I mistakenly booked the wrong Saturday, within an hour I called to move it to the following weekend. They would not budge. They said I booked a non-refundable room. I did not want a refund, I wanted the correct weekend. I stayed elsewhere. I was very disappointed with them and hotels.com. In defense of hotels.com, the staff member that lobbied on my behalf was very nice.

The room was clean and comfortable; it was replete with all the amenities including full refrigerator, oven, microwave, kitchen sink and TV. The bathroom was roomy and very functional. The breakfast was really amazing with a plethora of choices. Everything tasted great. The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating. Parking was easy and safe. I would visit this hotel again and again.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, parking was a breeze. Room was clean but the bed was very uncomfortable, very hard.
