Overall the property was fine and clean for the most part. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok definitely nothing special with limited choices even for a continental breakfast. I picked the property hopeful to enjoy the hot tub but the jets on the hot tub do not work.

This was the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn Express properties all over the world. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again

Quick check in by Stephanie. Room heat was not working but after reporting, Josh showed up pretty soon and in < 10 minutes replaced the entire unit and had warm air. Quite impressive actually. Room was fine, but don’t book near a freeway or else take earplugs!

My family and I stopped in on our way home to Florida. We just needed a good place to sleep. Everything was great except for the shower drainage. Nothing is worse than showering and standing in your own shower water.

The room was clean, comfortable and close to the front ice machine, indoor pool. The only draw back, the handicapped accessible bathroom only had one grab bar and the toilet was down to the ground Not very conducive to someone who is disabled.

Clean and comfortable. Only weak point was breakfast. There at about 8:40am and nothing was left of toast or English muffins or even bagels. May not seem like much but after 8 weeks of driving around country we grew to expect certain things at a holiday inn express. This breakfast overall was very poorly prepared as we and other guests talked about.

The room was perfect, the check-in was easy, however, the complementary breakfast was slow, they ran out of everything quickly with not that many people in the dining room, and we had to wait over 30 minutes for one attendant to refill the pancake batter. Small children were anticipating having pancakes and had to wait. We felt so bad for them, we tried to assist and ended up, leaving and eating at the waffle House.
