Not one to review stuff all that much but my one night stay deserves a review . Bad: Was able to check in early as a room was available and ready (1:00 ) yet still had to pay a fee for early check in , I know it's not just hyatt that does this but it's still absurd , if the room is ready , why charge the consumer anything ? We were given our room keys and upon opening the door to our room we stumbled on other people and their stuff laying in the room. Very embarrassing, the front desk didn't really seem to be apologetic or seem to care which is also off-putting given the circumstances . The rooms and hotel itself need a major facelift. Good : Free breakfast buffet , anytime the word free is offered it usually is good , case and point here . Free parking is also nice as well . Overall its an ok peoperty.
