Check in was fast and efficient. There were baggage carts available to help haul our bags. I was traveling alone with my kids and it was a great setup for that. I did need to contact the front desk for bedding supplies to use the pull-out couch. Breakfast every morning had good options and plenty of dining space. Negative would be the pool heater was broken and we didn't know until we walked into the pool room with kids anxious to get in.

When we checked in the staff was slow to help us. We had booked two rooms and they told us they had no other availability. When we got to our room it was dirty and dingy. The couch looks like was bought in the 80s and has never been cleaned. There was mold on the walls and ceiling in the shower, and there were noticeable spots that were missed when they painted, or worse were now peeling. My husband needed to be seen for medical care nearby which is why we chose this hotel, and we were gone for most of the morning and would come back for him to rest in the afternoon. House keeping never came in the morning. So we weren’t able to have the room serviced our entire stay. Only one treadmill in the gym worked, and there was a line to use it. The other treadmill, bike and equipment was unusable. We booked through a third party so we were unable to check out and go to a different hotel, and the staff was unhelpful when we voiced concerns about the issues. They told us they couldn’t move rooms because they were fully booked, and refused to let us cancel. We were happy to have a kitchenette and the breakfast was edible. Those were the only positive things about our stay. We will never go back to this hotel.

Great place for a long term stay. Happy hour 3 nights a week, free laundry and nice gym. Only complaint is the card entry on the side door is extremely difficult to use as the cover can not be opened fully..

The pool wasnt available because heater broke.stayed a week and wasnt fixed. Booked because of pool ( my son is a swimmer). Can't relly on it being available next trip in 2 months. Last night a pet barked a lot on last night. Love animals but was on a medical treament, needed good rest

The Monday through Wednesday night social hrs were great! We were busy n unfortunately didnt make it but a great concept! Didnt have to pay for washing n dryer was a big plus! Didnt have to find quarters! Room was very clean, no complaints n nicely fit 7 of us! Dont forget to turn on ur ice machine in the freezer, thats ur only ice!

The pictures online are exactly what you get. All of the staff are amazing. Thank you Moe!! Always clean, nicely landscaped, laundry room, and 2 big gas grills to use. Shuttle to airport also.

This is a GREAT hotel. We were staying for a week and wanted a place with a kitchenette. Our room here at the Staybridge exceeded all expectations - a separate bedroom, a full kitchen (stocked with the basics), and a living room. We thought we would have breakfast in our room, but a great hot breakfast was served every morning and in the evening Mon-Friday the hotel offers beer, wine and other beverages along with a substantial food offering (deli sandwiches, fajitas, hot dogs). We were able to do laundry in the free washers and dryers. There is a nice pool, a fitness center, and good places to walk outside, The staff is super friendly and the hotel is super clean. The bed is very comfortable and they even offered pillow choices! A great hotel all around!

The room was very clean, well appointed and had everything that we needed. We especially liked the prairie area across from the hotel where we walked each evening. Very quiet and pleasant.

The host accommodated my early check in, which was great. There was a strong smell of urine near the main floor elevator and restroom during check-in and the floor of the main lobby was dirty. The walls are paper thin, so you can distinctly hear people above you and in adjacent rooms. There was some trash on the parking lot. Overall, the staff was nice, but the noise level and cleanliness of common areas should be addressed.

I would think because I paid over $300 for one night my bedroom tv would work, I guess not. Stained carpets, piling walls. Still waiting on my deposit back and it’s been almost a week. The stay was ok wouldn’t stay again

Everything was fine before open up sofa bed. When we need to sleep at night time around 11pm, open up sofa bed, I saw on the mattress pretty big size of bloody. I was claimed to FOH employee. She changed to different room for us at 11pm. We move to room after 11pm, we carried bag and luggage after we couldn’t sleep anymore. I really don’t want full paid to that hotel. Let me know, my claim ASAP.

Nice room and area, entry door was busted and stapled and nailed back together but still closed said something to the desk and they didn’t really care. So I used a chair to block the door in case. but overall could use slightly better cleaning and replace the entry door in room 104!

Fantastic place! We’ve been on a road trip for almost two weeks and this so far is the best hotel yet. No complaints and I wish we could have stayed longer. We had a room with a kitchen and it was by far the best one we’ve seen. Had everything and more that I need to make a few meals at. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to family in the area.

We stayed in a two room suite with our 16yr old son. We loved that the rooms were on different sides of the common room for privacy. The beds were very comfortable and having separate bathrooms was a big plus. The kitchen had everything we needed, full size fridge, oven, microwave, full stocked cupboard(glasses, plates, silverware). The room was very quiet and we did not hear any outside noise. The breakfast on Sunday was very good. Scrambled eggs, real bacon, fresh cut fruit (not frozen)that went along with the yogurt bar. Scones, bread and bagels for toasting. Waffle maker and juice. My son eats cereal, so he was happy with fruit loops and a banana. The staff was constantly cleaning. I was very impressed. Only downfall was the shower in the double bed bathroom was either HOT or cold water, no in between, so we all had to share the other bathroom for showers. Loved our stay and would stay again.

It is a little bit dated, the room was spacious, but the worst part was the VERY loud air conditioning, which we ended up to turn off to sleep. The bathroom is a little bit small, but we worked it out. We booked here since we wanted to take the train into downtown. Even though it is close to the train station, some of the folks in my party complained when we walked over, especially when we walked back at night, so we took the car the other days, which kind of kills the advantage of being close to the station. What was GREAT is the breakfast, for an included breakfast I was expecting more like a motel like, this one was pretty complete with good coffee. I would definitely stay again, but would search first for other alternatives.

Great place and price for the stay. They had free laundry which was great for family. It was a suite so they provided everything for the kitchen. Definitely would stay agin. Also rooms were spacious. Only con was they didnt have and bedding for the pull out couch but overall it was comfortable.

Stayed 2 nights. First night in 2 bedroom suite-room really needs to be update. Hugh cracks in the bathtub in one of the rooms. Just old. 2nd night in regular room. Much better, felt clean and better taken care of. Convient location to visit family.

Staff was great. The hotel is in a safe area, convenient to major highways and shopping/dining. The free breakfast is perfect so we can get up and out quickly. Our room and most importantly our bed were clean with fresh linens and bedspread. Would stay here again.

I was under duress in the airport after a flight was cancelled at the last minute. I searched for hotels available 'that night' and double-checked the dates of my search. However, when I finally booked the room, the dates were for the next day. I contacted Expedia immediately, but the hotel refused to refund even part of the money. This may be 'legal', but it lacks human decency. I will never stay at the Staybridge Suites.

Stay started very good. Day 3 housekeeping stopped coming to our room. The breakfast lady yelled at us for using disposable coffee cups to get juice instead of the small plastic disposable cups. The male staff member at breakfast was awesome.

Mrs Jacob, went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived early the kids were tired and sleeping in the car and she was amazing to get us a room so quickly so we can settle in without waiting we appreciated her for that. We will definitely stay again at this Staybridge Suites. Martin

The hotel is not really in walking distance of much but the hotel does offer a shuttle which is quite useful. Also breakfast is available on the property which came in quite handy. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The rooms were clean. No complaints. I had a pleasant stay

Breakfast was great! The complimentary evening meal was wonderful. The pool was nice. Loved the tv channel Catchy Comedy that was available on the tv list. Love all the complimentary Dove toiletries.

The property could use a little freshening up. It’s run down however it’s clean, quiet and the rooms are generously sized. My king bed was really comfortable and the hot breakfast much appreciated.

Front desk was nice they upgraded are room. The breakfast was not so good and they were. Running out of simple things like oatmeal! The breakfast staff was ok but when there was no seating and we came back at the closing they had packed up most of the food and did not offer to bring it out unfortunately so we had to go out and pay for breakfast, it nice!
