The host was welcoming and communicative. The house itself was not clean including the kitchen and overall, needing a deep clean and dusting.The front door is VERY difficult to lock and clearly, the door needs to be replaced/ repaired.

House is in a fine location given its proximity to bay side beach (3 min. walk) and bike path, and has a nice screened in porch. Host was receptive. House is in great need of basic repairs and improvements.

Good location, and very nice home laid out well for a large family gathering. Would be helpful if there were more kitchen supplies, and extra pillows and linens.
