Great Property with attached restaurant. Based off the movie so decor of Winter everywhere was cool. Only downside was no hot tub. It being cool out, it would’ve been nice instead of watching the people in the hotel next door (same owner of both hotels), enjoying a jacuzzi. Rooftop bistro in the next door hotel was great

The location was great right on your own private beach area. There were also plenty of dining options and a couple of shopping/market options. The pool was nice, but I wish it also would have had a hot tub. The A/C units were being worked on which was a little inconvenient, but the hotel was very good with communication about the process.

Convenient location, clean rooms but expensive, overpriced food and drinks. Private beach was so small and then was taken up by chairs and umbrellas for rent. Had to drive to public beaches to get real beach vibe. Pool was also small.

had a partial water view on 5th floor-perfect room was neat and clean-only had office like chair in room- would suggest a comfy chair in the room, the restaurant attached was okay. but all in all- perfect stay if you want to relax and not go all over and search for parking. Everything was in walking distance this place has poor, tiki bar, music, restaurant- , water, sand, chairs, umbrella- what else do you need?

Great hotel, its under renovation right now due to the hurricanes. Our stay overall was great, but due to the renovations, it gets very lout outside at about 6 am. I get they have to do what they have to do, and am in no way complaining. We fully enjoyed our stay. The staff was hospitable and kind. Clean hotel with daily towel service.

The 25$/day for parking was outrageous and ought to be complimentary for paying guests. The cost per day for the room is high enough already, and especially outrageous to have the parking fee "sprung" on you when you check-in. I will not stay at this hotel again and I will advise my friends and family accordingly.

We had an over all good stay. Staff were very nice and helpful. They only have house keepers every other day and we had to ask twice to get our floor cleaned but in never happened for the 5 nights we were there. The hard tile floor was very dirty. Our feet and socks were black. Besides that everything else was clean and comfortable.

The property wasn't clean, especially the 3rd floor. I don't recommend room 312. It has black mold in the shower and ceiling. It is also right across the hall from the elevator and a house keeping closet. It was noisy early every morning. Our balcony door would not close properly. I do not recommend this property.

The room wasn’t ready at the time giving. The Room was ready at 1 hour and a half later than the time giving. The room was dirty and next morning when I woke up I found a bottle of water under the bed meaning that the Room wasn’t clean properly.

Great location, nice private beach area, plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. The inside of the hotel however was lacking. It was not clean, there was a huge pile of hair in our room when we walked in, the walls were dirty, the carpets in the hallways were filthy. Again, the location is great but due to the lack of cleanliness we would not stay here again.

The staff were all very friendly until checkout. There was no one there at first and then she was not pleasant with our questions. The hotel was old and seemed clean except for the headboards which were gross -stained very badly.

I LOVED how kind and helpful every staff member was, they were amazing! The food and service was great too! The private beach was perfect, and a main attraction for me. My issue is that my TV in my room wasn't working correctly. When i called the front desk i didn't get an answer after SO many rings. And SO many calls. Also, upon check in I was asked if i want my towels replaced daily, to which I replied no thank you. And they came in and replaced my towels anyway. This frustrated me and made me feel unsafe. I don't like anyone around my things while im not there. I traveled alone and so this upset me. I did not complain to the front desk. Overall my experience at this location was positive. Im big on customer service and they hit the nail on the head in that rite.

Our room over looked the Parking garage and gavebus a small water view. It was great with the exception of noise from guess returning to hotel. Also wish we had access to the sister Hotel next door piol as it stayed open till 10pm ours was dusk to dawn and no way near as nice.

Overall: While the hotel offers a clean and comfortable environment with friendly staff, my recent stay fell short of expectations, particularly regarding the "Partial Sea View" room. Positives: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was impeccably clean, with spotless bed linens, mattresses, and towels. The hotel is conveniently located in a prime area. The pool was well-maintained and comfortably heated, even on cooler days. Areas for Improvement: The "Partial Sea View" room did not meet my expectations. The balcony primarily overlooked a parking lot, with only a limited and obstructed view of the sea. This significantly detracted from the advertised experience. The proximity of the parking lot to the room resulted in frequent disturbances, including glare from car headlights and a lack of privacy due to insufficiently opaque curtains. Unfortunately, a technical issue with the room key resulted in a 30-minute delay, causing us to miss a pre-booked dinner cruise. Considering the advertised "Partial Sea View" and the inconveniences encountered, I believe the room rate was not commensurate with the value delivered. one other cary part is , the disabled internet feature on TV while they have smart TV in room. You can't mirror your phone or conenct to internet. Which is horrible. Recommendation: I recommend that the hotel re-evaluate the description and pricing of its "Partial Sea View" rooms to accurately reflect the actual view.

Check in was amazing came about 5:30 and the staff was amazing and helpful! Saturday morning Tiffany at the desk was rude and not approachable. Her answers were short and felt very rude. I know she probably deals with a lot of rude people but it was about 8am so I would imagine it was too early for that. The weed smoke smell in the hallway of floor 5 was so bad! For not being a smoking hotel there should be more measures to make sure people are not smoking. I got an instant headache and even sitting on the patio Friday evening the room next us on the balcony was smoking cigarettes so that was not cool. The breakfast at cabanas was gross but the service was great, our server on Saturday was upbeat and very nice. Short stay for a quick getaway the area was nice and outside beach area with the chairs were fantastic!

We stayed her for 2 nights and had an excellent visit. Tiffany at the front desk is amazing. You can tell that she enjoys her job as she was very personable each time I had to interact with her. She knows the area as well. The room was perfect as it looked out on the pool area and the channel leading to the gulf. This hotel has a smaller but nice beach area and a decent size pool. The only thing I thought was strange was the restaurant and lounge area which are aprt of the hotel are not run by the hotel. As such you can't charge meals or drinks to your room like most hotels. Not a huge deal, just thought it was odd. Would stay here again for sure.

The front desk attendents were not very nice, inviting or helpful. We got there around 11am, had lunch and wanted to check in and was basically told were out of luck, had to wait until 4pm, even after we called they stated they would accommodate at least 2 rooms.We stayed in room 408 and the bathroom had water damage around the baseboard and the floor was coming up, the toliet handle would not work, maintenance came to fix it quickly. Which was very much appreciated.The room cleaning team, when they did come every other day, they did the bare essentials, and we had to go to the front desk to request toliet paper, clean towels and more shampoo. (This was on a cleaning day) aren't these items part of the cleaning and guest services and fees we paid for.The beach was decent, the umbrellas and chairs were nice to have, although it was ridiculous that we had to pay for them, when we already paid for the hotel stay. 2 chairs and cabana were 35.00 for a day and 2 chairs and a umbrella were $20.00 for the day. We got a straw and plastic, plastic,plastic with every breakfast, lunch or drink we ordered, even at the beach. Straws are not ocean friendly and could hurt the animal the hotel says they are and eco friendly.Now, we did see several fish, a few dolphins and several manateesThe beach had alot of shells as you were going into the ocean, which tore up your feet, but once you got past that, early in the morning you see straight down. This was a nice little boutique hotel with a private beach. We enjoyed being close to restaurant options and the water. We rented two chairs and an umbrella for the day and used them from 11 am to 9 pm. The server from the bar checked on us several times to be sure we had everything we needed. The room was big and very bright. Would highly recommend.

My bed was super comfy as well as the pillows. I was disappointed with dinner at the onsite restaurant. It took a long time to get waited on. I ordered a drink and that came out about 5 minutes later. (It was a can of beer). I finished the beer and wasn't waited on again. After 25 minutes of sitting there I decided to leave. I get they might have been busy, but all they had to do was come tell me. I literally had one interaction with a server. Breakfast the next day, though, was fast and very yummy! Overall, though, I had a great time at this hotel!

The staff was extremely rude every day. Initial day staff gave wrong times for beach chair rental. Spent two days with fire alarm issues. Now dealing with credit card issues. Front desk stole card info and now resort trying to charge invalid fees. Had to cancel card. Do not stay at this facility.

Nice quiet, family friendly resort within walking distance to everything on the main strip and towards Pier 60. No need to take your vehicle out of the parking garage. Music from the neighboring hotel is a little loud into the late hours of the night.

The beach is some of the best in Clearwater. Nice heated pool. Great pool towels, overall excellent value. Some neighboring hotels have music at night, that can be heard a bit little indoors.

This is a great economy hotel with suites that are great for families. We stayed in a 2 queen bed suite with an attached 2 twin bed room. The room is bare bones, no end tables between the twin beds and limited Lighting. The bathroom is very small. All in all though it was clean and had a balcony off both rooms. The pool is nice and clean. The people were helpful. The outdoor bar is closed due to renovations or repairs which was kind of a bummer. Parking is very easy and the location is walkable to everything you could need.

Hotel staff was 5 Star , Mark at the beach rental was especially friendly and helpful!! Hotel food and drinks were really good . Only complaint was the in wall AC unit was rather noisy but not a major issue. For the value this hotel is an excellent choice

Winter the Dolphin Beach Club was a great hotel to stay at. The staff was very helpful and so friendly. The restaurant on site had great food. The private beach was beautiful and had live music throughout the day. If you have kids, this is a great place to take them; the water is calm and the hotel provides beach toys! Everything you want/need is within walking distance, but there is also a trolley you can take to get places. Beautiful area! I would absolutely recommend.

This hotel was great. The pool is just a few steps away from the hotel and the beach is right outside the pool gate. No long treks across the sand or boardwalk lugging coolers and wagons. Perfect. Beach chairs were easy to reserve from the beach attendant, and there were only 3 rows of chairs. Every chair had a nice view. My kids loved all the fish they could see underwater by the rocks. There were only soft waves, and lots of shells to find. The hotel beach-front cafe offered service to your beach chair as well. We received free breakfast tickets for both kids for every morning of our stay from the actual restaurant- not a Continental breakfast. There is a great coffee and ice cream place right across the road, as well as a small grocery. There is also a Surf Style swim shop in case you forgot any beach things and a great miniature golf course right across the road, too. The Jolly Trolley is free for Winter’s Beach Club guests and there is a stop right outside the hotel. We used the trolley daily and it was so convenient - plus you can track the trolley with an app so you know how long to expect to wait. We also bought Clearwater aquarium tickets at the front desk and got a discount. The aquarium is amazing. We loved this hotel and will definitely stay again!
