Very friendly and helpful welcome. Great room. Ample parking. Good value for money. Wifi was poor when the hotel fllled up.

Was initially provided a room key that already had an occupant in the room. The pool was closed for repairs. The room was very dated. Carpets were old and stained. Could really use a remodel.

We waited on line to check in for 40 minutes, my sister is handicap and they gave us a roon at the second floor. No elevators available

Clean and comfy! Hot tub wasnt working

The property states hottub/pool but hottub was not available. The rooms had a small stale smell. The bathroom needed more TLC around the toilet and around tub/shower faucet. Mold starting. But very conveniently located. Thank you

It was quite far for any type of walking to the shopping center, I asked for a room downstairs and there was somebody in our room so they moved us upstairs. Both my husband and I are handicap. It was a very painful and strenuous job to take our luggage upstairs but we had no other choice.

Clean, clean room! Microwave. refrigerator ready to go. Clock accurate. Shower was great. Strong stream and we never ran out of hot water. WIFI terrible! Bathroom door will not shut tightly. Skimpy, linty towels Air conditioner noisy, irregular sounds. It barely kept up with our needs during the hot days. Television screen hard to control. Not user friendly at all. No guide. Unavailable channels were not cleared out. You can go through, at least, 65 channels with only half viewable. Weird reception on a few. I could not watch anything on my computer either, due to slow wifi connection.

First room we were in smelled heavily of smoke unfortunately, but they were quick to have us switched to another room, very accommodating of my need to be on bottom floor due to no elevator, and the new room we were in was clean and smoke free this time. The neighbors of our room were particularly loud during early hours and evening hours, upstairs stomping and next door banging on walls occasionally but I don’t blame to staff or the hotel for that one bit. The free breakfast was not good by any means, stale bread/bagels, always out of most items even at the beginning of the morning, and just not really good options, we just went out to breakfast instead after first day, the pool was a bit murky after there were a bunch of kids in it the first day we were there, but the rest of week was not so filled and nice to relax in working jacuzzi. Last time we booked the jacuzzi was broken down so it was lovely on some of the cooler temperature days in the evening, will say that it closing at 8 instead of 10 like most I’ve been to was a bit underwhelming but we made it work just fine. Overall I really enjoyed my birthday trip and was glad of this affordable and clean find. Was it the best hotel I’ve stayed in, no, but for the price compared to pretty much everywhere else and with a pool and jacuzzi available, it was worth it for us to not have to drive all the way up to the lake just for a cool off! I do wish there was a hook lock instead of just regular lock but was safe enough.

Excellent value, easy to find location. Swimming pool and jacuzzi looked nice. Vending and ice machine check, ice cold A/C, check.

I have stayed here in the past, but property has gone down hill. Very dirty area around property, carpet was dirty and stains everywhere. Stains on carpet, walls, doors, mold in our unit above shower and hallway was dirty. Breakfast was so bad, we went next door to eat at the Garden Café.

The only reason why I chose his property was because it was the cheapest and it was last minute, but I would never stay here again. I found other cheaper hotels very cute downtown that I would do again. The hallways smelled badly of pee!! Maybe it was from pets, but it was nasty!!! The shower curtain had black mold all on the bottom of it!!! This is basic stuff that should never ever be!!!!!!! The shower curtain should be taken off and cleaned before it even gets to that point of black mildew!!!!!!! The beds were the worst I’ve ever slept in any hotel and I travel a lot!! I felt like I was sleeping in a bed faced downhill !! They definitely need new beds!! The hotel was pretty far out and not even near a coffee shop or restaurant. I guess if you like one of the breakfast joint similar to Denny’s, you could walk next-door. I like the convenience of having a variety to choose from. That’s not my main complaint. It was the quality of the bed and the moldy shower curtain. another thing I forgot to mention was the broken remote. I called to have it fixed, and the girl came up to give me instructions to follow and get it set up!!! Wow is all I can say to that!!

I am leaving this review because my stay was unacceptable. After only 30 minutes of sleep, I woke up to bugs on my pillow. I left immediately at 10pm. The front desk apologized and told me i would receive a refund, but after multiple calls and attempts through hotels.com, the property refused and hid behind a 'cancellation policy.' I did not CANCEL - I left because there were bed bugs. This is completely unacceptable and misleading.

Found a couple roaches in the room. The hot tub is not for children under 10.

We were affected by bed bugs in this motel and would suggest not to spend your stay and health.

The bathroom was dirty.. there was hair in bathtub and not just one and urine around toilet seat .. and hair as well.. chairs in room were stained ... made me question if room was cleaned or not . Fully disappointed. Air conditioner extremely loud.

I stayed at the Aladdin Inn and was very disappointed with the cleanliness. At around eleven at night when my family and I were about to go to bed, we discovered multiple hairs on the pillowcases and sheets on both beds. It was obvious that the bedding had not been changed before our stay, which made the room feel very unsanitary and uncomfortable. As someone who uses a CPAP machine, I felt especially uneasy about sleeping in this environment. Cleanliness is critical for health and safety, and this experience made me worry about my well-being. Earlier in the day I noticed a housekeeper speaking loudly with another coworker about there being lots of problems that day, and the person at the front desk also mentioned it had been a very busy day. This left me with the impression that perhaps corners were cut when preparing the room. Overall, the lack of basic cleanliness significantly impacted our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, helpful staff. We left before breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Found 3 cockroaches in less than 24 hours. Told the front desk but they said there was nothing they could do about it. Walls are super thin and the people above us were stomping around all night. Again, nothing they could do. There seemed to be a lot of people traffic throughout the day. Seemed kinda sketchy. We were wondering if there was some sort of drug activity.

Blind broken, could not make the room dark, lots of light coming from the parking lot. The place is ok for one night and that's it. A little bit old and worn for sure. Front desk was very helpful and fast check-in.

King Suite: All staff we came into contact with were polite and professional. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room is the size of a small one bedroom apartment. The couch and chair in the living room were firm but comfotable. The pull out bed was...well, a pull out couch, not the most comfortable but it gets the job done. The dining table chairs were also comfortable. The kitchen was clean....some wear and tear but functional. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking needs, including a small crockpot. The bathroom desperately needs a nightlight and some kind of non slip grips in the shower. The bedroom had plenty of space and a large dresser, however, the only air conditioning unit in the suite is located next to the kitchen which did NOT cool the bedroom off. We had to go buy a box fan that we placed near the door to pull the cool air into the room. Even with that the bedroom was at least 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the unit. The bed was VERY firm. My husband was perfectly comfortable but I was VERY uncomfortable. For me, it was one level above sleeping on the ground. The pillows were great though! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Our room was next to the office, so there was some noise with people walking back and forth and walking around the office but nothing horrible.

Loud doors slamming from 7AM on. Old fashion magnetic keycards that only worked sometimes.

The doors are heavy and loud. You hear people leaving their rooms early in the morning and it sounds like the doors are slamming shut. Other than that it was a decent place to stay the night.

Great location right on a main road. Easy to get around town. The room was larger than expected and was more like an apartment than a hotel room.

Ok stay, had a problem with housekeeping,requested to have the room serviced and it wasnt done.

No services, poor room, no clean up, we asked them to bring fresh towels, they didn’t pick up dirty ones and did not take the trash out. Threw towels in the sink. They also charged us extra $20 for 50 min early check in. Unbelievable, room was noisy.

Counter staff was average, at best, almost rude. We arrived early, informed $40 for early check in, wait no rooms are ready, we went and ate to kill time, upon check was given the wrong keys to the wrong room, office smelled of cig smoke, cat was sleeping on a cat bed, breakfast was not of any substance, restaurant next door was great, hotel was not so great.

Check-in was okay my wife and I were put in a room next to 6 or 7 construction workers all-in-one room drinking and walking in front of our window all night long. Then when we ask for a late check out. We were denied and said that we had to leave. Or our card would be charged if we weren't out in 30 minutes. Won't stay here again wouldn't recommend it.

Great staff

Check in was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and well maintained. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Though the bed was a bit lumpy, the sheets were clean and we slept well. The continental breakfast was convenient and the coffee was great! Check out was just as pleasant as check in. We will definitely stay here again.

Aladdin Inn is a nice quiet place at the end of the highway away from the busy intersections and from downtown areas. my room was very clean, the staff very professional. It was an overall great experience. I will be returning here once again.

I was supposed to get free breakfast and it was not offered to me. We’ve stayed here many years ago and they would give you a coupon to go to the restaurant next-door but this trip they did not have that. Also, there was a hair on the toilet paper that was disgusting. The bed was comfortable. I can’t complain about that. The bed was the best part of the stsy.

Our room was supposed to be non smoking but I could smell smoke. The pool and spa were good. The breakfast was terrible and served in the office where there was no room for a bunch of guests. There was only one table! They use to send guests to the restaurant with a voucher which was much much better. The staff was wonderful!

The so called continental breakfast is terrible the way it is laid out. People bumping into each other not enough room where they have it.

Needs updating, matress had indentation marks and weren't very comfortable. The morning breakfast is not worth anything, but there is a restaurant right next door.

i like the location easy access and parking . i dont like the fact that it advertise breakfast and there was none. and in the room has a flyer saying that vouchers but front desk said none available ! she was very polite do .

We had a good stay here. The hotel is not new, but it is clean and well maintained. Good location, for getting to restaurants and to nearby ski resorts (we were on a ski road trip).The staff were very polite and professional. The continental breakfast was good.
