It was a family of 6. We all were satisfied with the stay. We stayed 4 nights. Everything in hotel was good. Beds were comfy and everyday our room was cleaned and restocked. Will definitely stay here again. We visit San Diego once a year so we def will be back to this hotel. The manager in front was very helpful! :)

The property is an old building that desperately need an update. So badly that you better bring your USB charger blocks bc there are no USB chargers in the room. The room was musty and the shampoo and body wash was empty. The pull out bed from the couch was like laying on a box of springs. The clerk at the front was rude and didn't care if a review was left about her. Hi Leslie! If you don't like your job go find something that makes you happier bc you are nasty! There were no sound barrier provisions incorporated during the construction of the building so you could hear everything happening on either side of you or above and below you. Homeless people outside almost all the time as well. Kind of standard for that area of San Deigo I'll have to say unfortunately. The only positive thing I can say about the quality of my stay is that the pool and hot tub were maintained properly.
