Great gym and pool. Close to some good food. Very clean

Hotel was in great shape. Only the work out room was unavailable.

Room was standard, hotel was standard. Lobby AC was not working. It was HOT. They had fans everywhere but the lobby was very uncomfortable to go to the bar or restaurant.

The pool was dirty the whole week we were there.

Always Enjoy the pool. Room Service was Excellent. Extremely Convenient to walk to the UCF Campus to visit my Son.Staff is very Helpful and Professional. All around a Great Experience as usual.

The staff is amazing and we enjoy dining in the dining room. The food was well prepared and the wait staff was very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to this hotel again.

This location needs some updates. The pool needs to be cleaner and maintained. The food at the bar was not the quality I've been use to with Doubletree. I observed side doors to not be secure due to the swelling of the doorframes. I wish the Peleton bike was accomindating with regular shoes because I certainly would've used it. Of course the cookies were fantastic. Room was clean and we were told that two waters a day were complimentary until our service worker then told us as we requested bottles that they were $2 a piece. Hopefully adjustments are made because it's a good location.

Good stay overall. The only negative the rooms do not have a mini fridge to keep drinks cold. Other than that room was good. Comfortable bed and decent size bathroom. Onsite dining and bar within the hotel.

The lobby was large with a bar and restaurant. The parking is easy and close to the building. The pool area is great with lots of trees and a jogging path. The room did not have a refrigerator, and that was a disappointment. The room was quiet and clean.

The property is old. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom smells of mold. There were no amenities in the room. No refrigerator.

We found a cockroach in the property and show the photo we took and showed it to the reception desk and asked for a change of room, they gave another room which was slightly better but had a musky mouldy smell. we were disappointed. I appreciate the staff though, they gave us a switch but the hotel is not well maintained. We expected better customer experience as well.

Everything about the room was average. However, when we woke up in the morning and turned on the lights we noticed ants everywhere. Mostly in the bathroom. They were the little tiny sweet ants but they were all over everything. They were coming out of the sink area and got in my toiletry bag, my make up brushes, make up, crawling all over our toothbrushes. They also made their way to the room and found their way to the tv/ desk area and found our clothes. The front desk did not seem to care which makes me believe they know they have an ant problem.

Room was ok. Smelled kind of musty & old fixtures, old carpet. Room was very dark even with curtains open & all lights on. Also, there was no mini fridge. Not sure I would stay there again.

I used the Hilton app to check in and reserve my room. “Bypass the desk on check-in“ it said. So I grabbed all my luggage and went to my assigned room expecting to use the virtual key in the app. It did not work. I grabbed all the luggage again and rode back down five floors to the front desk, where they told me they had changed my room number without notifying me. I got two plastic keys and went to the new room. The plastic keys worked, but the “updated” virtual key on my phone still didn’t work. Annoying, but no biggie. So we got unpacked and sat down on the bed to check the weather and found that the TV didn’t work. After a call to the front desk, they sent someone up who found that the remote batteries were dead. He replaced the batteries very quickly, and we are back in business. Other than that, the room was fine but there was a very large, dark stain on the carpet outside the bathroom door, and lots of crumbs under the edges of the bed. Normally, I love Doubletree, but this one just wasn’t up to standard.

I liked the hotel until I saw a dead cockroach next to the bed, how disgusting.

Our stay was lovely and the area is perfect, quiet and very safe feeling. The room itself could have been cleaner, there were many things we noticed that were a bit dirty or not to the usual standard we’ve come to know from a Hilton property. All in all, great stay anyways.

Hotel was very clean, staff very friendly. As other reviews stated it could stand to have an update but by no means did that result in a bad experiemce. TV had some connection issues but not a huge deal to me.

Very nice property, but the beds are HORRIBLE! Very uncomfortable! They are not queen sized, they are full sized. Pillows are horrible as well. Bring your own.

There was a mixup with my paid reservation and when I arrived I was told they could not find my booking but front staff was very professional and kind and took care of everything to check me in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Also the walls are VERY thin.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was decent but not worth $18 per person. Unfortunately, the 3rd floor hallway smelled horrible, very similar to cat urine. Also, had a standard king room which didn’t include a mini fridge…requested one but it was never delivered and no courtesy call to let me know I wouldn’t be getting one.

The area was convenient to get to UCF but the rooms were very badly lit and kinda dark. Besides that, the beds weren't queen size as I was told, but rather full size and uncomfortable.

The A/C in the room was very loud, rooms need some updating, very friendly customer service at the front desk. The mattress not comfortable, lumpy. Very good breakfast buffet, worth the money.

I have stayed here twice and had issues with the air conditioning unit both times. The first time the AC didn’t work properly and maintenance came and didn’t resolve the issue. The second time the heat would not work and water dripped from the unit itself. I love staying here as the staff is great. The property clearly needs to be updated.

Promised handicap accessible room with roll in shower, tried to put us in a room with no grab bars by toilet for my husband in a wheelchair, when we asked at front desk for a proper accessible room was told they were full/taken and they would not refund our $25 deposit and nightly room fee. Expedia would not refund our money so we slept in car at truck stop, will be a long time before I’d try Expedia again

I stayed for a week due to no power from hurricane and to de stress. The hotel clerk was very kind and thoughtful to my circumstances . They noticed my Do not disturb sign on door 2 days in a row. I got a call from front desk to check if I was ok and if I needed anything just call. Top notch customer service. There are lots of mature trees in parking lot, felt like I was in the country side, very relaxing walks. I enjoyed my stay very much. I would recommend this hotel to my friends,family and others. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful and relaxing stay 👍

The staff were exceedingly helpful especially the assistant manager at the front desk on the evening of 07/20. I don't remember his name, and the girl who worked along side him

So normally I leave a great or perfect review for this property. This time however, was a bit of a mess. I know with the data outage on the Friday before my Saturday stay really made it difficult for workers to get all their work completed. Normally when I travel and we stay here, I'm able to be checked in early. We were told they couldn't when we arrived because of the day before's backlog and it would be a wait. We decided to wait there. The two ladies who were there for the first couple of hours we were waiting were very nice but didn't seen to have been given enough information. Then more employees joined them and the flow of information between them all was very poor. Even though we'd been waiting for three hours at this point, I started seeing people who hadn't been waiting more than 30 minutes getting room keys. That's when I became irritated. I know I can't get annoyed that I couldn't get checked in before normal check in time at 3:00, that's fine. But now they were selectively giving out rooms. There had been no system where they just wrote names down on a piece of paper even. So the one girl who had been there really long time called another hotel for us and booked a room. But then the other girl gave somebody who just walked in a room and I asked why wasn't I given the option to take a King Room because that was what I had reserved anyway and that was all they were giving out? The one girl didn't even know they were doing that. So they gave me a room finally.

We had a quick trip for orientation for some at UCF. Romper Ty was clean with comfortable beds, friendly Staff, and easy check in and check out. We will return for future visit when my sons starts college

Overall the stay was okay for my family, the hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable but if you stay in a double bed room, the beds are TINY. Very uncomfortable for two people to fit in one bed. We had a football tournament and advised our teammates to stay with us, bad idea. They were on a different floor and the front desk clerk gave some random person a room key at 2 am. A mother and her children woke up to a strange person in their room. They confronted the front desk and asked for cooperates number and they advised they don’t have one. Absolutely ridiculous, I would not stay again for that reason alone. Not only am I embarrassed for being the one that advised them they book here but the staff should be as well.

I think it's an older hotel, but it's well maintained and I'm sure it's very busy being so close to UCF. The staff is very nice and very helpful. Great location, safe location.

UCF is right down the street and was very convenient while visiting my son. Would stay here again.

Double Tree by Hilton Orlando East UCF Area was a perfect location. It is a lovely area and feels very safe. We were greeted when we arrived and when we left which made us feel very welcomed. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. In all honesty the beds were a bit worn, but we both slept just fine. The room was very clean. We requested hypoallergenic pillows which we were given. We requested a mini fridge and microwave which we did not receive. Our stay was very pleasant. I must say we did try the breakfast buffet on Monday which we paid over $40 for. It was disappointing and was similar to the free breakfasts we have had at other hotels. In fact, the rolls and our bread products were dried out and the breakfast pizzas were sub par. Maybe we just hit it on a bad day. There are many breakfast dining options close to the hotel which I would recommend. Even with this one issue we would still stay again for the location and room.

Stayed here because we were in town for my son's college graduation from full Sail University. I have stayed here before and thought it was a great spot. It is perfectly located and clean. The only issue I had with it was the breakfast buffet which was very overpriced and very lackluster. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was pretty good. Overall we would stay again
