Four Points By Sheraton Mount Prospect O’Hare

I was very disappointed to find out the pool and hot tub were out of service. We chose this hotel because of the pool & tub amenities.

The bed in room 309 the first one as you walk in, was terrible there was a dent/ sinkage towards the middle of the bed I was very uncomfortable, this bed has been over used and should be replaced

The shuttle was not as advertised. When we called for a 9:40 pm pick up from the airport, they didn’t have a driver. Had to purchase a $50 uber. It’s too bad. The property was nice

Staff did not throw out guests that were disturbing the peace. I called the police on the same guests that had a violent man who was getting slammed against the wall and screaming two hours later. Everyday they had limited items from their very small selections of breakfast. They never restocked anything. By the last day you basically had few choices. They shoveled snow at 11:00 pm waking me up. I asked for a wake up call at 3:00 AM, but they woke me up at 1:00. I was so angry I could not fall back asleep. It was a nightmare experience. Manager lied that I had been given points for my inconvenience. I learned this upon checkout. Hotel is not like any Sheraton I have stayed at before. Oh well. As a Sheraton member, I was shocked.
