Nice hotel, 1 block from the beach, very nice rooftop bar.

The bar on the roof is very cool. Beautiful view. Good service. The breakfast was good. The propety is nice but needs a little revovation since the last one was in 2016. Great location. Definitely get a room with a beach view.

Nice place, very well located. Walking distance to beach and stores. The included breakfast is good, not excellent. The pool is good for take a rest, not big but it is ok.

Location was great...private parking was safe and easy .staff was great,, roof top bar is a Clearwater Beach hidden gem !!.. WILL be back..... Dave Stewart New Braunfels. Texas

Card readers to the rooms are terrible. Elevator traffic is horrible due to the first 3 floors of public parking garage. Great bar on top floor though.

Pier60 is located right in the middle of the action. It’s very close to the beach, shopping and very nice restaurants. Parking is very easy, convenient in and out, and it’s included in the price of stay. Restaurant on 10th floor has beautiful views and reasonable prices. They even give you free drink if you are there at sunset. Rooms are clean and beds somewhat comfortable (I understand you can’t please everyone with beds firmness). Pool is very warm and not crowdy. Hotel provides pool towels as well. Staff is very polite and check-in and out was quick. Breakfast is average - pretty much the same thing every day but they change hot item daily. Coffee is available all day if you need that. Only 2 negative things I’d like to report: 1. Key cards to open the door never work. They give you 2 cards saying you should not keep it together, or next to other credit cards, or next to your phone. Otherwise they will demagnetize. And they did constantly. Well, I have only 2 pockets, 1 for my wallet with credit cards, and another for my phone. Where am I supposed to put key cards? I always kept keycards in my wallet and never had this issue before. Those cards are really demagnetizing, or I honestly think it might be issue with card reader in the door. Anyway, we had to go to front desk and re-magnetize them pretty much every time we wed to get in the room. It was annoying! 2. Shower has very low water pressure. Maintenance guy said it is what it is.

Location is convenient to the beach and downtown area. Hotel is clean but desperatley needs updating. Our key cards stopped working every single day of our trip which was annoying and frustrating. The pool is very small and was never turned 'on' and did not appear to be cleaned daily. I noticed sea birds playing in and defecating around the pool so it did not make for an inviting area. There is marina construction happening just next to the pool area which made is even less pleasant (not the hotel's fault). Staff was friendly, especially the housekeeping staff, who were extremely polite. We did have a nice view of the ocean from our room but it was partially blocked by the Wyndham across the street, with that entire side of the building's balconies facing our room, so we could not leave the drapes open to enjoy the view due to lack of privacy. I would have been very upset if I had paid extra for the ocean view. Free breakfast each morning was sufficient at best. Eggs and premade french toast were strange and over 5 days, they never offered bacon. Safest (and most appetizing bet) is yogurt, cereal or a bagel. In all, this hotel is fine if location and budget are your biggest priorities. I would stay elsewhere if visiting again.

Needs a room refresh. Couch cushions dirty, curtains show wear, Internet and WIFI was terrible. TV is WIFI connected and simply did not work. Had a tech show up 3 times and no resolution. It is 2025 and good WIFI connectivity is just simply a given. Breakfast breads and coffee were good. Biscuits and sausage gravy??? Gezzzzz... Frozen sausage and frozen egg omlets? Really!!

The housekeeping services were excellent! Better than most! There is a serious problem with the hotel Wi-Fi. We struggled with watching TV, because the Wi-Fi often failed and therefore you could not stream on the TV. There were cable channels available, but they were not identified and difficult to find. I also was trying to work from the hotel and had difficulties because I continued to drop my VPN. The front desk tried to help us, but could not fix the Wi-Fi situation. The staff was very nice and tried to be helpful, but the bottom line is we spent a lot of money and felt frustrated much of our vacation.

Great location . Plenty of parking . Great view and bar on the roof. Breakfast was awesome they had a wide variety of food. Gym was lacking . Staff was great

Only problem was room service put sheets with dried bloodstains on them so we had to ask the front desk to send them back.

Hotel was very very clean. I have been in 5 stars hotels and was not as clean as this one. Staff very nice & they let us check in way earlier than check in time. Location is great with very nice views. Breakfast was okay. All the basic. I think they should invest in better coffee though. Swimming pool was okay.

We had a wonderful stay at Pier House 60. The room was clean and had all the towels and amenities we needed. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was superior. We will definitely stay here again and we will recommend it to anyone that asks. We are just over the top satisfied staying here.

Very well staffed- very clean- the staff was constantly cleaning and housekeeping was diligent. Nice to be able to grab a bite of breakfast on the run. Mediocre food at rooftop bar. Small pool and busy traffic location but overall good value.

Im very dissappointed in my stay. First i check in everything was good i wake up the next morning i found a big insect on the floor never seen this insect before in my life. What if this insect was on my bed the whole time this is a serious concern. I called the hotel and told them i need a refund they refused it. Dont book this hotel because they dont care about their customers.

We loved this hotel! It's location is unmatched, and the rooms were fantastic!! Very comfortable, quiet and spacious. The staff was excellent as well!

A nice base to explore the Clearwater Area. It is a very quick walk to get onto the beautiful beach and there are also lots of restaurants and convenience shops in a short walking distance. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable but in need of some modernisation. The A/C was a bit temperamental and quite noisy at night and the showers had very little pressure. The staff at the hotel were all nice and friendly and the breakfast room had lovely views of the harbour.

Excellent staff who are super helpful. Recommend staying in a bayside room so you will have a balcony. Also, the noise from the street on the Ocean side was pretty loud, even though we were on the 8th floor. The bed was a bit too firm for our liking. The room decor was a little dark (i.e. the wall color) so we needed to put on all the lights in the room at night. I would stay there again.

This is an older property, but it looks as though it's in the process of being gradually updated. Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The furniture was older and somewhat worn, and there wasn't much space to store your clothes, so we kept ours in our suitcases. The bathroom was large and updated. There was a decent-sized breakfast area in the lobby of the hotel, and breakfast was free. I think it would have been nice to have a large lobby area with chairs and sofas, but this lobby consisted of just a check-in/check-out desk. We had excellent housekeeping service every day of our stay, which was much appreciated. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Gina. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.

Hotel was great. The only negative was the shower head. Worst I’ve ever had and I stayed in a lot of cheap hotels. Room, location and people were all great. We will be back.

Hotel is clean. Staff is polite and friendly. Awesome rooftop bar. Everything is in walking distance. Only complaint I could have would be the water pressure in the shower. Definitely not a deal breaker. I will return.

This is the first time we visited Clearwater and it was overwhelming to select a hotel for our stay. We decided to just do 1 night and explore the area bit so next time we have a better idea what to book. We booked this hotel last minute because it has good reviews, and the pictures looked nice and breakfast is included. I think a 3 star overall rating is accurate due to the below: Pro: 1. very close to the beach, we just need to cross the street and we are there. 2. Our room has a nice beach view 3. Price we paid was great compared to other big hotels on the beach 4. Breakfast was included and parking is easy 5. Clean - I think the workers there did a good job cleaning the room and general area Con: 1. The hotel is small and has seem better days, fixtures are old and for example, our room has a really beat up bathroom door. Everything is functional though so mostly cosmetic changes 2. The beds and pillows are super firm and not comfortable at all. I couldn’t sleep. 3. My room is extremely noisy, I can hear all the cars passing through on the street which is also why it was hard to sleep

We had a wonderful quick weekend stay. The hotel is beautiful and so clean. The rooftop bar was so much fun, we had to go twice. Our room was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect to explore the beach and surrounding area. All of the staff were amazing. Gina at the front desk was the best part of our stay. We will definitely be back.

False advertising! Run away! Tried to charge a $37 fee that was not disclosed. When we asked what it was for - she replied - 'parking, breakfast and beach towels'. DESPITE the booking including 'free breakfast' and we didn't have a car. The lady at the front desk said 'well, it's in the fine print and 'free breakfast' doesn't mean free, it means it is included in the fee.

Nice property. The check out was a bit challenging. There was one person at the desk and a line with people checking in and out. The Woman at the desk was trying but stressing to get done. My wife went to get a glass of water in the breakfast area and the same one person at the desk said, it’s closed and added water is 3 dollars at the desk here. Maybe there could be more help for checking out.

First time staying there for 7 days. In the middle of everything to do. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with our needs. I've read some of the complaints about sand in the elevator rugs.... It's a Beach !!! The key cards took alittle to get used to and would deactivate around cellphones or other electrical devices. Once you know to keep them separate, they work just fine. Our view was great being on the 9th floor. We were even right under Jimmy's Crows Nest and with the loud music, it wasn't much of a bother, but that could be just us tho. We will be returning in the near future.

Needs towels for the pool with a view, she your girl. Thank you guys for excellent staffing. This place is great. Next to entrance to beach.

Very friendly staff. Appreciated being close to the beach. Lots of great food and activities close to keep you busy and well nourished.

I had to change part of my reservation around due to flight change from sun country and they were great to work with to find us a room to stay in for the last night and made it so easy to move

Had a great time. Location is excellent. It’s in the heart of Clearwater Beach Marina and Beach. Enjoyed our walks on the beach and Pierre. I would definitely come back.

Very well located to walk to beach, shops and restaurants. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Clean and spacious room. Would absolutely stay there again.

This hotel is right next to the public beach. The rooftop bar has great views of the marina and beach. Save some money and book this hotel instead of a beachfront.

Pier 60 Clearwater Beach Hotel was excellent. It is in a great location a block from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The breakfast included was good and filling. The staff was excellent especially housekeeping. I will stay here again next time we come back to Clearwater Beach.

Pier 60 had ocean views, walking distance, about a block from visible beach. Clean and quiet. The breakfast however was not good. Low quality food, gravy was watered down, hot food not appealing, and fruit didnt look nice. Otherwise a great place to stay. We would do it again.

Gina,Smoky and Matt were awesome! Jimmy’s was fun! AC in the room was really noisy. No AC at all in the breakfast area every morning yet they turned it on for night shift in the lobby everyday. 80*+ The breakfast food was a C- C’mon you can do better than that!

The location of the Pier 60 Hotel is perfect, rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and allowed us to check-in early. The breakfast could have been much better. There were at least two days when there were no egg options (not even boiled eggs) and the main option was pork. For those who do not eat pork, sausage or sausage gravy leaves us with cold cereal or fruit options and bread. It would also be great if the pool was updated. It’s not esthetically pleasing because it’s older, small, no hot tub, and next to the Marina that is having construction being done. This was disappointing, as I was hoping the pool would be a nice relaxing hangout. The rooftop restaurant is nice and is a favorite hangout (especially for during sunset), for a lot of people.

Although an older property that was a shade outdated we enjoyed our stay. Very clean, enjoyed the rooftop bar for sunset views. Did not at all enjoy free breakfast, terrible selections if basically a continental breakfast of frozen tasteless selections. Otherwise a great experience and friendly staff. But the free breakfast was anything but delicious

I rated the service as average because the rooftop bar food is not great. Also, I find it very odd that you cannot order a drink at the bar amd take it to the pool. I would recommend changing that.

I highly recommend this hotel for the price and location. The rooms were standard rooms. The parking was free, and it’s a quick walk to everything. The rooftop bars have amazing views and free shots at 7:30pm. My only complaint was the free breakfast in the morning was really minimal. No eggs, mostly bagels, cereal, toast and yogurt, but comparatively speaking, breakfast and parking were not included at the other hotels, which were also twice the price. We will stay again for sure!
