The hotel was very clean. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was fun to sit at the ocean by the tiki bar and have music every afternoon till 9. I recommend this to everyone .

This was our first time in Clearwater beach. We were satisfied with everything. From arrival when we we were greeted to departure time. Everyone was friendly and professional. Grounds were very clean. Menu suggestions? Hot dogs and hamburgers outside on a grill. Quick outdoor food.

First and most importantly, this hotel is right on the beach. You can rent chairs for $20 per day (2 chairs and an umbrella) and they charge it to your room. There is a small amount of beach if you just want to lay out a towel and not rent a chair. It is on the south end of Clearwater. The hotel has a restaurant and small bar. The beach bar closes at 9pm but the hotel is a few doors down from Shepherd’s if night life is important. The hotel is small and does have a parking garage they share with the hotel next door. Our room with 2 queen beds was plenty spacious and did have a balcony with a view of the pool and the ocean. One of the elevators (the one closest to our room) was broken for a short time. We did have trouble with our TV. At first we thought it was the batteries. The man at the desk handed me two batteries to change it out myself. After changing the batteries, we realized it wasn’t that. The man at the front desk tried to fix it but could not. We could not get it to turn off when we were able to turn it on manually. He said the hotel was sold out and he could not get us another TV. The maintenance man came up the next morning and brought us a brand new TV right out of the box. He was super helpful and I wish I could remember his name. He was also in charge of the luggage storage room on the day we checked out. All in all, it was a good stay. The location and the beach were perfect.
