My biggest complaint is that the EV charging was expensive. The main reason I chose this hotel was access to EV charging. They have plenty of chargers, but they wanted .60 kWh– which a Tesla Supercharger down the road is faster and is only .45 kWh. I should be able to plug in over night and charge for free or a minimal fee. Parking was also not free, which is frustrating. Finally, we had a fire alarm go off and had to evacuate the hotel. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but it still happened. I will say that the breakfast was pretty good.

This Best Western is conveniently located, near freeways and SFO. The bed was very comfortable, room and hotel clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great ... Good eggs & protein options. I LOVED the sauna. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of commission and there were no outdoor seating areas. Lots of road noise but AC unit helped to muffle it. My toilet had a constant drip otherwise I was very happy with my stay.

We enjoyed the room, beds, staff and the breakfast. It was very hot in the room and the thermostat on the wall wouldn’t lower the temperature under 76 degrees. The laundry dryer was extremely loud and unbalanced. It was deafening to be in the laundry room and I am so grateful our room wasn’t on that floor because you could hear it all the way down the hall. It took 2 hours per load to dry and the clothes were still damp so I folded them up. The hot tub was also closed.

Great Value hotel. Actually pretty easy access to both downtown Burlingame and San Mateo. Decent hot tub that was actually hot. Easy parking (but I do not like the $9 charge for a hotel of this level, but there are a lot of low speed EV chargers which would justify the fee with the right car). Hot Breakfast was good. Room towels could be better quality. Will stay here again for overall value.

Never mentioned at anytime the hot tub was out of order. If I had been told I couldn’t reduce my stay to 1 night. First night got back after closing. Second night went to use hot tube and no jets. No signage no mention at check in. Second Best Western in the last year with broken hot tube.

Room was clean and bed was comfy, as was lobby. Breakfast area wasn't kept up very well. There was only hand sanitizer located in one area, on a wall, far from the food. Wished it was more readily available as breakfast was crowded and everyone was touching everything. They did provide gloves, but I never saw anyone else using them. I was disappointed to find that when we returned from a long day of adventuring in the city our room HAD NOT been refreshed. No clean towels, no made beds. We went to the front desk to ask why - and apparently they only visit every other day. We were not told that so we had no clean towels. Front desk was only able to provide us with 2 towels that evening - and there are 4 of us. 3 of which are girls with long hair, so we were in a bad towel situation. Parking garage did not feel safe or well kept up. It was dark and dirty in comparison to the property. There was also nothing stopping just anyone from going in there, which concerned me. But our car was fine. Would maybe stay again but w3ould request daily maid service and would probably plan on having breakfast elsewhere.

The customer service from the staff was 10/10, but the room was awful, it had this bad smell of dirty and clean, like when you mop with a dirty mop, or clean with a dirty rag, turns out they washed the carpet and well pretty much that explained the smell. I had bites all over my feet over night, so not sure if there was something in the bed or a spider bit me while I was sleeping but definitely in the bed.

Convinient location if you have to stay close to the airport but also be able to go to nearby towns for dining. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was decent. Hallways were smelly and carpets were old. Bit noisy as it's close to 101. The hotel didn't clearly show the daily parking fee. I thought the parking was free based on some reviews but they charged me $9 per night. I'd have preferred to have known this beforehand.

Check in went well. We weren’t told that the room had no phone, so I had to call the front desk to resolve a problem. We were told the tv had particular channel that we were looking for and it didn’t. The tv was very hard to navigate. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

It was a short overnight stay. The coffee and fresh fruit and cereal were great for breakfast. The hot foods (it was the last hour of breakfast time) were lukewarm but that was expected. For a continental breakfast, it was just fine. And there were also hardboiled eggs, and yogurt. Plenty of healthy foods. In a very clean setting. Room was also roomy, clean, good HVAC. A great value.

I especially liked the front desk staff. They were super friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. The only dissapointment was the fact that our window had no blackout curtains. There was a side panel on either side of the window with sheer curtains in between. The side panels could not close because there was no rod that crossed over the window. The window overlooked the parking lot. Apart from the fact that privacy was a little tricky (we changed in the bathroom), the room was way too light at night and one of the parking lot lights shone in my face in bed. I mentioned it to a woman at the front desk but she didn't seem to know what to do. I don't blame her. It's the first time I encounter a situation like this.

The front desk staff are all very nice. The food area staff was a bit rude.. I picked up 2 bananas for myself and my husband.. she asked why I have 2?… what does it matter to her. I was not taking 5!! I was offend. Also the toilet was soooo loud every time you flushed. Needs to be fixed.

The check in process was really easy even at 10:30pm, and as I turned down the hallway towards my room I could hear really loud music, and it ended up being the room next to mine, but a quick call to the front desk resulted in silence. The front desk then called me back and said they weren’t sure which room (I forgot to tell them), so they called both rooms adjacent to me. What great management. And…the room was spotless :)

The staff here does an excellent job, and they are pleasant to work with. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels of a similar rating, and the staff, unfortunately often seemed disgruntled and unhappy to be working there. It seems like a failure of management and ownership when staff get to this point, and it definitely impacts customer satisfaction and overall sales at the property Without knowing the details of the management relationship with staff, it is obvious that best Western at coyote point is doing a good job overall

We checked in on April 1st. Front desk agent was sitting there with no smile no greeting. She was rude. Our room was ok…but there was a dirty towel left behind by the window. The good thing was so close to the airport and very convenient to return our rental cars.

The most important review is of the staff. Everyone was professional, kind, attentive and friendly. Especially the front desk staff. The facility is within walking distance of a recreation park with walking, running, biking, etc. trails. The facility is a little worn, but the staff make it a place to visit again.

I love the staff who helped us check in. I forgot her name but she is so friendly and kind. We arrived past midnight but she still welcomed us. She works mostly night shift she said. Breakfast is good with plenty of options.

It’s a great property and stay but it is next to a highway so there’s not much to see or any nearby transportations to get places so a car is necessary. Other than that everything was high quality. Would recommend unless you don’t have a car.

Location was convenient, room was nice, good breakfast choices. My room was close to the freeway so it was a little noisy, but that’s not on the hotel. If you’re staying here, ask for a room away from the freeway.

I like Coyote Point Best western and often stay there when I am the bay area. Lately, each time I'm there the breakfast degrades a little. E.g this time by 9:45AM (the breakfast is 6 to 10) there was practically no food left: no yogurt, no egg or omelette, no fried meat. Before, they switch from half and half to artificial creamer. These are small things, of course. But small things matter Please make the breakfasts great again!

Nice hotel with good free breakfast. Workers in the breakfast area, kept cleaning everything and filling items as they would get empty. We appreciated that. One more toaster would have been helpful as some mornings there was a line for it but that's just a suggestion... Even though located near a road, we found it quiet and we felt safe. Close to the airport, and close enough to San Fran. Beds were comfortable, some towels were a bit thin.
