Staff was very friendly and welcoming. SPOTLESS lobby and rooms. Breakfast buffet was great- waffles are always a favorite. Only downside is ice isn’t on every floor but still convenient on 2 floors (only 5 floor hotel) . Will likely return. Highly Recommend!

The hotel is well-maintained, (mostly) clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The reason I did not give my stay five stars is due to two concerns. First, upon arriving in my room, I noticed several hairs scattered around the shower floor and walls. While I understand that hair can sometimes be difficult to clean, the amount made it feel as though the cleaning was rushed rather than thorough, which was a bit off-putting. Second, while the staff is kind and provides excellent customer service, they appear to be short-staffed. On multiple occasions, my calls to the front desk went unanswered. Once, I had to go down to the lobby myself, where I found only one agent handling a line of guests checking in. Likes: Free parking. Right off highway. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Plenty of outlets and USB. Shower was spacious but water pressure was weak. Dislikes: Room too small for two queen beds. Sliding bathroom door did not shield noises (running faucet and toilet flushing was very loud). Only one chair. Breakfast fair. Eggs and sausage patties did not taste like real eggs and sausages. The hard boiled egg made up for it. Bread items good. Loved the strawberry cream cheese! Waffles a plus. The tong for the muffins too small. Staff insisted tong be used for muffins but couldn't clamp the muffins without smashing it. No sanitizer anywhere. Should at least be placed around food area so guests can sanitize their hands after touching all the serving utensils and liquid dispensers.

The room was clean, spacious, and only an eight minute drive from the San Mateo Event Center. The issue I experienced was with the Wi-Fi and cellular connectivity reaching my room. I was not able to use any of my mobile devices while in my room and did not receive text messages, calls, or notifications while my hotel room. Staff advised they were not able to change my room due to the hotel capacity.

Honestly the staff and cleanliness of this property is great. And it is super quiet which I appreciated. My dislikes were that the bathroom has the stupidest sliding door that doesn't lock (on purpose!) and the pillows are pretty flat. But again, why have a bathroom door like that? Thankfully it was only the two of us, but if you have kids or a family, no lock on a bathroom is rough.

Check-in was fast and smooth. The front desk clerk, a young Asian lady with long hair, was efficient and very friendly, offering to let us choose a specific floor since there were many options available on Sunday evening. It’s always nice to be greeted by an efficient and friendly receptionist when checking in. The standard 2-Queen room was spacious enough for the three of us to store our luggage and necessities. The room was very clean. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and helpful. The pillows were cloud-like and comfortable, and while the blankets were thin, they still kept us warm. The lobby was very spacious and clean, with modern decor. After checkout, I realized I had left my jacket in the closet, so I called the front desk. They kindly kept it in a bag for me until I picked up. Overall, the staff were excellent, and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return when my daughter has a volleyball tournament at the San Mateo Event Center!

I called for a baby crib or pack n play days before my stay to make sure it was available and the staff of course we will have items available. Once I checked in they stated they were out due to first come first serve. They should have told me that when I called so I could’ve bought my own or book somewhere else. The entire night I was worried for my child’s safety. Unable to have a restful night.

The room we had was a 2 queen beds. I was very surprised at how spacious it was. It was very comfortable staying for a couple of nights with an active toddler. The hotel was very clean and the cleaning team was very friendly. Though they had very few towels, when we inquired with the front desk, they said housekeeping will come on day 4, however, when we returned to our room on day 3, they refilled with plenty of towels to spare and took out the trash. What was bothersome was the breakfast staff. When we would go past 9:30am, almost everything was empty (pastries, condiments, yogurt, etc.) and no one to refill when breakfast ends at 10am. The lack of service was quite shocking given how often I stay at hotels with breakfast, (our 3rd one in 2 weeks). It was very off-putting to have people, including us, walking around looking for food to eat besides make-your-own waffles.

Stayed here for 4 days & 5 nights, it was super convenient being close to the airport but also having such great perks like the breakfast and free parking that other locations in the area do not offer. The hotel was great. Very clean & comfortable. My only gripe is that they were not prepared on Saturday for the large amount of people at breakfast. Everything was basically picked over. No forks. When I asked if they could put out more the lady said no. Same as the eggs. All gone & lady said no more. Coffee gone. They should know by by the amount of reservations they have to accommodate. I'm sure they had additional supplies in the back, they just did not want to put them out.
