Staff were great, enjoyed our room but we purposely stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday because it's pool which was out of commission. Similarly only one elevator was working. Breakfast was good. It was just a disappointing situation.

The two ladies (Lina and one whose name I didn’t get) were very helpful and extremely pleasant. The light in my bathroom was malfunctioning but was repaired by the time I returned from dinner. Very well done!

Stayed 3 nights

Honestly only thing keeping it over 1 star was the staff being helpful and accommodating. The rooms were both pretty dirty and in a 3 night stay housekeeping only passed through once. We also picked and paid extra for this property specifically because it had a pool, but it was closed down the entire duration of our stay. According to staff it's been closed for awhile and they have no idea when it will reopen so that was a waste of money. We had a pair of conjoined rooms for our stay and the ac in one of the rooms didn't seem to work all that well. Even when set as low as possible it was hovering just shy of 70 at night. Our group is planning another trip to Chicago already and so far the one thing we've agreed on is that we won't be staying here again.

Stayed 1 night

Clean, *huge* room. Kind of a weird layout, but with that much space, I don't particularly care. Beds are def more on the medium side of firmness, so if you need a firm bed to sleep well, note that this isn't a Marriott style mattress. Our stay was quiet, but I will note that we were only there from 11p-6a. The staff were awesome! Especially in the early morning when we checked out, the overnight woman was an absolute delight and so kind as to help us grab some breakfast food, even though we were leaving before the buffet was open.
