When we arrived the lobby was very warm and himid, water stains on ceilings everywhere is what we noticed. Waited several minutes for reception to come from the office where she was having personal conversations with coworker. Our room was noticeably dirty. Under the bottom sheet there were crumbs. Rotten food in fridge and microwave. Bathtub was not cleaned properly and dirt build-up in all corners. Breakfast was mediocre 2 of the 3 days with 1 morning being nothing left but cereal at 730/745 am. The pool was also closed and one of main reasons we chose to stay there. We will not be returning. Who we think was a manager was very friendly when passing through the halls, property did seem safe.

Hotel is small, breakfast buffet can be improved, no one to attend, trash overflowing of being full, counters dirty, very limited options, only hot item is waffle machine. First floor hall by vending machines was wet with plenty water with no caution sign. Pool half empty and green, not working.

Worst Hotel stay. would have asked for refund had I not prepaid via expedia. Horrible, Understaffed. Long line at check in. rooms not ready at 6pm. Then was given key to a room but people were already in that room. Finally got a room and then they gave a key to my room to someone else. AC vent over tub was filthy with stuff hanging from it. Dry crusty rag over towel bar. dirty used towel hanging on door. Pool was empty, in July.

Property is extremely difficult to get to off the freeway, staff was really friendly though (Maria), lots of construction next to it and they shut off the water on me without advising me and was off for most of day. Checked out early and they werent really open to offering me an extended stay or a rain check. I could hear the rooms TV next door also and got locked out. Last but not least, Hotel is NOT responsible for theft to your car parked in their parking lot. Great rate though.

It took the clerk 45 min to check me in at 9pm. She was arguing with another guest in front of me and 2 other guests trying to check in. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was terrible. She was out of silverware and syrup. Fruit wasnt ripe. Bagel was hard. Ice machine broken and i had to go to 3rd floor for ice.

My rooms were gross , the floor in the halls and the rooms were not clean or vacuumed. The mattress was stained brown , there was a spider crawling across one bed, there was pink residue left on the toilet where you sit .. the breakfast area that the food was in was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures online I have pictures of all of the things I was grossed out with … the pool was closed .. the front desk assistant was not kind or helpful when it came to my luggage being left behind at the hotel and they said they have no video of my luggage being left even though it’s not in my car and it never left with me from the hotel so my assumption is someone stole it that works in that hotel and I have no choice but to think that because they refuse to be of assistance to help me .. the manager never called me no one answers when I call … its disappointing and sad that this is how they treat their customers… my advice DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AND DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND IF YOU DO …. By far the worst experience out of town on vacation with my family for the price I paid for 2 rooms … I rate them zero stars

Half the time you couldn’t use the side entrance because the keys would just stop working. The answer for everything we asked the front desk was “I don’t know” or “I have to ask a manager”. The ice machines didn’t work, our fridge didn’t work which resulted in our food spoiling. We were offered to use another rooms fridge, which I thought was strange. The hallway carpets were always filthy. The pool wasn’t in service. I felt like we paid a lot of nothing. The only good thing was the hot breakfast every morning.

I got a suit and the room was dirty, shower was disgusting, bed sheets were stinky we couldn't sleep, sofa was super dirty and ripped, walls were dirty painted over with a direct color, overall DON'T recommend this hotel.

First of all, we were assigned a dirty room. We had to go to the front desk again with my baby sleeping to change the room. In the other room, the sun-blocking window was very old with several holes, the phone to request towels didn't work, the bathroom floor and tiles were broken and sticky, the bathroom door didn't work, it was broken, barely any water came out of the shower, the shower curtain was dirty and had blue and red paint stains. The hotel facilities in general were old and in very poor condition. Not recommended, avoid it.

Unfortunately it was very disappointing. The First Gentleman we dealt with was very friendly. Our first complain was about the refrigerator not working and the room needing to be cleaned. The carpet had a fry and the bed had a ketchup stain and the shower curtain had what look like a blood stain and on top of the lamp stand was something very sticky. He apologized and gave us a different room. The next room was also dirty wrappers and a potato chip behind the lamp stand. No lamp. The phone which didn’t work had what looked like ketchup. There was a greasy spot on the bed board and on the sheets was a blood stain. We figured they would clean our room the next day but when we arrived at night the room had not been touched. Incase you don’t believe me I took pictures. Needless to say it was a terrible stay.

The property was very dirty the hallways too. there was something wrong with all the rooms the TV's didn't work there was hairs on the bathroom floors the mini fridge was in the middle of the room. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Property is in really bad condition, holes in the walls, broken doors and lock sets, stained ceilings, stained bed sheets, no clean towels. After inspection of rooms, yes rooms, because after rejecting the first room they assigned us they gave us another one in about the same condition, we told the front desk lady to cancel our reservation and give us a full refund, the lady said that the manager was not on site and we could not get a refund because was more than ten minutes since we checked in, we left the hotel and booked somewhere else. Bad place.

I have never seen such a dirty place. The rooms smell horrible. All of the rooms have deodorant sticks to cover the filth and smell of this place. The linens, carpet, pillows and trash cans are all dirty and overflowing with trash on the floor. The toilet in the room assigned to me has feces in the toilet. We left we could not stay in the room.

It's been twice I used this hotel while using this app. Twice I have selected a room that the pictures show a couch and a coffee table. But when I go to the room, it's a small room with barely one chair. I ask the desk about the couch and they tell me that's a suite. That's what I selected online. But both times it was an extra charge.

This was NOT a "Quality" Inn stay. So very disappointing in that by booking a queen bed we received a Micro hotel room. Only 2 lamps for lighting, no closet or place to hang anything, an ironing board with ni cover or pad, and a broken faucet that leaked. Upon arrival the carpet had not been vacuumed, the shower floor was wet, and the sink had dark splash marks from a soda or coffee. Frankie, the night manager (?) was nice and tried to help, but he could do nothing about the room size. He would have given us a second chair, but there was no room for it. Shame on Quality Inn for building such a room and calling it "Quality."

We didn’t have hot water to take a shower. When talking with the front desk person, she said to give it about an hour because everybody was using the shower. We tried after an hour and still no hot water.

Small rooms, dirty carpets, no closet, ironing board with no iron, bathroom fan didn't work, hair dryer didn't work properly, water pressure was terrible (shower only worked with hot water, wouldn't work if you tried to add cold), hard bed that was painful to sleep on. I'll never book a Quality Inn and Suites again.

Inadequate lighting, poorly cleaned, no tv remotes in room had to request ,then they had to be programmed, all lights in room not working, ice bucket in room filthy, breakfast inadequate and not well maintained. Very dis appointed. First rooms we were given were tiny with no place to hang clothes( we had a 5 night stay. I’m done with “Quality Inns”

I was here for 4 days. Staff has horrible communication skills with day / evening staff. It took 3 days to get a remote for are Tv. The AC went out on the last night there and wanted to move us to a bottom fl room that had no working ac unit it made no sense. 3 Fl always smelled like weed in the halls.the key card had to be re-scanned every day .side doors couldn’t scan in. And if you needed anything don’t call the front desk no one would ever answer!!!!

The customer service was lacking upon checking in. She was very rude and short when I asked clarifying questions. She provided wrong times for breakfast. The next morning wasn’t any better. Breakfast area had no coffee creamer, no milk, no yogurt, no muffins, trash was overflowing, dirty tables. When a customer asked the front desk, she stated “I haven’t checked this in awhile.” She had been flirting with a coworker (maintenance man) who later help her stock the food in the breakfast area. This was an awful experience. Would NOT recommend it.

We have been staying at this hotel throughout the years while visiting the area due to shopping activities and related. Looks like is not well maintained, everything gets old but a little touches here and there should be considered. Breakfast options are very limited, looks like free but one might as well eat a bag of chips rather. The most unfortunate event happened when we arrived after a very long drive, the hotel was overbooked, we all just wanted a place to rest so we took the 1 king bed they offered instead to accommodate 4 people. This is just another property that ages and.decays with time, but keeps raising its prices like it was still relevant. Again, it was good to spend the night but management could definitely do a little more to keep their guests happier. There are a little things to around the area, a few restaurants and shopping plazas.

I did not like that the bedsheets were dirty. They had not cleaned the 2 rooms we booked. Also, the restroom seemed dirty and they did not have shampoo or soap in the dispensers. The noise in the hotel was horrible. You could hear children running in the floor above us. We could also hear people talking in the hallway at night. I also thought that it was very unprofessional that the lady from the front desk went knocking twice after midnight asking us how we rented the rooms. I explained nicely the first time even after they had waken us up at 2 a.m. in the morning, that we booked it through Expedia. The lady from the front desk kept insisting that the two rooms that they had given us earlier that day belonged to somebody else. She wanted to know who gave us the rooms. I explained that a young man in reception was the one that gave us the rooms. She left and then came back 40 minutes later knocking asking us the same question. I repeated myself that we had the rooms already paid through Expedia and that a young man in reception was the one that gave us those room. After the lady kept insisting that she didn't know why we had the rooms since they belonged to somebody else, she finally left and we were able to go to sleep. It was a horrible experience.

Nice,out of the way from from the crowded city. In the in-between Close to the outlet mall, and convenient to the sun bowl. Staff was friendly and went out of there way to ensure guest satisfaction. Thank you.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast is non existent. They said they ran out if butter at 8:30 am. There was one old sad orange, old bagels and cereal that was crushed to powder pretty much. Staff was friendly. Not bad for the price except breakfast

Make sure the everything within the rooms is functional, our room had the shower faucet lose and it was licking water, other ting, please do not offer your hotel as breakfast included, having waffles and some milk nor even coffee nor oatmeal, cereals, fruits, that is not breakfast

Staff was great. Lack of hot water for shower was an issue. Maybe upgrade or add more hot water heaters. Breakfast area wasn't ready. Waffle irons weren't plugged in and warmed up. No plates, napkins or knives until we asked for them. Orange juice was watered down. Staff tried to do their best but it didn't seem like they had worked thd breakfast area before and didn't know where things were. They couldn't help with the no hot water issue.

No more breakfast in the dining area by 7:30 am. when the breakfast is served from 6 am - 9 am. It was too dirty in the dining serving area and hotel guests are looking for food!!! Hotel attendant should check it every so often for guests. We paid for our stay so there
