My wife was staying for 17 days we called before hand to make sure the pool was open. Yes the pool was open, but it was not. It was under construction which really sucked. House keepers and maintenance are so sweet and helpful. Overall we liked it. The plumbing is not the greatest there.

I got excellent service from the front desk Everything worked in the room and there was easy parking for my box truck. I was able to get my laundry done and overall have a good rest

The beds are really firm and no elevator exists for 2nd floor. Expect a basic, no frills stay that meets the price you pay. That said, there are equivalent prices in the area that might have better value. No pet fees is a huge plus!

Unfortunately had a bad experience, woke up in the middle of the night to find cockroaches in the bathroom, very cute scene with mom roach and kids roaches wandering around. Immediately packed and left the room.

1 of my rooms was so dirty , and had bed bugs. I had to book another room at a different Hotel for my employees. They refused to stay there. Very poor customer service. Rude and unfriendly. And all my rooms smelled like weed and smoke. And bleach.

The rooms had mold in them and the A/C and Heaters were very loud. My door had enough space under for the dirt to come under the door so when we had the sand storm it came through the space under the door. The staff was very nice, just the place needs to be scrubbed. I’m allergic to mold so I had some problems with my breathing.

I hotel was ok and clean. During the night, we were kept awake with a dog barking near outside our room, thin walls hearing a baby crying near us, the air conditioner was noisy going off and on, and to top it off, we were awaken to planes flying over us. Not much sleep.

Price was right. Unfortunately it was very noisy. Our room was next to the ice machine room and there was no door on that room. Around midnight people were getting ice for their coolers and it was extremely noisy. Windows are not double pane so you can here everything outside as people talk or start their vehicles. Wouldn’t stay here again.

A more typical Motel 6. Nothing you’d want to write home about. The rooms are clean and no signs of any pests. It is under the flight path of the airport but there are no late night or early disturbances. I did have a problem with the door lock. At first the staff blamed in on me for either keeping the card in my wallet or near my phone. They would rescan my card and it would work a couple of times until it didn’t. Finally after trying another new card (on my 3rd day) it still wouldn’t open the door. Rebecca was very nice and brought her StarTrek Tricoder and determined it was the lock. Ha! She said they would fix it the next day. I had to leave my door open the couple of times I took my dog out to potty. The next day (after they supposedly fixed it) I still continued to have the problem. Once again I had to wait until the next day to get it repaired (again). Finally, it appears to be working.

Montana Av is a busy motorway with trucks and other vehicles passing by every minute with extremely loud exhaust systems. I value the quality of sleep I get at a hotel and for that reason only I will never be back

The Motel itself not bad at all but stuff members are horrible they did not to check me in 1 hour earlier plus at 2:15am family were trying open my door to get in to my room while I was sleeping, with the key I don’t who is working at the front desk and how they did not know that someone is already in that room sleeping total bias

The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and accommodating for a last minute reservation. It was quiet at night and I felt safe. There’s extra parking in the back. The room was clean and housekeeping was very respectful when they cleaned the room during our stay.

I understand that this is a Motel 6 and what you get is what you pay for, but there's no reason for staff to be rude I asked for an extra pillow and she was so rude and said we don't have pillows I also ask if there are any waters or any nearby could get some and she said no also I did not get my wake up call the woman working was super rude. You guys need to get rid of her.

Fast and easy check in at 3 PM. I had an early flight out so I had to be up at 3:15AM. A woman was at the front desk so I could drop off the key and get to the airport

Make sure if you want to extend your stay you do it 24 hrs in advance....and don't even ask the workers for help ...the lady in the front desk pretended to be the manager and told me she doesn't know how to extend a reservation....I tried early in the morning With plenty of time to extend it and she never helped....worse customer service ever ...then I called corporate and they couldn't even compensation me for their lack of knowledge. Motel 6 on ftbliss and airport no one knows how to extend a reservation and the lady in the front pretended to be the manager.and very rudely was not helpful at all. Worste stay ever with worse help ever

I lost my phone; gas stations don't sell maps anymore-- I tried a couple. So one of the women working at the desk-- after realizing how easy it would be to get lost-- drove her car to the bike store where I needed to go, and I followed her. I'm from out of town, and I'd booked a bike store to put my bike in a box so I could fly home. Super nice of her!!

Was looking for a place near the airport as had an early flight. Very sketchy neighbors who were constantly in and out of their room (right next door) They had 2 vehicles which they were going in and out of. Every hour of the night they were out there. Every time I went out for a smoke they were out there. Once I opened my door to go outside and their door opened immediately. In the middle of the night a customer went balistic outside screaming for the night guy to call the cops and that he wanted his money back. Good times.

There was a roach painted over in the bathroom. But was ok . No coffee pot, staff was just normal. This property doesn’t serve full breakfast but there’s plenty of places that do around the corner.

I was looking for a relatively cheap motel near the airport and this was fine. Not much in terms of amenities. Would be nice to at least have a shampoo dispenser for the shower to go with the bar of soap. WiFi was great. No frills motel, excellent value, and 5 minutes from the airport.
