Super 8 by Wyndham Muncie/Ball St. College Area

Second time staying here. Read that it was recently updated, so we were excited to see the changes. Didn't notice any updates. Room was clean but there was a stale cigarette smell in the hallway, even though it's a non-smoking hotel.

Good place for the price. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done. AC works well

Staff was great. I am disabled and they allowed me to check in just a little earlier and accommodated me for.my needs. Bed was nice and the room was clean. Although there was a hole in the bathroom door and the handle was broken also. It all worked out. 1 night stay and would stay again.

Very clean and nice room. Staff was pretty unavailable and seemed to be busy doing a lot so they were not as attentive at the front desk.. (at least not on weekend 1st shift) Went to get coffee and breakfast half hour after it started and everything was wiped out. Took the staff awhile to refill for the next round of weekenders. Overall .. ok. Not spectacular

Close to the family, the whole hotel was clean, not just my room. The staff I inner acted were great.
