Unannounced under renovation (bad sloppy renos) from the website description. THE SITE SAYS FREE BREAKFAST but there was none. I called the front desk just to ask when it ends and he said: “I don’t know nothing about a free breakfast” Also our floor were so dirty that we ended up placing some towels down near the bathroom/sink area after me wiping it a bit before. Everything else was nicely clean. PS: bedsheets not so soft, but whatever.

There was a roof repair being done. The crew began at 8am. It sounded like an elephant herd directly above my room. This location did not have any luggage carts to assist unloading at check-in nor for loading at check-out. I would think this would be standard equipment at all hotels. The free breakfast closing at 9am is inconvenient. The item selection available was poor.

While it appears they are renovating the property, these renovations are being done by amateurs. We stayed in a newly renovated room. The chemical smell made it difficult to sleep. There were paint splashes all over the floor, countertop, and stove. There were outlet covers missing from the walls, the room was dusty, and doesn't look like it and been properly cleaned. The television was mounted to the wall crooked. The only bright spot was the extremely friendly staff at the front desk.

We needed a place to stay due to ice storm and no electricity. This was nearby and inexpensive. This hotel is in need of updating and maintenance. the sink did not drain and we needed to go to the desk for a toilet plunger. the fire escapes were blocked off and not accessible.

Upon arrival, the girl at the desk did not greet us.Just asked for identification. She gave us the key and was not very helpful. When we got to the 3rd floor, as we were heading to our room, one of the doors were patch up half way with a piece of plywood. Second, the back door to the fire escape door was left open with a highchair and the stairs were unfit and unsafe. Door should have had a caution sign up. We entered our room which was next to the fire ecape door, put our stuff away and went to our concert. We got back to the hotel at around midnight, the tub was not very clean and we were to tired to complain. The water dripped all night that we had to shut the bathroom door, so we could sleep. In the morning, we got up and took our shower, now the water isn't draining and you got two inches of water that your standing in. Not very sanitary. Would i recommend this hotel to our family and friends, absolutly not. It needs to be renovated. Oh I forgot, the curtain was half hanging off the rod. There was no light bulb in the lamp on the desk, and the air conditioner was all dirty and plugged up. Must i say more...

It was close to work. The property is going through a renovation, that is a plus. However, bathrooms need to be cleaned a little better. The bathroom tub had a bad smell most of my stay (7 nights). The night shift front desk man could use more customer service etiquette. One day halfway through my stay I had to jump in the shower before heading to work, I turned the shower on, and to my surprise there was no water! I called the front desk and was told that the main water line had to be tuned off due to a repair that the hotel was going through. Very inconvenient as I had to run to work and shower in the men’s locker room! A warning from management would have been nice.

The hotel looks as if it had nothing done to it in 25 yrs any thing that broke was still broke . it is under renovation now. the fridge smelt really bad and also froze our food, the room was cluttered with too much furniture. the room also had a slight smell to it. The breakfast tables were not cleaned from one morning to the next ! The elevator was dirty the halls were dirty, the entrance was dirty. the bathroom was dimly lit. The ice maker was broken . The pool was closed for renovation but advertised as having a pool . The sheets were clean and the orange juice was good at breakfast . Breakfast had the very minimum and still be able to call it breakfast . They took all the profit for 25 years and put nothing back ! find a different hotel this one is a disaster !

Under construction is one thing but the place was downright dirty and unsafe, balconies totally open and not taped off, missing steps and no sign, garbage all over, Found cigarette butts in my room, breakfast “buffet” was a grab and go, also paid for 2 queen beds and got double bed room, these are just some of the photos

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Nice, clean room and the price was great for having a fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. No coffeemaker. Building wasn't secure, some outside doors were propped open all night. Overall good experience, and would book again.

I gave this place a two star for convenience. When I first got there, they couldn’t find my reservation. Once that was finally settled, my husband and I get to our room…the floor is dirty. There’s no tissue, no soap. The tub was filled with dry wall. The bathroom sink leaked from the pipes under it when you turn the sink on. The bed was hard. The hallway was filled with random trash, work equipment, Roku sticks. Just dirty. The walls are extremely thin. All night it sounded like somebody was above us stomping expect we were on the top floor!!

I had to change rooms three times. The first room wasn’t cleaned, the second room, the bathroom was covered in gnats (bugs). It was disgusting. The rugs haven’t been vacuumed and the breakfast area was filthy. No coffee and no cups. I will never stay here again. Disgusting.

We stayed there the night before my daughter's graduation. The check-in desk was so high I had to stand on my tiptoes in order to sign the paperwork. The clerk was extremely friendly though. The entire 3rd floor reeked of marijuana. Our room was clean enough, but the towel bar by the sink was broken/missing. The "continental breakfast" was nothing but instant oatmeal and cereal, no pastries; bagels; etc. Overall I would rate this stay a 2.5/3 stars but no higher.

In spite of supposedly being a non-smoking facility, it is clear that people frequently smoke in the rooms. There were cigarette burns on some of the furniture, and the room smelled dirty from repeated smoking. Aside from that the furniture was worn. The staff was nice enough and things were reasonably clean in spite of all, but this is not a place to stay if you have any sensitivity to cigarette smoke.

Location was convienent. Seemed like staff didnt to be bothered when concerns of improper cleaning of my room. i should not have found a condom wrapper on the closet shelf. also blow dryer and toilet paper holder barely attached to the wall. room was lacking soap and trash can and took almost an hour to resolve. bed was very squeeky anytime you even moved slightly. Kitchen was nice to have.

Dirty generally. Room: moldy shower, gross tub surface, dresser handle off, no brewing tray for coffee maker, missing light bulbs (4) over sink. Linens and bed fine. Newer toilet--but wobbly seat. Enjoyed my stay. Only thing was the air conditioner didn't work, and I had to get ready for a concert in a hot room. I didn't even get a new room til after I got back from my concert. Other than that, the staff were pretty friendly.

The location was quiet and convenient. Front desk staff were wonderful! Staff were very friendly and attempted to resolve customer issues and complaints. However, I question management’s tentativeness and involvement with their staff, customers, and complaints. When standing behind other customers at the front desk, most of them were complaining about similar issues we encountered. When customers asked for a manager, they were informed that the manager was “off” and there was nothing that the could do. I find this unacceptable. There were very few amenities and the few that they had did not work. The first night, our air conditioner did not work and it was 90 degrees. We were able to change rooms, but it would not be available until our return from concert at 1am. The new room that we were given included a non-operating microwave and TV. The toilet paper fixture also was broke laying on the floor. We were advised that this was the only remaining room that could be given to us. No other options were given to us. Therefore, we had no choice but to deal with the issues without resolution because of the lack of available solutions and the absence of management.

Quick stay in a very nice room- everyone at the front desk was nice at both check in and check out. Room was large and very clean. I was very impressed with the size and cleanness of the bathroom.

There was no light bulb in the lamp on the desk, and the air conditioner was all dirty and plugged up. Must i say more...
Upon arrival, the girl at the desk did not greet us.Just asked for identification. She gave us the key and was not very helpful. When we got to the 3rd floor, as we were heading to our room, one of the doors were patch up half way with a piece of plywood. Second, the back door to the fire escape door was left open with a highchair and the stairs were unfit and unsafe. Door should have had a caution sign up. We entered our room which was next to the fire ecape door, put our stuff away and went to our concert. We got back to the hotel at around midnight, the tub was not very clean and we were to tired to complain. The water dripped all night that we had to shut the bathroom door, so we could sleep. In the morning, we got up and took our shower, now the water isn't draining and you got two inches of water that your standing in. Not very sanitary. Would i recommend this hotel to our family and friends, absolutly not. It needs to be renovated. Oh I forgot, the curtain was half hanging off the rod. Bath ceiling paint peeling due to lack of ventilation. Tool bar coming off wall. Other parts of the building were under construction, but our room was not clean, in need of repairs, dated and should not have been on the rental market.

The front desk guy got an attitude and was upset with the printer, he yelled and punched the printer right in front of us. The room had no heat at all and very thin blankets, it was 20 degrees outside so it was horrible.

We got to the hotel with 45 minutes to get ready for my reunion, which i drover over 5 hours for. We were told they doubled booked and did not jave a room for us, unless all three adults would sleep on 1 king size better together. Obviously this wouldnt work so the desk agent canceled our booking and basically said we cant help you youre on your own. We ran mext door to another hotel got a room with 20 minutes left to get ready but also had to pay $40 more. Very upset and disappointed

Even thought we called and verified their website accurate that 18 year olds could check in without a parent, they would not allow my 18-year-old son to check in. He was left without a place to stay 600 miles away and when I called the staff was extremely rude and hung up on me.

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Nice, clean room and the price was great for having a fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. No coffeemaker. Building wasn't secure, some outside doors were propped open all night. Overall good experience, and would book again.

Seemed like staff didnt to be bothered when concerns of improper cleaning of my room. i should not have found a condom wrapper on the closet shelf. also blow dryer and toilet paper holder barely attached to the wall. room was lacking soap and trash can and took almost an hour to resolve. bed was very squeeky anytime you even moved slightly. Kitchen was nice to have.

It was close to work. The property is going through a renovation, that is a plus. However, bathrooms need to be cleaned a little better. The bathroom tub had a bad smell most of my stay (7 nights). The night shift front desk man could use more customer service etiquette. One day halfway through my stay I had to jump in the shower before heading to work, I turned the shower on, and to my surprise there was no water! I called the front desk and was told that the main water line had to be tuned off due to a repair that the hotel was going through. Very inconvenient as I had to run to work and shower in the men’s locker room! A warning from management would have been nice.

There was a roof repair being done. The crew began at 8am. It sounded like an elephant herd directly above my room. This location did not have any luggage carts to assist unloading at check-in nor for loading at check-out. I would think this would be standard equipment at all hotels. The free breakfast closing at 9am is inconvenient. The item selection available was poor.

I had to change rooms three times. The first room wasn’t cleaned, the second room, the bathroom was covered in gnats (bugs). It was disgusting. The rugs haven’t been vacuumed and the breakfast area was filthy. No coffee and no cups. I will never stay here again. Disgusting.

We stayed there the night before my daughter's graduation. The check-in desk was so high I had to stand on my tiptoes in order to sign the paperwork. The clerk was extremely friendly though. The entire 3rd floor reeked of marijuana. Our room was clean enough, but the towel bar by the sink was broken/missing. The "continental breakfast" was nothing but instant oatmeal and cereal, no pastries; bagels; etc. Overall I would rate this stay a 2.5/3 stars but no higher.

The hotel looks as if it had nothing done to it in 25 yrs any thing that broke was still broke . it is under renovation now. the fridge smelt really bad and also froze our food, the room was cluttered with too much furniture. the room also had a slight smell to it. The breakfast tables were not cleaned from one morning to the next ! The elevator was dirty the halls were dirty, the entrance was dirty. the bathroom was dimly lit. The ice maker was broken . The pool was closed for renovation but advertised as having a pool . The sheets were clean and the orange juice was good at breakfast . Breakfast had the very minimum and still be able to call it breakfast . They took all the profit for 25 years and put nothing back ! find a different hotel this one is a disaster !

Definitely some cracktivities going on here. Loud yelling, noises and stomping all night. Hotel is definitely sketchy. People being arrested when i pulled up.I wouldnt stay here again. Had to sign all sorts of paperwork as well.
