Everything was excellent!! Kudos to the staff!! The only thing was the ice machine on my floor (3rd floor) was out of service and I had to get my room cards fixed more than 3 times during my stay.

Very clean and smells good. The free breakfast was not just packaged muffins and such. Had a full hot breakfast with many options. Saved money on having to eat out every morning. Only thing that was a lil difficult was the small parking lot. Not a deal breaker though. Would definitely stay here again

We returned to the hotel and the access key did not work. We approached the on-site manager Evonne, and advised her we could not open the door. She verified our cards and gave us 2 new ones, which still didn't work. We returned back to the main desk and she acquired a "black box" to override the door lock, which did not work. We went back down to the main desk. Evonne called the maintenance man, who was off duty. He declined to come back. Evonne acquired a crowbar and was able to break the door frame to allow us to enter the room. We went back down to the main desk and she assigned us to another room. This process took well over an hour. Also, both lenses on the ceiling fixtures were missing. Only 1 elevator worked and the other one had been inoperable for over a year . Also, a third of the parking lights were out, making the parking lot dangerous!!! The Manager Evonne, was the only working staff on sight, which is not safe. She was extremely helpful, but she could only do so much. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was excellent!

Holiday Inn Express Largo review The room was clean with a personalized welcome on the tv. The bed and closets are spacious and the floor is nice and quiet. The front desk staff is helpful and thorough. Breakfast was nice with the wide variety of items like pancakes, bagels, biscuits, eggs, and more the room also has a Keurig machine for coffee, there is also a pool and a 24-hour fitness center The air conditioner in the room was a bit noisy, but all in all a nice stay!

It was convenient - but the room we were in, was a mixed experience. New flooring, new beds and decor, larger tv - but bathroom fixtures were old, door into room had been damaged, though it locked. Elevators were not working very well. One was shut down for repairs, the other was creaky. I had to take it up, but walked down from the 5th floor because it was slow and I felt uncomfortable.

In front of hotel attracted mosquitoes, street lights near the wooded area in parking lot were dim and covered by trees. Will stay again

Staff was beyond incredible. Front desk staff day and night were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I cannot understand why there is no recycling in the hotel? We went to Clearwater aquarium and talks about garbage in ocean etc but hotel chooses to have no recycling available and all goes into trash. Does not make any sense.

The hotel location was excellent and the primary reason for selecting this hotel. But the cleanliness was sub par, with the shower being a major disappointment. The water accumulated as it drained really slow. The water pressure was weak and the faucet looked aged. I visit the area frequently and will not stay here again.

This was a good no-frills stay. The bed was comfortable, pillows were fluffy, & linens were soft & clean. The room appeared clean, although my washcloth turned brown when I wiped up a spill on the floor. Bathroom was clean & had quality bath products available. Shower water pressure was not very high, but it was nice & hot. The wall a/c kept the room cool without being noisy. The curtains kept it darkened in the morning. Unfortunately, we were awakened early by people’s voices outside the room. Very thin walls, I guess. Breakfast was pretty good for continental, with the exception of the milk, which was not expired but came out curdled. We were allowed an extra hour late check-out, which was super nice after being out late the night before. All in all a good budget option.

We have had a very bad experience with the beds since having slept in them we got bitten by fleas, which is quite horrible to happen. Since the bites of fleas or bedbugs are very painful.

I liked the room and bed sizes. The showers were great, however I did not like the shower floor. It looked grimy and the bathroom floors looked dirty. I did not that the breakfast bar ran out of food by 9 am when breakfast was supposed to be from 6:30 a.m. until 10 a.m.

Evening staff and morning front desk were nice. However, managers walked by me and didnt even acknowledge. Not a big deal, but its basic customer service. Parking lot under construction, otherwise fine. Bed extremely uncomfortable, window shade didnt work, A.C did not work reliably.

I requested a room away from the traffic and received a room facing the traffic on Seminole Blvd. and incurred the sleep and relaxation interruption throughout the stay. I asked for a different room twice but was informed that I couldn't be moved due to the full occupancy. I was also given a handicapped room which I didn't request. The stay was fairly noisy throughout the stay except for Sunday evening when the property wasn't fully occupied.

This is a nice hotel. Comfortable with plenty of pillows, and good TV options. Nice size shower. The air conditioner is noisy, but it works well. My only conplaints are that the walls are thin and they do not fix the room when stuff is broken unless you ask. My room was at the end of the hall. When the elevator in the middle of the hall arrived, it dinged so loud Icould hear it crystal clear from my room. I could also hear people talking. Woke up in the middle of the night once to a guy talking to the police a door or two away from mine. I do not know what the problem was, but he was loud. When I got there, the metal thing you open to prevent the door from opening all the way was broken. This is a security measure to keep people from entering the room, and they did not fix it before my arrival. I had to ask. Despite how the last bit may sound, this does seem to be a safe hotel. No one bothered me while i was there, the were quick to fix the door thing when I asked, and I did not notice any trouble in the area.

Really great hotel with top tier customer service, always clean, and had lots of great perks (free breakfast, free toothpaste, free parking... etc). They were always friendly and accommodating. We stayed here for almost 1 month and we were sad to leave. I wanted to note an employee named Helene who seriously was a great help during our stay. She went above and beyond for us and we can't say thanks enough. Never once did she give us attitude for any of our requests and she always had a smile on her face. It's the little things like this that make customers want to return. We will definitely be coming back for our next trip to Florida and would highly recommend this hotel to those who are wanting to visit Largo. Close to lots of stores/food/the beach!

I cannot say enough about the service that we received when we arrived at the Largo hotel. I mistakenly reserve the wrong date and there were no rooms available Hotel manager stepped in and was able to find me a room at the sister hotel in Clearwater. Their willingness to help was exceptional.

I stay here often. It's always clean, quiet, and comfortable. It's very convenient to the hospital where my husband has treatment every couple of weeks. Shopping and groceries are a short drive and walkable for some. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. You can have a great stay at most places once but this hotel performs consistently, time after time.

Breakfast was terrible, there was literally no hot food for anyone, drinks was spilled on the floor and all the people in charge of breakfast was by the exit door on the other side of the hotel hanging out. I had to get a front desk person to assist in the clean up of the floor before someone fell.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is usually very good - no generic tasteless cereal and muffins but real food like eggs prepared in various ways. Sausage, bacon, yoghurt, bagels, muffins, pastries, pancakes! Real cereal, and, best of all, biscuits and gravy! The only negative is the nonrefundable pet fee of $75 per pet.
