffins available in the morning. I really resented paying $12.50 to park in their very dark lot for the night.

Water dripping from the lobby ceiling, bed was hard as a board, huge burns on bathroom sink. Overall just an unclean place. No airport shuttle

Hotel was a construction zone. No carpets in the halls. It smelled. Room was dirty & dingy. Hotel staff was never at front desk, had to wait and call out several times before someone would come out from the back. Staff was not pleasant at all with the exception of a gentleman that worked the grave yard. He was super friendly. Breakfast was nothing but coffee and granola bars. Due to the football game all other hotels were fully booked therefore had no choice but to stay. Worst hotel stay ever. Parking is also $12.50 a night.

The room was clean however the furniture was very old, some extremely worn out or even damaged. Tye entrance smelled heavy weed. I even took a photo of the broken drawer so that I was not charged for it. It was very worn out as well as other pieces of furniture. There was a kitchenette but there were no utensils or dishes which is usually a standard in most extended stays that I have stayed. To be fair, I am sure once upon a time they might have had some kitchen items and they might have been stolen or damaged based on my observations. The area was safe very close to Philly airport. Parking is paid ($12.50 per day) but it was clearly stated in the description so I was aware of it and I find it reasonable due to being close to the airport. The A/C runs constantly even if the set temperature is achieved so we had to turn it off from the plug. The noise was unbearable such that we risked being cold but we could not sleep because the bed is very close to the unit and the room is considerably smaller than usual extended stay rooms elsewhere. The bottom line is ‘you get what you pay for’. This was one of our cheapest stays, literally and figuratively.

There was a leak in the lobby and and it was dirty

Will not stay here again. The hotel utilizes one iPad to check into their several hundred room hotel and the process has multiple steps that takes the check in person 7-8 minutes per person to check them in. We waited forty minutes to get checked in. The roof was leaking and the floor was wet so they were utilizing large fans that were loudly blowing while we all stood in line. Once we got our room, there was a giant hole in the wall where the water shut off is and the window opened all of the way up without a safety or a screen. I walked under a dripping spot in the roof that didn’t have a bucket under it yet… management needs to change their operating system and use something better rhan manual paper filling out and an iPad. Unacceptable

The staff was great, customer service was great, but my room had roaches and smelled terrible.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was disgusting. The floors were so dirty I had to lay down the bed sheets just so my toddler could walk around without touching them. The fridge was filthy—covered in grime and looked gray from all the dirt. To make matters worse, the bathroom had visible mold in multiple places. I don’t know how this place is even allowed to operate in that condition. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially families.

I was bit by bed bugs all over after 1 day of staying here due to a flight cancellation. Accommodations were not great and the rooms were generally dirty. There was hair, crumbs, and dust all over the bed, the trash can was broken, the door knob was broken, and the heater was very dusty. Overall expensive for the quality of the hotel. Would not recommend.

Dirty, smelly, stained countertops, broken furniture, cockroaches in the sinks… this has it all. Patched holes in the wall, door that’s been kicked open… other a good bed, that’s about it.

This was terrible experience. Very dirty room, there was a use towels on the bathroom, dirty floors, broken tv, broken curtains. Terrible beds, the bed linen stinks like cigarettes, the building smell like weed and cigarettes. We have too leave in the middle of the knight because of how disgusting it was.

Are you ready? This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to! The hallways are funky. The stairwells smell horrendous because they have community trash cans in them on each floor. I had two rooms and both were absolutely DISGUSTING. The hot water doesn’t work in any of the sinks. Only the hot water in my second room’s bathroom worked but I had to run it for 15 minutes for it to get warm. The bathrooms are trifling (the tub was decent). The bed was decent. All the furniture is either damaged, stained or broken. I’m such a simple person, I’m not boujee at all, so for me to say these things IT’S THE HONEST TRUTH! Now onto the good… The staff was decent. They tried to accommodate me as best as they could. There were a few dead bugs in each room BUT there weren’t any active bugs running around. I didn’t experience any bed bugs. It’s close to the airport and a Wawa. All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free. I hate writing bad reviews but it has to be done. I have to protect other travelers and guest.

I have never seen hotel that super bad. I stayed for one night only and paid $120. I got pretty much traumatized. Walked into the room with fully of cigarettes smell(I’m not smoker), there’s no comforter or blanket, just a sheet. Normal hotel or model will give you at least 4 pillows, stuck with three pillows. Stain everywhere from kitchen counter to bathroom counter, to the carpets. Broken draws. Lastly, there’s roaches everywhere. ROACHES everywhere, different sizes of roaches! I don’t know how this hotel pass the health inspection or any type of inspection. But no, I will not stay there again. I do suggest people to think twice before booking.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've even been too. Roaches everywhere, tub was dirty, blood stains on pillows, refrigerator was dirty with Roaches, burn marks on the bathroom sink, Roaches in the toilet, Roaches coming out the door handles. Soon as you walk in the room it smelled old. Stains on the furniture, i pulled back the sheets on the bed, and it a roach! This place needs to be shut DOWN! I ended up checking out, and couldn't get a refund.

I was afraid my truck would be broken into bc I had a lot of suitcases and belongings in it. There were random people in the parking lot that didn’t seem to be staying there. It’s important to know that the people working here were lovely… And proximity to the airport is very good and the housekeeping department was more than adequate in that as much as it could be the room was quite clean. That being said this place needs an angel. It was absolutely beyond shabby. Torn headboard, no mattress, cover, dented and marked up refrigerator in the room. The whole thing was in desperate need of repair. It definitely seemed like some sort of transient housing property.

I couldn't sleep because of the creaking sound in my bed. The inside feels so messy because it's too old. The bathtub doesn't drain, so it's hard to wash

This place was a total dive. I did not feel safe and checked out two nights early. I'm not entirely confident that I will get my money refunded either, even though the attendant said the manager would issue the credit later. The property was extremely run down, paint chipped everywhere, a dank, musty smell permeated the place. Fingerprints and smears on the woodwork. Also, a very disturbing white smear of something (I don't want to contemplate) was on the bed skirt. It was God-awful. I cannot discourage potential travellers to avoid this place strongly enough.

My room was old furnished the tv was not working right the bed was low and we didnt have cups or ice or anything

We were on a rushed 2 day trip and wanted something close to the Philly airport. I thought Extended Stay would be a good choice. This particular location looked a little worn but our room was pitiful. The clock didn’t work and the front desk said it would have to wait until maintenance came in the next day. We went for dinner and came back to find only one 1 of the 3 lamps worked. The faucet in the tub was rusted and dripping and the vents were crusted with dirt. Thankfully I had Clorox wipes to clean off the heating unit and TV remote. If we weren’t leaving at 3 am I would have requested a different room.

Mattress was terrible

3 drawers were missing drawer faces, counters and mattress stained, found a cockroach in my room (alive). I have never stayed in a hotel in such awful condition. I have a video if anyone is intersted. It was gross.

My experience with the staff was good . However the rooms need upgrading .

booked my hotel, the reservation confirmation sent me to another hotel. The people at the front desk at that hotel said it happens all the time. They were nice enough to call Extended Stay to confirm my reservation before I made the journey. Extended Stay confirmed they were overbooked, even though they had my reservation, and did not have a room for me. So at midnight, after a long day of travel, and with a 7am flight the next morning, I had to book a new hotel. The extra fun part was Extended Stay did not want to give me a refund for the prepaid room that I never got to sleep in. They denied it several times before they relented and finally refunded me.

The check in staff Nikki and Derrick were great. Unfortunately, the room floor was filthy and the door wasn’t locked when I went to the room. I did not feel safe to stay here and checked out. The front desk would not return my deposit and would not give me a paper receipt showing I checked out.

The hotel was full. My confirmed reservation was not honored. I want a refund.

Staff was not present and did not accommodate or inform me either before or when I arrived that it was no rooms. When asked for a solution possibly they abruptly turned me down.

Showed up and they told me they oversold the hotel at 11:30 at night. Took me 3-4 hours to find and get to another hotel. They didn’t care in the slightest. Just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry.

I made a reservation here through Expedia. I needed somewhere to spend the night after a 20 hour day of traveling involving canceled flights and delays. (I ultimately was rerouted to Philly but I live in CT, so I needed somewhere to stay). I had called hours earlier to confirm my reservation and to inform them of my late arrival and ask about an airport shuttle. They said they no longer have an airport shuttle and I would need to take a cab. They made no mention that they were overbooked. When my flight landed after midnight I took a cab to the hotel as instructed. I arrived at about 1:00 am. As soon as I walked in the employee at the front desk said “you’re going to be upset, we have your reservation but we have no rooms. You can call for a refund.” He also said, he had only arrived for work at 11pm and found out then. He then suggested I walk down the street to a different hotel and see if they had any vacancies. He didn’t call ahead and help me find somewhere else to stay. He didn’t call me a cab. He just sent me (a solo female traveler) into the streets at 1:00 am to wander and hope I found somewhere to stay at that hour. At a minimum, the hotel should have informed me immediately that my reservation was cancelled (which apparently happened at or before 11pm) to save me the time and money on the taxi, and allow me to safely find a room from the airport without wandering the streets desperately at 1am. Unacceptable. Avoid extended stay America and Expedia at all costs.

The place stinks but the staff was horrible. They charge me a deposit that was never refunded back. I had to contact my bank to fight with them. Staff hung up on me whenever i call to ask for updates. Sounds like the lady I spoke to was having a very bad day and transferred her frustration over

Great stay. Not as described by previous guest. I did not see one bug as previously described. Laundry soap not available as sign stated in laundry room. Please steam clean carpets. Easy access to airport, bus and train. Front desk crew extremely nice. One thing I did not like, upon entering our room there was a knock on the door asking if we checked in. What do you mean? Not even 5 minutes after trying to settle down. Oh well. Hopefully they won’t do typos to someone else in the near future.

1st room had bugs in the bed. The 2nd the door was open and a homeless man sleeping in the room. We left and have asked for a refund.

I had to have an important hassle-free passenger arrival pickup at the airport early in the morning. I stayed overnight to be close to the arrivals terminal. I was surprised at how easy it was. Good value, I had a kitchen and fridge, more than everything I needed for my purpose. Quiet, comfortable, got some sleep. Surprisingly really good strong coffee in the morning. Checking in and out they had plexiglass over the counter and the staff spoke softly, so it was a little difficult hear. Rooms could use some upgrades, but suitable. Would have liked some USB ports, but there weren't any. Overall, I'd make this my go-to for the Philadelphia airport for an inexpensive place to stay close by.

I cancelled because no shuttle from airport. To and from airport would add another 20. 00 so no thank you. Rebook and saved.

It fulfilled the need of a bed for our early flight. If I had to do it again though, I would opt for the up charge and stay at the Hilton next door.

Bad experience. The hotel is too bad. I paid to have breakfast but only coffee with muffins and a cereal bar were available.

I was disappointed about this hotel. I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of noise both from A/C in the room and the unruly occupants. Also, no staff was on duty the whole night to make report to. There was poor TV service in the room without remote. We also informed online while booking that there is breakfast. We found out it was coffee. The one that broke the camel’s back was parking lot has to be paid for and we had to pay $100 security deposit. This the worst hotel I have ever lodged. I wish and hope all my money is refunded because the service was terrible. I will never stay at any Extended stay hotel again.

We really do not like our stay. It is totally different than the discription in Hotels.com. The breakfast do not exist. There are important wrong information in the site, like 1 minute from the airport and it is a lie. It is not a hotel but a motel. We never will come back.

I didn't like that the room was dirty, some lights didn't work, I had to be moved because both rooms were locked, at night they turn off the internet, the breakfast bars and muffins served for breakfast were moldy.

Felt bad for front desk agent. Hotel was overbooked. Some rooms were not cleaned and ready to be occupied. Guest were very unhappy. My room was clean enough to stay in after traveling 3hours in bad weather. To tired to find abothe hotel. Rooms need some deep cleaning, paint refresh. AC had a musty smell to it. Bathroom has cigarette burns at the sink. Toilet seat was loose. No Ice machine in the entire hotel. Definitely wouldnt stay here again.

The linens where clean, but the bed, counters, bathroom and walls were dingy and run down. More than one bug was seen. I didn\'t use the shower. The hallway smelled of sweat and the "breakfast" was a hostess pastry and coffee. For the price point I didn\'t expect much more but cleaner facilities would have been nice.

The property was being updated during my stay which I understand. Unfortunately they were working to the room right next to my room. It was loud, smelled strongly of marijuana, and there was it least two cockroaches in my room. One was behind my bed and one was in the kitchen area. The “breakfast” was nutrigrain bars and coffee. My Uber drivers suggested I not leave the hotel on a walk saying “I wouldn’t go out if I was you.”
