There was nothing that I lost sleep over. Visually, the property is looking tired. Anytime you've exposed wood in Florida, it takes a beating. I saw a few instances of rot. The hing of the door to my room was shimmed against the hinge jamb, making it a poor fit. Someone might have kicked it in, normally necessitating a door jamb replacement. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Great location for my purposes and reasonable rates. Room was clean and spacious, plenty of chairs and flat surfaces. Not too much to the property itself but clean and located next to a great Mexican restaurant. I did not like the $5.00 fee per night for parking.

This Residence Inn is an aging property. The room had a musty odor, but was otherwise clean. You have to ask for dishes, pots, pans and event dishwashing soap and sponge. The sidewalks are buckling and the pile of cigarette butts stayed at the bottom of the stairs most of the week. The staff was friendly and I did appreciate the breakfast which changed slightly from day to day. The location is great, walking distance from several restaurants and right next to the interstate. I didn't have any issues with noise and the bed was comfortable. The reason I chose this place was price. It is affordable and what you get for the price is reasonable, but nothing fancy. Would I stay here again? Sure, but only if price is a greater concern than comfort.

Cons: Not informed of the on site parking $5 /day Hole in celiling of vent to get to ac unit Bathroom is tight squeeze Pros: Heat 🔥✅️ Spacious/Cozy Tv/WiFi ✅️ Bed/Linen -Amazing✅️ Breakfast weekend was better than i had anticipated. Weekend was egg and cheese breakfast "tacos"; oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, waffles and your standard milk, fruit, yogurt toppings were awesome, gave a great variety. Weekday-GF muffins, same milk, yogurt, grits, sausage, eggs.. the orange juice is delicious. All around great stay would recommend others

The property seems like being converted from apartments, old style, room is spacious but bathrooms are such tiny, more important is, poor maintenance. We have stayed there twice, one unit had shower switch valve leak, instead of reporting to repair, the housekeeper just over tightened it so I even can’t turn on the shower. The breakfast was reasonable for one day, was miserable for another day (kitchen worker didn’t show up).

The best affordable option on the area, we love staying at this Residence Inn location because it’s convenience near Orlando, Winter Park and Lake Mary. Early morning breakfast to start the day, friendly staff, and comfortable suites. It also has a laundry room, pool, and tennis court.

The hotel was overbooked. We had booked a 2 queen size beds for our family of 4. When we got there they were out of it so we have to be accommodated in a King size bed with a rollout sofa bed. Very uncomfortable. The bedroom was not in great shape and not so clean.

I think this place is an amazing hidden gym! It was perfect for a large family I had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a complete second story loft! It came stocked with everything we needed and the price was so reasonable I was blown away! Definitely will be coming back here is now a new family favorite! You can tell some things are outdated there was some soft spots in the floor but to us it didn't bother us at all! Everything else was well worth it

The property wasn’t what I expected. It’s very outdated from the inside out. The shower leaked, the bathroom sink was draining extremely slow, there was an old smell in the room, and the bathroom was cleaned poorly. The staff were very polite and accommodating. They changed my room without hesitation,but it wasn’t any better. The location was perfect for the occasion. I guess this is what I get for booking at the last minute.

I had booked and paid for my room thru expedia. When I arrived they kept telling me I hadn't paid for my room yet. My wife gave my confirmation number. After 20 minutes of back and forth it appeared to be settled. I had to give them a card for deposit. I did. Few days after I checked out of the hotel they charged my card I used for security deposit for my room. This is after it had already been prepaid thru expedia. I'm still fighting 2 months later to resolve this charge on my credit card.

Only stayed one night. This hotel is old, but the room was clean. It just shows wear and tear. The staff were so nice. After we checked out of our hotel, my husband couldn't find his watch. I called back to the hotel and the lady who answered the phone went the room, which fortunately was located next to the office. She did not fine the watch, but I felt that was really good customer service. We found his watch when we got home. It is located in a quiet area. There is a Waffle House next to the hotel that you can walk to.

Everyone was really nice and accommodating for me. I was having a hard time and they gave me a late check out which is really nice because I didn’t have a ride at the checkout time that’s normal. I just appreciate every single thing all around. The room was very, very clean and it was just so nice and the bed was super comfortable. And the breakfast was amazing. Thank you so much you guys, I will be back.

stayed here for five nights while visiting Orlando for universal theme parks. It’s such a easy drive from here direct highway. Since it is very close to the exit, loved the hospitality. Everything was very clean. The housekeeping service was up to the mark. The breakfast was really great and the team here was very responsive. They helped us with any issues which came throughout our stay. Would remember this and mark this for all upcoming trips to Orlando.

I had been to 3 different hotels prior to coming to the Residence Inn, (which I was referred to from a friend!) so I had prepared myself for the worst. Their continental brerakfast was deliciious! It not only offered the waffle bar but the eggs and meat, potatoes, and biscuits and gravey! They also offered choice of cereal, muffins, toast, begals and cream, and homemade oatmeal each day. Many options to choose from! The front desk staff, General Manager, and engineers on the property really understood the meaning of true hospitality which is almost a forgotten art since you now book your reservation online. They offer a beautiful kitchenette that also included a dishwasher! The kitchen offer updated appliances and the room was beautiful! It was very clean,(and NO bugs!) and comfortable with a lot of room! I could go on and on because I was so impressed with everything the Residence Inn had to offer but you definitely will be very happy and well taken care of if you stay there!

Very old and outdated hotel, flooring and bathroom need badly upgrading. It is a joke what they did to the bathtub, they painted here and day, unbelieveble!!! But it is an Marriott so we did'nt expect this trash. Breakfast was a desaster as well Every body was on there cellphone even the manager. No food, empty, empty, no milk for de cornflakes, no half on half for the coffe, no decaff coffee, no gravy for the bisquits, no spoons desastro, desastro........

No housekeeping services for an entire 6 night stay, room door was extremely difficulty to open, overall cleaniness was subpar, room flooe had hole and indintation that were a trip hazard. Shawn at the reception for pleasant and helpful however after changing room once for lack of hot water and experiencing a similar issue with the 2nd room I changed my stay and request a refund for the 2nd night. I was disappointed this was a Marriott property.
