Where to start? I checked in, went to the room and immediately checked out. Room had an awful smell, property was dirty. Hotel was dated, could have accepted that if it was clean and not foul smelling. Hotel details state there is an elevator, not true, pictures on website misrepresents the hotel.

NO elevator. App shows there is one . Booked room , room ended up being on 2nd story. Not wheel chair accessable.only stair cases. Thank goodness there was one 1st story room left that the hotel manager switched us to. Don't know how much it was difference$$$, just needed a room at that point. Breakfast is on the south side of hotel.

The elevator was broken. King bed had an uncomfortable mattress. We tried to turn on the heat; a terrible smell quickly erupted and the fire alarm went off! (We should have called the attention to the management about the heat, but front desk person was usually missing.) Milk date was 4 days old and the pitcher of “Hot Water” was luke warm. Obviously we would not go back!

The hotel and room were clean and smelled good. There were definitely some cosmetic things that should be taken care of. Damaged entertainment center/dresser, rusting door frame in bathroom, caulking that should be fixed. The pool was wonderful. Breakfast was adequate but meager, some yogurt or boiled eggs would be a plus.

The pool was very dirty. Whole place could use an upgrade. Highway noise very loud at night. Breakfast was a huge let down. Very few options and not restocked during the time. Staff was nice when we saw them.

Check in was pleasant! Bathroom tub and floor were very dirty. Hair dryer had grease or mud on handle. Fitted sheet was ripped. Carpet stinks. Rooms need an upgrade. Breakfast was awful, sorry to complain but cereal was stale, milk was warm and apple juice was old.

Upon arrival, I discovered that the front desk had checked in my cousin under my reservation. The employee had not checked confirmation codes or an ID to verify she was checking in the correct person. My room was extremely dirty. I found half eaten pretzel sticks hidden on top of the mirror in the entryway. There was a very large cobweb hanging in the corner. The bathroom had buckling tiles, and the tub was dirty, and I did not even want to attempt touching the hairdryer because it was so dirty. The vent in the bathroom was filthy and clogged with dust and dirt. The air conditioner in my room would squeal extremely loudly and jolted me out of my sleep multiple times in the middle of the night. The hallway carpet in front of my door had very dark red stains. I do not know if it was blood, but it sure appeared to be. There was also a dead frog and a dead bird on the walkway near the entrance to the hotel. Those remained on the sidewalk for the entire two days I was there and no employees had removed them. There was also mold growing above the bathroom door in my room and others in my party had similar issues in their rooms.

The sinks would not drain. The bottom of the bedding was stained. The bed itself was stained, and the sheets were very thin almost like paper towels was not very pleased with the cleanliness or the design of the carpet but the lady at the front desk was very helping a nice always with a smile and cheer.

Nice semi-quiet location despite nearness to freeway, with well done common areas, but room itself was dated with worn out furniture, stains on carpet, marks on walls, etc. A bit of strong smell, not particularly musty, but like over-spray to cover odors.

The hotel was very outdated. I don’t usually mind if the place is clean but carpets need to be replaced and the overall feel was not welcoming. Furniture was old, carpet was old, curtains were old, fixtures were old! If I hadn’t been on the road and had a long day I would have found another place to stay. Breakfast was continental and set up in what had been used as conference room at the back of the hotel. I can’t imagine any company holding a meeting there. I can say the beds were comfortable and clean They had at least updated the bed covers.

First assigned room, the heater was smoking and set off the smoke alarm. The second room was just fine. Clean and comfortable. No problem with the continental breakfast. It filled the void. Everything was fresh.

I stayed in my room most the time but it was quiet and check in was fast and easy. Cheaper stay for the same quality as expensive properties in the area definitely helped me and my son for the night while my town was out of power. Only negative was i called ahead for a crib and didnt get one but i also didnt say anything when i got there.

When we arrived in our room. Maintenance was working in the bathroom of the room next to us fixing the sink. Snaked through the P trap and all that nasty stuff went flying into our bathroom. I let the maintenance guy know. He went to the store, got a p trap and fixed it In probably 15-20min. He cleaning it with toilet paper. It absolutely stank and is a biohazard. So I went to the front desk and asked if we could have our bathroom cleaned an air freshener. They gave me a bottle of Clorox and a towel to clean it myself and the maintenance guy came back and said the smell should go away soon. Definitely still smelled even the next day. We also found a beetle in our room on the floor. Chip crumbs we we unfolded the sleeper sofa and spider webs throughout our suite. Wouldn’t stay here again with how they handed that and kept the place

Very disappointed in the Free Breakfast. We’ve been in 4 hotels in the last 2 weeks and this is the only one still operating under Covid protocals and not providing a hot breakfast, complete with meat, eggs, etc.

It was really quiet in my room . The things I didn’t like were the breakfast. Coffee was lukewarm , I think the yogurt was old so I threw it out Tried the oatmeal and pour hot water on it from a carafe and it was cold so I had to microwave it.
