Nice on beach hotel with great pool. Nice staff, easy check in. 1st floor which I preferred. Room clean but tight with 2 beds, small table and TV stand. Huge pool, 3 to 10 feet with plenty of seats and lounges. Large hot tub also. Pool towels available at check in. Pool bar for beverages poolside. Received welcome drink coupon on check in. Beach access by pool down very steep steps. Limited parking if you are unable to park in single space then you park in small underground garage or 2 deep in spots. Then need to leave key with desk which I greatly disliked. Thus everytime you need to get into your car, you need to go to desk. Unhappy at checkout when clerk said she didn’t have my key! Security found it a few moments later but scary! Would stay again, bring 2 sets of car keys.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ocean front rooms are great. Pool area is nice and BBs bar is a great. However parking lot is very small and the elevator is extremely hot. Area is very walkable with shops, restaurants and water park close.

The hotel was ok for a one night stay. I was not too happy with the fact that the water was draining out slow while I was taking a shower. I had to shower with a tub full of water. Also the shower curtain was too small and did not cover the shower all the way. The tiki bar, beach and the pool was a plus.

Very clean large room, very nice place. Elevator did break down, but they had it repaired immediately. The staff was great and very helpful! The tiki bar and entertainment were a nice touch!

The parking here sucks!! They have one row of single parking and then a row where you double park and have to leave your keys with security so they can move your vehicle. They also have underground parking but not a lot of space there or parking across the street by the gift shop.

The stay was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The a/c worked perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all super nice. The one only thing that brought my rating down was the evaluator. The evaluator needed a good cleaning . It smelled like mold and was very musky.

Toni the young lady that checked me in was great, she get 5stars all the way , however the beds sheets was not clean, there was hair all over the bed, I had to buy a sheet to put over the one that was there to sleep, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I have to start out by saying that the staff in the main lobby were FABULOUS! As for the rest of the staff they were sub-par to average. Housekeeping was limited to bringing towels and making the beds. The room was never swept, the glass to the ocean facing balcony was filthy and never cleaned. The bartender at the poolside Tiki Bar was inattentive and sometimes not even around. We waited sometimes up to half hour to be waited on. The Tiki Bar at the neighboring hotel was great and we frequented that one. The elevator up to our floor smelled like someone threw up in it. Neither the bathtub or the bathroom sink drained properly and the water pressure in the shower was horrible 😩. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel was close to the pier and within walking distance to many restaurants.

First the staff is amazing at the front desk! When we went tonour room our door was ajar, so that was a red flag. Why are rooms ready and the door left open? The floors felt like they hadnt been mopped after the last stay. The table and "counter" area was dirty, it was wiped at the fron but not rhe whole thing. The couch cushions had been turned over to hide stains.

Great views from the room- however, the images online of the room do not reflect what the actual room looks like. The images showed a sitting area with a pull out couch and half wall divider- that is not the room I was placed in. The floors were dirty upon arrival, the elevator floor has a hole in it, and the shower water pressure was barely above a drizzle. Housekeeping did well keeping trash empty, towels replenished and beds made. But floors stayed sandy the whole time. Also, the tv would not connect so I could use any of the smart features.

My biggest issue was how dirty the floors & walls are. We did check the beds they was clean. The floors definitely need a good clean, but staff was very nice & I like that they have security outside watching cars.

The room was nice and had a great view of the ocean but didnt care for anything else. Couldnt even leave the hotel without risking losing our spot. The elevator was apparently working but took 10 mins to arrive which forced us to use the smelly, confined stairwell every time down and up to the 5th floor whilst climbing around trash bags that were just left at the top of the stairs. Staff was friendly enough but not enough to offset the negative experiences. Ended up leaving a day early so we didn't have to hear the pool DJ blare his music until 9pm like he did every night. I got oceanfront to hear the ocean, not terrible renditions of crappy pop songs over and over again.

The rooms had been recently renovated and looked great. They cleaned the room each day of my stay; however, the sheets were not completely clean. They contained several strands of hair on them. The pool area was clean and not crowded. There was some nearby construction going on at night, but you could barely hear it. For the price, my oceanview room was a great find. There is a lot of shopping and dining options within walking distance.

(1) The doors to the hotels all lead to an outdoor walkway. This means all of the traffic going in and out of Daytona Beach is very present in the rooms. For me, staying on the first floor, that was especially prevalent, but so too was the realization that the doors are not sealed incredibly well. The cleaning staff comes around early, and they're understandably sociable with one another, so between the talking and the horrendous sound of the towel bins rolling on the concrete floor, it was hard to have a late start if you needed one. This didn't just mean noise though, because other things can leak in through the cracks. I'm happy to say though, that only one of the seven nights I stayed involved an encounter with a bug. (2) This is a picky note, but obviously, being near the beach meant sand and water are unavoidable upon returning to the hotel after a day on the shore. This is not so troublesome if you're an early riser and sparingly put up the Do Not Disturb sign, but that is not me. I need my sleep, and so I'd put up the sign, only to discover that it was unlikely for the staff to come around after a certain point–which meant more often than not, you're brushing your feet off before getting into bed or just wearing shoes all the time. (3) The parking situation is crazy

We have stayed here many times over the last decade. Yesterday's check in was the most welcoming experience we have ever had here. Not only was there a nice fresh paint job in the lobby area since we've last been here, it also looks like a nice fresh customer service training session has taken place. Thank you! Cute little gift bag provided at check in. Right on the beach, close to Ocean Deck for great entertainment, tasty food options all around, walking distance to the pier and the bandshell. I'm glad we grabbed a room last night!

The staff are beautiful people and very good about checking you in and making sure you have everything you need. We enjoyed the active bar outside with live music. the pool and hot tub were in excellent working condition and very clean. It’s a great place to stay with affordable pricing.

The lobby and ladies at the front desk are super nice and very accommodating. Our 1st night there was some cleanliness issues but was quickly taken care of. Parking is an issue, but they do try to help with that. 1 of the elevators is a little sketchy, but mostly just an age issue I think. The location is great! Just a short walk from most everything. The worse was the elevator, too hot inside no ventilation n or no A/C. There was also a staff member in the lobby w/red hair African American she was not friendly at all. She should be demoted to cleaning rooms. Not at all approachable. Too serious like with an attitude like don’t bother me… ugh! My room was great (507) very clean and comfortable. Also Shamir (sorry I think I’m misspelling her name) but she did my booking very very nice lady. There was also two other young ladies that were very nice but can’t recall their names. One was a beautiful blonde lady and the other one was African American but wow I wish I could remember her name she did my final check-in. Very nice young lady.

We have stayed here many times over the last decade. Yesterday's check in was the most welcoming experience we have ever had here. Not only was there a nice fresh paint job in the lobby area since we've last been here, it also looks like a nice fresh customer service training session has taken place. Thank you! Cute little gift bag provided at check in. Right on the beach, close to Ocean Deck for great entertainment, tasty food options all around, walking distance to the pier and the bandshell. I'm glad we grabbed a room last night!

It is DIRECTLY on the beach and by the famous sign. I was shocked at the amount of homeless people in the area. I did not feel comfortable going to the beach at night. Heard a few arguments and yelling late at night on the street. The staff tho….. AMAZING

This was my second time staying here. The staff and security is always so nice and accommodating. It is a nice location with many walkable things around. It's right on the beach so we enjoy that. My daughter enjoys the heated pool and hot tub. We had a volleyball tournament at the ocean center, it is a walkable distance for us so it saves us parking fees.

Breakfast advertised was not available due to renovations. There renovations happen outside as well so beach access is a bit restricted from the hotel. Front office staff 3-11 shift was excellent..she was friendly and very welcoming. Rooms were small and comfortable but not much more was offered or available.

Nice on beach hotel with great pool. Nice staff, easy check in. 1st floor which I preferred. Room clean but tight with 2 beds, small table and TV stand. Huge pool, 3 to 10 feet with plenty of seats and lounges. Large hot tub also. Pool towels available at check in. Pool bar for beverages poolside. Received welcome drink coupon on check in. Beach access by pool down very steep steps. Limited parking if you are unable to park in single space then you park in small underground garage or 2 deep in spots. Then need to leave key with desk which I greatly disliked. Thus everytime you need to get into your car, you need to go to desk. Unhappy at checkout when clerk said she didn’t have my key! Security found it a few moments later but scary! Would stay again, bring 2 sets of car keys.

The room was absolutely wonderful. Room was large and very clean. The phone did not work, but we could text the front desk for help. The building outside and amenities need updating. The laundry facilities were old and rusty. The pool and hot tub were great but the "fountain tree" was not working or else turned off. The elevators really smell - like old, wet socks. Construction on the public beach entry was disappointing, but not the Inn\'s fault. The "Only valet parking" policy was unexpected, but not a problem. Valets were fast and very polite. Would like to go here again when construction is done and the building outside gets a facelift. A diamond in the rough with lots of potential!

I was welcomed right away when i came to check in. All staff were super helpful and friendly. Room is kinda dated but clean. Room does have some nice amenities and tv worked! The pool was great and i had a bkast hanging out at the tiki bar. The bartender was super professional and very friendly. Also drinks were good and the price was unbeatable. Loved that you can get beach /pool towels from ront desk and the beach is directly behind hotel. I booked simply because this place was ocean front and i didnt want to miss any minute of sun. It absolutely is ocean front and super short walking distance to some really cool restaurants and bars. Overall for the price i enjoyed it. Would totally book again. All the staff were attentive and friendly and helpful. AC worked great. Hotel lobby has drinks and snacks for purchase. Decently quiet at night with occasional loud cars down the speedway or loud guests outside but nothing like other places ive stayed. There are laundry machines in the building. We had a nice stay here for an event in town, met friends and hung out at the bar and pool. Everything was very close by, most was walking distance. The parking for hotel guests was complicated, however doable. I would recommend this hotel to others!

You can't get any closer to the beach with this hotel being directly on the beach with quick access. They had a nice large pool and hot tub that looked onwards to the ocean. The Oceanfront room with balcony was much bigger than expected. The thing that was lacking here was the level of cleanliness within the room. Unfortunately there was too many things uncleaned to go unnoticed.
