The room was not clean. There was hair in the tub from previous guests and the floor was not clean. There is no privacy shade, even on the ground floor, so everyone walking by can see right into your room. We had issues with our room key not working every single day of our stay. The water in the room smelled and tasted horrible and the water park, which was the whole reason I booked this hotel, was essentially closed. The only thing open was the lazy river. The whole place is run down. We will absolutely not stay there again.

It was just purchased by Ramada and needs remodeling. Although our room was clean, everything was very old. The pool area was fun for the kids, however, the lazy river is far too shallow for the adults. The reception/check-in area has only one person working. Checking in, getting pool towels or even to ask a question takes a lot of patients.

The toilet didn't flush, the water park that was advertised to be open until 10 wasn't even open when we got there and opened the next day at 10am after we were leaving. Just overall a bit unkept. I believe Romada just purchased this place and is in the process of fixing it up but it still has a ways to go.

It’s a decent place. When you pull in the place looks a little sketchy but once you go into the place it does get better. Kids water park was nice, pool nice but a bit cold, rooms are clean, the only thing we didn’t like is the hot tub is way in the back in the water slide area and they lock that area up at 6pm so we couldn’t even use hot tub at night. Had I known hot tub was off limits after 6pm I probably wouldn’t have booked here.

Misleading, Unsafe, and Unacceptable – Stay Away I booked this hotel in Florida through Expedia, expecting a fun and relaxing getaway with my family. The listing advertised a unique Ramada property with a water park and great amenities—but what we got was far from what was promised. From the moment we arrived, it was clear something was wrong. There was a long line at check-in, and several guests were visibly upset, arguing with the front desk staff. We waited over 30 minutes just to get our room keys. Definitely a less than mediocre place. Our flight to Orlando got delayed and then canceled due to a tornado warning, and thankfully it did because we did not have to sleep at this hotel. We ended up checking in mid morning and checking out at 3pm. Our room, in building 6 on the first floor, smelled very strong of mildew and the moisture in the room made the beds feel wet. Since we were only staying for the day, we did not make a huge deal about it. There are many fun things for the kids to do. The water park was my kids favorite except the red and yellow slide is pretty dangerous. My kids follow the rules of sliding to a T and one still got injured (the slide scraped his spine area pretty bad) so that was the last for that slide. Also, there is tons of rust and broken pieces in the toddler area. All in all, I rate this place a 1.5 out of 5 because the room was unbearable, the cleanliness needs work and the safety of the water park is extremely questionable.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ROOM. As soon as you open the door to the room it smells super weird. The floors where sticky and with garbage all on it. It seems like all the did was change the sheets. There was literal gunk on the floor. Didn’t feel comfortable in the room without wearing shoes. The shower didn’t even have a liner so all the water would just come out and land on the floor. I don’t recommend staying here. The only thing renovated in the lobby. The cleanness is TERRIBLE. I checked out early because I could not stand the nasty feeling just being in the room.

Labeled as a hotel but is actually a motel as door entrances are on the outside, charge hotel prices with worse than motel service and accommodations. Door to the balcony in our suite was only partially closed due to the fact that it had a top latch to prevent it from opening. Checked into the room Thursday at 4pm and checked out Monday at 8am. From the time we got there to the time of check out not once did they come change the bed sheets, remove the trash from the room, or change the dirty towels. And Saturday evening around 8:30/9pm after we made it in from the theme park. Wife went to the front desk to ask for clean wash clothes and dry off towels and was informed they didn’t have any clean wash clothes and instead gave her hand towels to use in place of wash clothes mind you those towels are 24 in by 12in. Only positive I can say about this place is that the front desk staff are kind. I would never stay at this establishment again, not even as a last resort.

Front desk told me they had no reservation for me. I showed them my hotels.com confirmation and they questioned it, told me that the hotel had me reserved for 5/8 not 5/10 and marked me as a no-show. Then they gave me a room that was almost impossible to find because they have both 1200 and 2200 room numbers on the same floor. The room was clean but WET. The room was so damp that the incredibly clean bedding was damp and I couldn’t sleep because it felt like the bedding was wet. Absolutely hands down one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The only thing it has going is friendly staff. Ramada should be ashamed of itself. Rooms were great, beds and bath perfect. Property a bit run down and no elevators to the top floors. Breakfast included did not exist, the reason, the employee in charge did not show up. IMHO the property management should be more involved and have plans in case important employees do not show up. Letting your customers down usually gets an unhappy customer telling their friends to avoid the property. Also a $35 “resort fee” was ridiculous.

I was not happy that I was wrongfully charged on my card more than the stated deposit amount which made it hard to do anything with my kids. Seeing as I’m a single father. And they did take responsibility but all the where able to do was give me my money back in 2-3 business days. I don’t understand how I was wrongfully charged and that’s all that was done. Other than that we did the best with what we had just appreciated I at least had coffee and towels when I asked for them.

The hotel experience was great! Perfect quick getaway! Thank you to Leslie, from Front Desk. Leslie made our stay feel extra special. She provided a professional service and always with elegance and a smile. We enjoyed the water park, pool, chess game, and mini golf. Ran out of energy to enjoy the arcade room. Great experience, clean, safe. Very comfortable beds! Definitely recommend to families and friends of all ages. Kids can't wait to come back!

I booked this last minute as I had a long drive and was with my mom and daughter and were super tired. I arrived late, check in was fast and convenient. Area surrounding looked a bit “shady”. The room was nice for sleeping but nothing to write home about. The water park looked great and the room included bands for it. The property is conveniently located near everything you would need in Kissimmee Florida and only about a 20-40 minute drive depending on traffic to Disney and Universal. I was however disappointed in the room. The rooms are much older than the pictures show. This is advertised as a "Hotel" but is actually a "Motel" with the access to the rooms from the outside of the building and not the inside. The telephone in the room did not work as well as the refrigerator not functional. When I inquired about it I was told that they were having issues with the phones and maintenance was addressing it. The issue was never resolved. When I asked about the mini fridge, I was told maintenance could come take a look, but it was late already and I did not want to keep my kids up, nor did I want to have to push our plans for the following day off to have a mini fridge looked at. Overall the Motel was okay, I only stayed for a few days. If I would've needed to stay longer, I would've looked for vacancies elsewhere but for the 2 days and 3 nights I was there it was okay. I do think it was overpriced for what you actually got versus what was advertised.

Well, let's start with the good. The room was clean and the water park was fine. Our seven year old had a blast! The ok: It's not something that should be charged a "resort fee" for when it says it's included in the description. They seemed to change their working hours whenever they felt like it, so it was hard to know when the slides were going to be available. The bad: this place needs a lot of help. I wake up well before my family and want to eat when I wake up. They offer breakfast tickets - 1 per ROOM, per day. 1 per person would be better, so I can eat when I'm hungry. Better yet, just do away with the tickets. Second, that breakfast was terrible and I would have been very angry if we had to pay their exhorbitant buffet fee. There is no pool table. Don't offer a video game room if the video games aren't set up to be played. Everything in the rooms needs to be updated. My bathtub ran (not just a drip) the entire time we were there. The ceiling in the dining room was leaking. The grounds were not maintained. I looked at a cookie at the top of the steps for three nights. I saw the same blue gatorade bottle on a picnic table for our entire stay. One tiny garbage can in the room, no convenient outlets. The staff probably need to be treated better and paid a little more, because they all seemed like they hated their job.

Overall, a nasty hotel. Go anywhere else. They have a “breakfast buffet” for $18/person and it’s the free continental breakfast they include in other hotels, it’s nasty. Every little thing they charge you for. Even coffee in the lobby that’s supposed to be free they charge you. Soooo overpriced and run down. Also nobody speaks good English and they don’t supply pool towels you have to bring them from your room. Nobody knows when the tiki bar opens and the slides don’t open until 11… this place was such a rip off.

I am sure the hotels make enough they can get dehumidifier’s in the rooms. The breakfast included was not anything special. The choice was only bread, cereal, and pancakes. If you wanted something else, you had to buy it.

Breakfast was horrible, they shouldn’t charge for basic breakfast that regular hotels give for free, some of the staff was rude or either not really doing their jobs. Bathroom was dirty, no wash rags. Holy good part was the amenities so if u can just pay for the day pass for the park and amenities because everything else was not worth it!!!

I never leave a bad review for any hotel. But The room smells bad. It's small and dark. Nothing to eat for breakfast. Worst hotel experience ever

The breakfast was terrible they only had toast and cereal. The waterpark was closed and was the only reason we had booked this hotel.
