Love this hotel. Great area. Front desk was great. Night stuff guy Cody was very friendly. However for a hotel that nice you would think they’d have a bigger or deeper pool. It’s very small and only 4.5 deep. Get more than 2 families and you can forget swimming. And the pullout sofas are extremely uncomfortable. The couch however was very comfortable to sleep on. I highly recommend but be warned of the pool and pullout sofa

Every year over Christmas break I take my grandchildren on an overnight and Homewood Suites is where we LOVE to stay. Convenient, indoor pool, great staff, tasty breakfast, comfortable with suites large enough to accommodate the whole bunch, we look forward to our stay every year!

Hands down the best hotel experience we've had as a family with young kids. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options. Our kids loved the pool, basketball court, and mini golf. We also liked that there were dining options within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

Having the large refrigerator with freezer, the microwave and fully stocked kitchen was great. It is nice to drink a cup of tea from a mug instead of a paper cup. Even though the remote in the living room didn't work, we could use the remote from the bedroom for both TVs. The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable but the extra blanket was so nice. Loved the large bathtub. Shared some laughs with the staff, which were excellent. Plan to stay there whenever I am in Wichita.

Dare I say I chose for our our family to stay here for one night because of all the 5-star reviews? The staff was very courteous, our 2 bedroom queen suite was perfect for a family of 4, which included our 16 and 13 year olds. I specifically chose this setup since there was also a sleeper sofa but neither kid wanted to give up the bed, so I can’t speak to the pull-out’s comfort! 😂 The included breakfast buffet was terrific and included scrambled eggs, smoked sausage, waffles, fruits, breads, cereal, 3 kinds of hot chocolate, biscuits & gravy, and “donut holes” which I assumed were little pancake balls until my kids asked one of the staff what they were. To note: we were driving from west TN to Frisco, CO, so Wichita was the perfect halfway point. Once we knew we’d make it to Wichita, I started looking for hotels and it was between this and the Drury Inn. Drury was a bit cheaper until I noticed that Homewood Suites included parking and the breakfast buffet, not to mention the best reviews. We wished we would’ve had time to check out the basketball court/goal (unsure if it was half or full) and putt-putt. Maybe next time!

MY TV remote didn't work so I couldn't change or even turn off my TV the entire stay, I was there to relax so I didn't ever call to get it fixed it was just one more thing I didn't want to have to deal with so TV stayed on welcome screen all 4 days.

Great looking place overall. It was clean, there’s spacious rooms, super friendly staff, and great free breakfast. Personally the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and messed my neck and back up for the next couple days. Too firm. Plus, the walls seemed extremely thin. We could hear everything above and next to us all night, which kept our 9 month old up.

Wonderful experience! We were in town for an anniversary weekend, and when the staff that Homewood Suites found that out, they brought to our room a cute little snack care package for my husband and I as well as helped me by making reservations at an upscale steak house. We will definitely come back again to this hotel!

What an amazing experience!! We were here just one night for my birthday. Went out to eat and upon returning to our room we found a bag of goodies and a handwritten birthday card from Sayge who was was working the front desk that afternoon and evening!! THAT is the epitome of ADDED VALUE customer service!! That kind of personalized service touched our hearts and made us customers for life!! We will recommend this place to everyone!!

Was there for a birthday staycation for my son. It was in a good location not downtown where we could do all the activities we had planned. The room was plenty big enough for him his two friends my old lady and our other son and no one slept on the floor. Definitely recommend

Beautiful suite with a full kitchen. Loved the walking paths around the building. Staff was always very responsive. Breakfast items rotated hot dishes and was delicious. Only con is that happy hour is now only once a week in Wednesdays which will likely have their lowest attendance.

Very clean property, stay here a lot when we come to town. Price on occasion is pricey, but you know you’ll always get a clean property! They only have happy hour on Wednesday which will cater to mostly business travelers. But other hotels usually don’t even do that!
