The place is under serious construction and the first floor is basically ripped apart. They really should give people a heads up. All the construction dust could be a real issue for those with breathing conditions. That being said, it was fine for us, cheap and the rooms were comfortable.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I always stay at Hampton inn and suites because I know they will be clean, comfortable and the staff will be perfect. I was wrong this time and I will no longer be staying with this chain of hotels. This hotel was under construction and I was awoken everyday to hammers and drills. My room smelled so bad of fumes it was horrible. All the smoke detectors in the hallway were covered in painters tape all 3 days I was there. Thank God no fires! The pool was filthy and the hot tub closed! The gym was closed ! There was a baseball team of teenagers staying there . The staff was allowing them to play football in the drop off area and I was almost hit in the head with a football. These boys were yelling profanity and I was appalled as I am a Reverend. I complained and nothing happened. Later that night the boys were on my floor and running up and down the halls and screaming. I complained and nothing happened. Other guests were moving floors. I held out unfortunately. The boys slammed doors and ran room to room all night long. I complained and nothing happened. I asked for a refund and to my astonishment was refused . Worst stay ever!!!!

Great buffet breakfast, eggs, waffles, bacon, muffins, coffee etc. Night time coffee and tea as well. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff very attentive as well, used their business center pc and printer, all good.

Lovely property, & even in the midst of a renovation, still maintained great service. Breakfast was excellent. Didn’t get to try out the pool, because it kept raining on us. Lol!

Jennifer, who checked us in, was great! I thought that because of her, the rest of the stay/hotel would be like her: fabulous. But the breakfast was mediocre. The hot tub had algae on the coping. When my husband got up to take a dip in the pool, he had algae on his back. I told the person at the front desk, and she said that couldn't be because the pool guys check it. They don't. Bad condition.

The renovated floors look great, brand new. However, during my reservation nowhere was it mentioned the hotel was still under construction. I was surprised to walk into a construction site in the lobby. While understandable, this should be mentioned while making reservations along with a deeply discounted rate for the inconvenience.

Although it’s near the highway you don’t hear the noise. The property is clean and well kept although there are some people who don’t clean up after their dogs even though the property provides disposable bags right out front! Parking lot well lit.

The pool was not cleaned , it had a bee hive in it there were leaves not very good maintenance given to the pool area . The room was very clean and comfortable.

I found the room spacious, the bathroom clean, and the bed very comfortable. My only concern is the acoustics, which weren't very good. When I opened the door next door, I had the feeling it was my room's door. Everything else was fine. I would come back again!

This is a solid 3 star hotel. Our room was clean and we slept fine. However, the facility is old and has had limited updates. For example, You can tell the bathroom counter is newer but the door is old. The wallpaper is peeling up. The fan in the bathroom does nothing. When we arrived our door was open with the security latch propping it open. This is a safety hazard and should not happen.

This hotel was fine. But the room had a curious lack of electrical outlets and no usb charging ones on the desk lamps or anywhere else. Admittedly I travel with a cpap machine, recharging hearing aids, a tablet, and 2 cell phones. But I was unable to charge all my devices

The room we were provided was poorly maintained. The shower in the bathroom leaked water out onto the floor, the wall paper was peeling everywhere, and we did not receive room service to change the sheets, pick up trash, or bring fresh towels after our first night. We also had an alarm clock in the room that someone had set to 3am, the first night I turned it off and unplugged it after it went off. Assuming unplugging it would have stopped it the second night, it did not. It still went off after being unplugged the second night. When I told the front desk the gentleman was not helpful at all. Basically blank staired at me like "what do you want me to do?". I asked if I could give him the alarm clock and he responded "I guess". So yeah, I gave him the alarm clock. His personal skills and social skills were not up to the level of a front desk person.

Jennifer was SO helpful when the smoke alarm was beeping in our room, later in the evening. They were booked, so she found us an excellent king room at a new hotel across the street. We were not charged at the second hotel. She invited us back at the Hampton for breakfast, which was very nice and complete, large selection of all their food during the last half hour of breakfast service. We would definitely stay at the Hampton again.

The gal that checked us in said maybe 2 words total. She handed our keys packet but never told us our room number, what time breakfast was offered, didn’t answer phone any of the 3 times we tried calling. Room was ok clean but NOT A SINGLE USB charging port in the room and no extra clock/lamp base plug outlets

The motel was in exellent condition. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Beds, room, parking all very good. BUT we requested room service 3 times during our 5 day stay to collect trash and replace soiled towels, but never had service until the last day. Staff seemed nice, but unresponsive to our requests.

Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Property was clean. Hot breakfast buffet was a treat. Wouid give most everything 5 stars. It should be noted that after a good rain, the street recommended by Google Maps, has deep water standing. Property can be accesed from a different side, where water is more like puddles. I reserved a handicapped room. The portable shower seat was broken, but that was not noticeable, until i laid my hand on it for balance and one leg totally collapsed, causing a nasty fall on cold, hard tile. I reported and I feel sure that problem has been rectified. I recommend testing such things just to be safe. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
