⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay! I had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel & Suites in San Diego! From the moment I arrived, everything was wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade, which made my stay even more special. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire property had a welcoming atmosphere. You can really tell they take pride in keeping everything nice for their guests. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back the next time I’m in San Diego. Great experience, great service, and definitely worth the stay! Highly recommend! ❤️

Room is outdated looking and has random patches, peeling sofa, fridge with dents... which is mostly due to poor customer use but bathroom could've been cleaner. The hotel itself, lobby and inside/ outside common area is super nice though. Wish we spent some time there but was too tired. The breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed items i normally don't see elsewhere like rice, jalapeños, salsa....

The hotel is conveniently located near Little Italy and South San Diego, which is exactly why we chose it. It is very close to downtown. To be honest, downtown is beautiful at night, but it has a large homeless population, and walking around there after dark is not highly recommended.Regarding the room, it felt quite outdated. The bed bases were not very clean, and they definitely need to replace the beds altogether. We actually had to ask for the sofa bed to be replaced because the mattress looked yellowish. However, I must highlight that when I complained, the supervisor came immediately to address and resolve the issue.Unfortunately, the lack of soundproofing was another major issue. Every single morning, starting as early as 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM, there was constant stomping, jumping, and loud thumping noises coming from the room above us (we suspect it was a child). It was an unbelievable amount of noise that simply didn't let us sleep. We have never experienced this level of noise disturbance at any other hotel before. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired, especially because the room triggered a severe allergic reaction for me. This hotel is pet-friendly, allowing both dogs and cats. In my opinion, if a hotel accepts pets, they should not have carpeted rooms, as carpets trap pet dander and dust mites. I suffered from bad allergies during the first few days of my stay. after I complained they deep-cleaned the room . Overall we would not stay here again.

Room had a couch that was worn out and a little musky but we didn’t plan on using it so I didn’t complain. Other than that staff was helpful, the breakfast is great and we had a good stay.
