From the moment of Check in the Front Desk Staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable . They offer a free full service hot buffet breakfast that is delicious. This Hotel is pet friendly . I did not see animal feces laying around the grounds were clean. The Hotel is 3 floors no elevator but, they have walk up ramps so disabled guests don't have to climb stairs. The room rates are affordable . I would give this Hotel a 10 score .

The staff were nice. The hotel is on a hill and the parking is slim. The bed was uncomfortable and there were minimal linens. Although everything was clean and functional. The breakfast was ok. Not a-lot of space for people to eat. Very small room where the food was. The staff were nice. I was only there for one night but I would not stay there multiple nights.

The pool and hot tub were unavailable. The front desk said the hot tub "...hasn't worked in 10 years." Bed was great. TV had a glitch and the images on all the challenges froze, and the maintenance guy was baffled by it, too. He checked other rooms, and they were having the same issue, so it was the cable service. But the Wifi was strong enough to watch a movie on my laptop.

bananas hard; eggs did not taste real, possibly processed. Coffee was good. Handicap parking was close but slope to HP would bottom out your car … not constructed correctly. no problem if you drove a 4x4.

We liked the location and were glad to be on the quieter back side of the main building. So many things, however, were not quite right. When we checked in, there were still the prior guests' towels hanging used on the back of the door. There was a pickle slice in the drain. There were large spots on the carpet and mold on the ceiling of the shower. The beds felt like camp beds. The breakfast was good the first day, with scrambled eggs, sausage, and pre-made institutional waffles. But on day 3, they ran out of breakfast food and day 4 they ran out of plates. I know we are a drive from everywhere but they should stock up. On the good side, the shower was good and they used local Motherlode Roasters coffee, which is good stuff.

Walking in, the first thing my boyfriend and I noticed was a giant stain on the bed. He works in hospitality and never likes to make things harder for other workers in the same field, so we did not call the front desk about it, but if I had been alone, I would have called in a heartbeat! Room was good, enough space for two people. The bed was a little hard, but it wasn’t too bad. Was woken up at about 8am on the first morning because my room was next to the breakfast room, so I heard the employee walking, talking, and wheeling things in. It was hard to go back to sleep after being woken up by loud bangs! Overall, okay stay. Might spend a little more and try the Sonora Inn right down the street next time so I can have a little bit more rest.

We had a convenient room that was very clean and spacious. Parking was convenient. A breakfast was included that was tasty but the waffles were cold. Our big disappointment was the soft, lumpy mattress. Our second night teenagers were running on the deck outside our room until 2:00 AM, and in the parking area in the rear of the building. We left at 2:30.

Nothing special about this hotel. Bathroom was newly remodeled and clean. Bed was too soft. Breakfast was in a different building at the far end of the property. Right on main drag so some road noise. The price was aligned with the quality.

Everything should be great. Especially the bathroom and the breakfast room(I don't see such a nice small breakfast room before). But the room noise isolation is bad. I can hear next room talking in the early morning like 3AM. I can hear everyone was walking on the corridor and speaking in the parking lot. Because of that is an old building, I don't think there is any easy way to improve. But I was okay, because I was too tire.

Longest checkin ever. I have been in places where all this is done in advance. There were a half dozen folks waiting behind me. Painfully slow and over complicated process. Clerk was fine but processing was maddening.

We have been traveling across country on motorcycles. Some times we get to the hotel a little early. No other hotel charged us an early fee. We arrived 1 hour and a half a the clerk was adamant about charging us an extra $20 even the rooms were ready and available. I asked if they could wave the fee and was told NO! It was only an hour and a half. We had all our gear on the bikes. The only hotel who charged us!!

The front desk lady was very rude and wanted to charge us for showing us the room before we finalized our booking. We ended up being in a dirty room and we checked out the next day even though we paid for two nights!

Spacious clean room. Front side of hotel was a little noisy with traffic. Eat early or take it back to your room as the breakfast area fills up fast. Great restaurants across the street or down a couple blocks. Very walkable if you are used to walking.

The recent renovations have helped to bring this downtown gem back into the running of a good place to stay again. The full breakfast offered each morning had a good selection of hot and cold options. The locally sourced coffee that is provided is a very nice touch. All the staff we encpuntered were courteous and helpful. The value for price was top-notch.

The television didn’t have good reception to the point of not watchable. The breakfast was awful; the scrambled eggs were from a mix, the waffles were store bought frozen which they toasted ahead and put in a warming tray that made them inedible. It’s cheaper to make batter and pour it onto a waffle iron which is unskilled labor. Your staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions about local activities. They could probably pour waffle batter on an iron. Real eggs would have been nice too.

We stayed here for 2 nights as we were visiting Yosemite which is about an hours drive away. The hotel is excellent and has ample free parking. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, quiet and well appointed. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was very good but the breakfast room is way too small for the number of guests at the hotel.
