When we entered into the room , there was a smell and after asking multiple times staff hadn’t provided anything for that . Also , we booked that front pool room but pool area was closed. It was not worth to book if you preferring pool facility.

It did the job. We needed a place to stay for a few days before flying out. The room had a fridge and stove so that was great. The pool was closed so that was disappointing. Overall pretty average room. Not the best, but definitely not the worst.

hotel was good. except: pool was not open. sliding door in bathroom was stuck and door had no handle to pull. wifi cuts off immediately upon checking out. breakfast could be better than grab and go. tv screen kept showing in blue mode, no other colour. no utensils in kitched, But it was an overall good stay.

Was sad to find out the pool was not open on our arrival (has not yet been filled). Karla was amazing at front desk! Rooms need some upgrades, especially the bathrooms. Water pressure was extremely low(all the time).

When checking in, no staff was at the desk. Had to wait 10 minutes before someone cane to check us in. They say they have a breakfast, but there wasn't even coffee. No muffins, yogurt, or anything. There was oatmeal, but don't even know if there was hot water for it. Expedia said there was a pool, but the is closer for the unforeseen future due to maintenance. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The vending machine was out of order during my entire stay.

The pool was not open and looked like it was growing green stuff out of the pool so that was a bad thing that you offered a pool that was not working

I was disappointed the pool was empty. I didn't discover this until after checkin. It should have been disclosed when booking that it was not open and available. This is the middle of summer in south florida. If a hotel lists a Pool as an amenity, it should be a functional pool. I do not consider a concrete hole an amenity.

The staff were friendly (9/10). Service with a smile. The room was nice (8/10). Drink vending machine was not working (only bad thing about our stay)

No ice machine, told to make our own, but only here forv1 night. No restaurants close by. , told to walk. We are 70 years old, had to eat at Burger King and a long walk! Also, waited in lobby for overc1.5 hours and someone comes in and gets waited on first!

Not a nice place...could be better, rugs on the aisles are dirty, bathrooms could be in better conditions.

Overall, the place could use a thorough cleaning

People from front desk were very nice and polite but the cleanness was not good. The hallway carpet smells bad.

When I entered inside the room, there was a big cockroach in the sink . I couldn’t sleep well thinking that I hope they don’t get into my luggage bring roaches into my house.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The friendly staff were always ready to assist us, and our room was clean and comfortable.

This property need to be condemned.. bugs are everywhere rooms smell like smoke. Tub drain broken just a bad experience

Carpets are dirty need a deep cleaning, debris everywhere in carpet no apparent vacuuming, security closes that alarm the entire hotel, no breakfast available not even drinks at 0910 when breakfast goes until 0930, mild in the bathroom, microwave door is broken

Room wasn’t clean, trash hadn’t been emptied and halls cough drop wrapper in bed.

Stayed here after a flight delay forced us to find overnight accommodation. Rooms had a strong odour of smoke, air intake vents and bathroom exhaust caked with dirt/dust. Gross! It is obviously set up for long term stays on a budget and would NOT recommend.

Nice location, good size rooms with everything we need, including a kitchen with utensils. Nice staff, recommended.

The room was very spacious, but the hotel is a bit old. The batbroom was old. Als there was a kitchen withput utensils pots and pans. Also it would be pleasant if there was a sofa to sit on.

The room was clean and great size, but mastress and pullout couch were probably 60 years old . Staff are realy nice, i wont be staying there again

Their were no extra blankets, pillows or sheets for the sofa bed. The rooms were not equipped with basic kitchen equipment that would be expected in an extended stay property. There was absolutely ZERO anything in the kitchen. Every time you wanted to go out one of the back doors a screeching alarm went off.

Booked for a 13 hour layover In Miami. Nothing special. Very basic accommodations. Not a very comfortable room. 2 rolling office chairs, basic bed, towel rack fell off the wall when I hung a washcloth after washing my face, bad water pressure, kids running around until about 1 am, furniture being moved around all night. Glad I didn’t have to stay more than a few hours

The room was basic but clean. No chairs to sit in except a rolling office chair that slid out from under me when trying to sit at the table.

Spent seven days there and it was quite restful. The staff was amazing. Some other guests came in one morning and was very rude to me at the front lobby area and the workers stood up for me. No one never stands up for me in a foreign country. I was very impressed. Overall, the experience was great, blessings!!

Front office staff was rude! They were yelling at customers and had attitude. I got a call at 10:30am telling me the keys needed to be in her hands by 11am for check out. Place smelled like urine and was dirty.

My family arrived at 3am due to airport delays and was told I couldn't check-in due to nightly system maintenance. Although I prepaid for the room, I was considered a "no-show"and told that I didn't pay. I had no cell data and wasn't allowed access to the hotel internet but luckily had a screenshot of my hotel confirmation showing that I did pre pay. I was told I could get a refund but my family was allowed to sleep in the two hotel lobby chairs while I sat on the floor until 5am before being given a room key. I was later called down to complete check-in around 5:30am where I had to request bedding for the sofa bed. I was given two sheets but pillow and comforter were not available. The room was $270 CAD, checkout was 11am and no later checkout available.

Staff and management very helpful, allowing us an earlier check-in! Also very friendly! Large rooms!

Booked the room werks in advance. Got the itinerary. Showed up as scheduled. They told me I had no valid reservation...even though it was emailed to me. They told me they overbooked and my reservation had been cancelled. Odd I got NO notice in my email. I left checking for another room somewhere else. A few rooms show up available at Extended Stay at the SAME hotel for more than $106 more than I had booked it at?? Never again. Do you think they pulled that since it was a one-night stay and they wanted all weekend bookings at a 60% price hike? And NOW they are asking for a review of my stay?? Wow...garbage management.

Worst management and worst hotel I have ever stayed. Never going to stay again. Bathroom door was missing, we informed front desk that we will checkout by 11:30 and they said Ok. We did checkout on time, even though one Lady manager pushed in and come to our room and behave improperly around 11:10.

We were evacuated from our home due to Hurricane Milton. I checked in on Oct 8 with a reservation spanning from Oct 8-13 (5 nights) and one reason I had booked this hotel was due to the flexible cancellation period which actually was at midnight that night of check in. I advised the young lady who checked us in that we expected to check out on Thursday assuming the hurricane would have gone through and we would go home and get our generator going and assess the damage at our home. She said we would have to talk to the manager the next day. We went down multiple times the next day either to find long line ups at the check in desk or else no one available at all but never did locate the manager. When we checked out on Thursday Oct 10, it was the same person who checked us in (she was very kind but clearly overwhelmed) and she simply wrote our room number (318) down on a post-it note with the words “check out”. I handed her my key and again asked about getting the refund for the unused nights I had already told her at check-in we wished to cancel. She again told us we need to call the next day to ask for the manager Jessica. They never pick up the phone at this hotel (so I used the chat feature of Expedia and they could not get through either). Expedia is trying to help me resolve this and I’m still hopeful they can get me the credit for the 3 unused nights. So far just horrible customer service from the hotel for what should have been an easy fix based on cancellation policy.

Don’t stay here. There are plenty of other hotels near the airport that are better. The staff is extremely rude. Knocking on the door at 8:30am even though checkout is at 11, forcing entry into the room to do air conditioning cleanings. Never was told about this at check in or at all before they came to the door. You should not be disturbed in your room until check out time. Especially as strict as they are with no late check outs or early check ins. Ridiculous.

Good place, easily accessible and very close to the airport. The surrounding area is very nice with a Golf Course

It was ok. Nothing really stood out. More convient because it was next to the airport.

Friendly staff. However we noticed that people hanging out in the parking area, leaving the doors open or prep open with objects, including this AM when we left at 5 AM, The area is not the best in town therefore the hotel security should be good.

We booked a Kingsize bedroom but the hotel gave us a Queensize bedroom and the room was for disability person. The breakfast is very poor. Location is really really unsafe.

The transportation to airport is convenient.

The staff was nice & friendly but the security was bad! all of the outside entrances/exit doors that required a room key to access were propped open with sticks and rocks. The room door security latches were not properly attached to the door and the screws were loose.

Checked in at 1 AM checked out by 11 breakfast was crappy. I was expecting at least make your own waffles, but it was literally just some oatmeal and muffins and I booked this hotel because of the pool. I had a late appointment and I was planning on hanging by the pool for the afternoon until my appointment and the pool is closed permanently, they need to put that on their website because I literally booked for the pool. It was very clean that was comfortable. There was no remote to my TV in my room. Thankfully I was too tired to watch it would stay again.

The room lacked all the amenities that are usual in an extended stay suites. No coffee maker, utensils or dishes in the kitchenette, hotel room was clean, the A/C was off, in 80 degree plus weather, room took hours (4hours) to cool to a comfortable temperature. The allege continental breakfast was non existent, there were 4 muffins, nothing else.

The breakfast they offer is the most basic thing I have ever seen. Terrible.

It was extremely hot. And the grab and go breakfast was horrible. One container of coffee no juices no bagels, toast nothing.

Terrible breakfast. They only had cereal packages and cereal bars. No juice or fruit. Paid $187 for room then was charged $100 to make sure someone doesn't smoke. Was told you will be refunded next day, upon checkout was told you would be reimbursed within 7-10 days! Not worth the money.

Terrible costumer service, the breakfasts is coffee and muffins, id you rent for a week they don't clean the room, pool has been broken the hallway smells like marihuana. Not recommended better spend in a BRB
