stayed in what's called an executive suite, which means it has a full kitchen, and a separate bedroom, plus a pull out couch. In the past the kitchen was fully stocked with silver ware and dishes, this time no bowls, only one fork, no toaster, the pull out couch was pretty worn out, like sitting on the floor. Toilet had trouble flushing, let the front desk know about it, they said maintenance would take care of it , never happened. Not a lot of pressure in the shower, but after a few minutes you were up to your ankles in water, told the front desk about it, nothing happened. Breakfast was the same everyday, very salty pre made cheese omlettes, bagels and creme cheese, a little bacon, ham, and potatoes would have been nice. TV's were 32 inch worked fine, and the Larkspur had the lowest room rate for that weekend. Checking out, reminded the front desk about the toilet and shower, and they decided to waive the parking fee to compensate us for the inconvenience, thought that was a very nice gesture, would have been nice to know about the parking fee in advance.

Conveniently close to the airport. No daily cleaning service, but we were able to get new towels and other supplies easily. The suite and the appliances were a little dated but the room was spacious and fit three of us comfortably. The staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us an early check in and a late check out, which was great. Parking was readily available, and reasonable at $13/ night, considering I've paid $50/ night at other hotels. Overall it was a decent place for a decent price. I would stay here again.

The front desk employees are professional and friendly. I love them. The room was clean and comfortable. Even with a full size fridge/freezer in the room, they also have ice machines that work. The vending machines also work and were full. Laundry room was clean and spacious with 3 washers and 6 dryers (all of which are free to use- you do not need quarters) It was just a really good stay and I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood which is more of commercial offices in the area. Parking was easy but it costs $13/day. Breakfast just satisfactory but was hoping for more, but was good enough for the morning before on the go.

Staff not at the desk. Carpets were torn and patched sometimes. Killed 2 cockroaches. Facility had a large parking lot but had to pay for $13 for parking there. The bathroom was very clean and everything looked clean. Not sure why the cockroaches. Just a very worn facility.

They should put more attention to cleanliness sadly but i have to say it for the good, when I Arrivied to my room there was women's hair in the shower. I talked to the receptionist he was very kind he offered me a new room. I said no just a little more attetion on that.

Unfortunately this location had not only ants in the room but bed bugs. I’m not so naive to think this won’t happen but you mix bed bugs with trash piling up in the halls, ants on your breakfast and being told that they’re out of toilet paper makes for a particularly bad stay.

The Larkspur Landing Home suite is a beautiful and comfortable place away from home. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and beautiful with lots of space. The queen bed was so comfortable, it was like you are sleeping on a cloud. The Sofia mattress was indeed comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was equipped will all the utensils, appliances and cookware needed in a kitchen. I spend 5 days there and it was one of my best experiences in a hotel I ever had. I will indeed book that place again if I ever visit San Francisco again by the grace of God.

Had some trouble with the keys but the person at the counter was very helpful and got us switched to a different room. Unfortunately that meant we went from a Murphy bed to a hide a bed for our third person which was not comfortable.

Don’t get a room on the first floor, all the rooms I’ve been in are terrible. The first one the door didn’t work and the soap dispensers were missing from the room. The other room they moved me to somebody tagged all the woodwork and the sink drain leaked. The rooms improve as you go up, with 4th floor being the best.

An OK hotel if the price is right, which would means it should the least costly of the hotels in this strip along Gateway Blvd. The kitchen is a great addition to the room, but poorly equipped as regards utensils (no pots, pans). Oddly, despite the room being equipped with a kitchen, including microwave, cook top and even a dishwasher, there is not one single thing to buy in the hotel lobby (other than drinks vending machines). So as long as you bring all your things to cook and some pots and pans, you may find this hotel a good place to stay. Hotel breakfast is average.

After making a reservation over a month ago. I go to check in and I'm told a big party came in and took all of the rooms. No apology no assistance locating a room elsewhere. Just shrugged his shoulders oh well. Even after telling him we had 2 hours to drive home. I've never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Too bad because the hotel is pretty cool too.

I first stayed at LL-SSF in 2000 for 1 month during my transition from school to 1st industry job. Since then I've stayed there several times to attend various conferences in SF. The property has aged, understandably, but this stay was marked by a strong CBD smell when emerging from the elevator on the 4th floor every evening. Several evenings when returning to LL, there was an occupied car in the parking lot from which a strong CBD smell emanated. One morning my colleague mentioned that one member of that family came into to the lobby and the breakfast nook speaking nonsense to the patrons. Another consistent observation is that the staff were rarely at the front counter, but rather in the room at the back. Therefore, may walk freely into the hotel (no card key needed for elevator use).

It was okay. Lady at the desk as not always present. Other guest and myself waited in the lobby several minutes and we can clearly hear her on the phone talking to someone. She never came out until someone yelled hello. We had a difficult time trying to open the door to our suite, the door opened up inside of door. The furniture needs an upgrade, you can tell how old it was from all the scratches and peeling paint. Overall, it was an okay stay.

There is no one at the front desk constantly. I had to call the number for the staff to come out from the back when I was checking in. Even during the day, the front desk is always empty. Room is dirty, and amenities are old, I also found stains on my bedsheet.

The property is located in a safe location, with plenty of parking. Room is dated, but comfortable. I believe AC was set at 75 deg because no matter how low I set the thermostat, the room temperature stayed at 75 deg the whole night. Now the free breakfast need improvement. The selection was small. The hot item were just scrambled egg, which tasted weird, and bacon which was too greesy. Definitely the worst breakfast I had that came with the hotel. Overall, the hotel is good enough

The breakfast was very poor. When I was in the room around7:05 am, all foods had gone but it is no service to refill. When I left around 8:00 am, there just have some services to come to refill it. It is very poor service for this hotel. I will not come again.
