The room was comfortable- quiet; comfy bed, dark curtains made sleep easy. We did ask ahead for the sofa bed to be made up, and then once again, and it was not. However, staff provided us with linens and pillows at the desk at 11pm. The parking garage entrance was not user friendly and we have used many similar systems! We had difficulty getting it to work.

The card reader into the hotel from the parking garage was inoperative making it massively difficult to access the hotel. I would expect that when paying extra for parking, you should be able to access the hotel’s entrance without having to send someone around to the lobby and wait by the door to let you in. The manager did take the parking fee off my bill so at least it was something. Also, the free breakfast was a little on the lackluster side. The coffee was good however, especially for hotel coffee.

Pulled back the covers to find blood on the sheets. Also found drops of blood on the floor. Told the night clerk and all he did was offer us another room and didn't seem to care at all about the blood. Breakfast wasn't very good and out of several items with 1-1/2 hrs left for breakfast. I would show pictures but they are not allowing me to post them.

It was okay. Walls of room had handprints on them and old marks. There was no extra linens for pullout bed, just one sheet on the mattress, which we discovered had an old, large pee stain on it when leaving. You must go down to pick up linens at front desk. Parking is under hotel in a dank garage. Several men were partying in it the second night and just staring us. Parking is also an extra charge which you must use or your car will towed from out front after a certain hour. Pool was nice. Area is safe.

This is the second time staying here the first room was FAR BETTER that the one we stayed in last night! The beds were very uncomfortable & pillows were just awful!!! The reason I wanted to even go back was because I had the most awesome soaking tub the first time completely separated from the shower, nice and deep last nights was a shower tub combo and not very deep I was extremely disappointed!

Good hotel option for the money. The keycard-activated underground parking garage made it feel extra secure. Staff was friendly and the free continental breakfast was solid. The only reason I deducted a star is because the TV was positioned to the side of the bed instead of at the foot of it (who watches TV like that?) But I would stay there again.

Love the location since it was close to where we needed to be and with shops and places to eat close by that was also nice. Bed was very hard and pillows were so flat we had to go buy pillows for the stay. TV is outdated with no features for streaming and the lighting could be updated in the rooms. Staff was courteous and the underground parking was nice since it snowed.

Helpful and friendly staff. Large room size and comfortable mattresses. Good location and easy, free parking underground. Only negative is the heating system; the fan and heater is too loud during the night and disturbed our sleep. Turned it off at night. Luckily, the comforter kept us warm.

The check in person was extremely rude. She asked if she could help me then she proceeded to take care of another guest who needed a crib. Then she began to help again and stopped to speak to security about a van that was parked. She finally checked me in. My husband accidentally put his key card against his phone and she proceeded to chastise him about her effort to issue another key. Her name was Maggie.

When we arrived, the man at the desk was very rude to me giving me attitude because i went through your service and not directly through the hotel itself. Then we arrive into our room and their was garbage wrappers on the floor and under bed. The coffee machine was broke, and our key didnt work. When i explained to the gentleman one of the keys didnt work. He gave me attitude and reset it, it still didnt work. At this point my husband told me just forget it, he clearly doesnt want to help us. Its a shame we took the kids here for Easter. The pool was dirty and freezing cold as well. Breakfast was only 4 items and the bagels and muffins were stale. Im not happy at all . Will never go back. Horrible experience

The hotel itself was very nice. However, I was advertised a room with 2 beds and only received one. When I inquired about this, the man with brown hair and a beard and glasses refused to sell me another room even though more where available. He then offered a rollaway bed only to say later that they never had them. When confronted he was very rude and flustered. He doesn’t need to be working front desk if he is going to lie like that and be rude when confronted. Other staff were nice, however, and the room we did have was nice and clean.

Attractive hotel located near Rand shopping, dining. Two types of pillows for sleep, comfortable mattress. Excellent and varied breakfast offerings each day of our stay. Husband has to be gluten free and there were options for him and a sign about food allergies. Parking garage included and for hotel guests only.

Outdoor areas dirty and full of overflowing trash bins and cigarettes. Elevator out of service. Unhelpful front desk staff. Overcharged, not fixed, not satisfied. Billed for two different stays! Breakfast was not good but it was the fact that they ran out of eggs the first day at 8 am, the next two days they had no waffle mix, not a big deal for me but my seven-year-old daughter was pretty disappointed. The fourth day we didn't even bother. The king suites appears very large in the photos but the photos do deceive. The TV that is wall mounted between the living area and the bedroom does not swivel enough to watch properly from either section. The TV is hooked up to an antiquated basic cable HBO system which does not allow smart functions such as streams of your own account IE Netflix YouTube etc. All in all the hotel has excellent potential it's in a decent area it has security a nice indoor swimming pool, but I am extremely dissatisfied with all human interaction that occurred. Not likely to ever stay at this hotel again probably not at this brand either.
