Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Northeast/Fishers

Under renovation. Limited parking.

Lots of construction and the pool was down during our two-night stay, unfortunately. The lobby has a nice modern vibe, great service from front desk staff. Solid breakfast but would appreciate a to-go option.

The hotel was ok but I wish I knew renovations were told on the site. I went so my son could swim and the pool was shut down due to renovations. I would have chosen another hotel.

Great quick trip with family. We loved the pool and hot tub. Close to highway and alot of dining options nearby

The staff at the front desk were absolutely welcoming and friendly. The bar and restaurant staff were also very accommodating. Rooms were clean as were all the common areas. Pool is a little small for such a large hotel but would definitely recommend and stay again.

Too many vehicles in parking lot taking up more than one parking space. Nowhere to park when returning to motel for the night. We had to park in the lot of the adjacent property.

Bar needs to be open

When I came in, I found the parking to be slightly challenging due to the narrow driveways and ended up having to park by the dumpster on my first night. There is very little parking at the front of the building. Once I got in, I ended up going to the back office as the hotel is being remodeled. Check-in was quick and the receptionist was friendly. I went upstairs to a spotless, comfortable and inviting room. Everything in the bathroom was laid out and ready to use, but it took me a minute to find the bath towels that were on shelf in the right side of the vanity. You will not see them walking into the bathroom. Inside the room itself the temperature was neither too hot or too cold. The bed was comfortable and slept good. I was able to get a wake up call and went down for breakfast. There were no menus present until I was handed one by one of the staff after I had served myself from the buffet. The food was bland, almost tasteless and I ended up paying over $14 for it. A placard indicating what the prices were would’ve been very helpful. Probably chalk it up to the extensive remodeling being done. At the end of my stay, I checked out in about 6:30 in the morning to little fanfare; no asking how my stay was for instance. Most of my travel is business, and I stay at Hilton‘s frequently. Again, I’m talking this up more to the remodeling and will probably stay here again, when the opportunity presents itself.

One of the nicest hotels in that area. Room was very quiet and clean. Only downfall - not alot of parking.

I have stayed in several hotels throughout my life and I have never seen one that has been so clean for the price. I felt I was in a high class hotel that I could actually afford. Staff was very nice and assured that my stay would be great. I have to mention the desk employee VERNON went beyond and above to make my stay enjoyable. His professionalism and customer service should be rewarded! I would refer Hilton Garden Inn Fishers to any friends and family as being a great place to stay while in the Indianapolis area.

The hotel was very nice. Smelled fresh and was very clean. Staff at check-in and check-out were both super friendly. The room was perfect temperature. The beds, comforters, and pillows were so comfortable! We loved everything about our stay!

The hotel was overall nice but the room not completely clean, I found a gum thrown in a corner between the tv stand and the closet and it looked that it has been there for a while. The bathroom wasn’t super clean.

Room seemed a bit dated but it was clean. For the price I paid I expected a nicer quality. But it was close to the venue and there was a Cracker Barrel right across the street.

Quiet and comfortable bed

This Hotel was so nice and the room was surprisingly large. I had two queens with a couch and two televisions. The breakfast had a cost but a reasonable pricing, with a chef and they gave us one complement breakfast. Will be back.

The property was clean, but breakfast was not included in the price of the room. Also, the room was clean, but the room was hot at night and stuffy. I had to keep turning the air condintioning on because it was so hot.

Very comfortable and easy access to lots of other places, the staff are super friendly and service is great. Whilst the lobby has had a renovation the rooms are still quite dated

Great stay. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, nice shower. Could use another firm pillow but overall great stay.

Hotel is good. The room window was not sound proof. Was able to hear the garbage truck early in the morning which woke me up

Hotel was clean. Bit of price gouging due to nearby events. One of our beds did not feel safe to even sit on. Luckily due to amount of people we had to were able to rotate. Hotel was quiet and near lots of things.

We had a wonderful visit. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. Our only complaint was the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

It was okay. Not overly impressed. Staff was not very friendly. Extremely loud plumbing, toilet handle and tiles in the bathroom were broken, and cleaning staff was loud.

The staff was amazing and friendly. The restaurant and hotel was gorgeous. Food was on point. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable all around amazing hotel.

Attempted to call the property 4 times to communicate that my flights were delayed causing us to not be able to check in on Friday, but would still be arriving on Saturday. I was placed on hold & hung up on all 4 times while calling in between flight transfers. When I called Saturday I was again placed on hold twice before being hung up on. The third time I demanded to not be placed on hold. I stayed the above & said we were coming for check in. I was told we no longer has a reservation through Sunday. That the hotel never attempted to contact me. & that I would be charged in full for Fri thru Sunday. I left two messages for manager. Still no call back.

My reason for selecting the property was that I had to attend an event next door (Wellington Convention Center).

Great location! Not far from Ruoff music center and many shopping and dining options adjacent.

Went to stay for a concert at the Ruoff. The venue was only 15 minutes away via Uber. It was perfect, with a ton of options for groceries or food around.

It was very convenient to many restaurants. And it has easy access to the highway.

The parking was convenient and adequate, the staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and well lit for safe passage into and out of it. The room fit our needs and the location in Fishers also fit our needs completely.

I thought there was complimentary breakfast and they wanted $11 a person on top of $250 a night. A little much if you ask me .

When it says breakfast included- they didn’t specify that it was breakfast you have to buy.

This is the second year we chose this hotel for our swim team travel trip. Great location, lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the front desk they they always go above and beyond, very friendly, professional. The hotel has a small restaurant c I was actually impressed how good the lunch/dinner was. Also a small bar, with great options.

Was a nice location, beds were very loud when you sat on or rolled over, not a fan of that. And breakfast was okay, not my favorite wouldn’t pay $12 something for it again.

the breakfast was terrible. Did not put any notices about construction. Was very noisy around due to construction. Dust around the lobby. No hot water in the bathroom. Horrible horrible stay.
