Great property to stay at, close to airport, and decent rooms. The buffet and food options were my favorite part. My room wasn't cleaned one of the days, due to staffing (they left a note under the door). The parking needs a LOT of work. 45 a day is insane, even for LA! The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. Overall a good, not a great stay.

Although renovated the hotel is not the same as when we stayed there many years ago. We called from the airport for the shuttle and were told it would be right over. No—apparently it leaves the hotel on the hour so we waited 50 minutes. If we had been told we would have taken a taxi. There was 1 person to check in our shuttle full of tired travelers. Next time we’ll go to the other LAX Embassy Suites. Their shuttle came by 3 times while we waited. The hotel room was fine and we did go to the evening cocktail hour. The breakfast has been reduced from our previous experience.

We booked this hotel for a one-night stay due to a flight delay that caused us to miss our connection. It appeared conveniently located near the airport and advertised a free shuttle service, which was a key factor in our choice. Our family of five arrived at 10:20pm, but by the time we collected our luggage, it was 11:10pm. We waited 45 minutes for the shuttle, only to find out—after calling the hotel—that the last pickup was at 11:00pm. No prior communication was given about this cutoff, and we were advised to take a taxi or Uber. We then had to take a bus to reach the designated Uber pickup area and paid an unexpected $45 for a 4-minute ride. We finally arrived at the hotel around 12:50am. Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk didn’t offer a warm welcome or seem particularly friendly, which added to an already stressful experience.

Great hotel but airport shuttle was lousy. It took an hour. There were 3 other Embassy Suites shuttle from the South side that has come & gone. Thought they were kidding every time they told me no. Next time, I will pick the other Embassy Suites. The $20 cheaper price was did not make up for the lousy shuttle service. When the shuttle finally came the driver stopped for a second only and did not wait long enough. We ran with our luggage but he left. Another shuttle driver from a parking spot gave us a ride & tried to get in front of him since he knew the next shuttle will be another hour. Once we got to the hotel, everything was fine but I still won't come back if I need the shuttle. Uber will cost me about $20-30 so my savings will be better spent staying at the other hotel.

Shuttle bus is a joke. We waited approximately 1hr even though we call as was stated to do. I called back after 45mins and asked was the shuttle going to show up for us? I got a receptionists who had an attitude problem and got even more abrupt with me that i had dared to ask what.the colour of the bus was incase it was passing and i was missing it. Sorry after a 15hr flight i dont need that so wont return.

This hotel is excellent value for money. Their complementary buffet breakfast is great and their afternoon complementary reception is very nice. It’s an old style hotel with its special family character that has been refurbished. Facilities are in great condition. Airport shuttle runs every hour, so make sure you are on time. They are quite busy so sometimes requests for extra blankets or heater on cold days can be delayed. The AC is central control, it runs cold during the day and heat in the night. In spite of this we would stay here again as I mentioned it’s comfortable enough and good value for money. My husband loved the atmosphere and guest services do their best to keep up.

The room was great. Clean and well stocked. The staff neglected to tell me that the garage parking was $45 per day. I was only asked if i had a vehicle. The pool was disgusting. So many brown and white particles floating in the water and my skin started itching once I got into the water. My husband is diabetic and sensitive to infections and such. This was very disheartening.

recently stayed at Embassy Suites and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Upon check-in at 12:30 AM, I was informed that the hotel was out of the rooms I had originally booked. While the front desk staff was polite and offered free parking as compensation for the inconvenience, things quickly took a turn for the worse. Since we were unable to get two queen beds, one of us had to sleep on a pullout sofa. I always check for cleanliness, particularly for bed bugs, so I inspected the mattress. To my horror, what we initially thought was blood turned out to be human feces. My friend pointed out that it was also smeared on the bed frame. After about 15 minutes of gagging and nearly vomiting, we decided we couldn't stay there and went back to the front desk. The staff was understanding and provided us with a new room, but to my dismay, they did not offer any further compensation, such as a discount or a complimentary stay. We were left feeling deeply unsettled and disgusted. Upon entering the new room, we felt the need to check for cleanliness again, which is not how a stay should feel. I expected much better from a hotel brand like Embassy Suites. I sincerely hope they address these cleanliness issues, as this experience has left a lasting negative impression. Honestly we should have been offered to cancel our stay and got a refund! Highly disappointing!!

Hotel was in a great location for our need to get to the airport in the morning. The hotel shuttle did not run at convenient/timely times so we had to call a Lyft. Breakfast was well done, however, room was a little dingy and extremely noisy.

Very convenient, clean location close to the airport. Couple of things that we did not like…. Pool was closed down without notice for more than half of our trip. Good breakfast but was just repetitive for an extended stay. Our washroom fan was constantly on - no way to shut it down. Bathroom water temp was not consistent - one minute it was really cold next burning hot, found it really irritating. Front desk generally had only one person working which ended up causing lineups majority of the time . Staff was ok not that friendly as one would expect from a Hilton.

The breakfast was excellent. Omelets were delicious, cooked perfectly, no brown spots yet cooked thoroughly. Nice assortment of hot and cold foods, fruits and juices were offered. The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. Very close to LAX, Will defiantly stay there again.

The room was hardly ready at check in time. We were given keys and room service was still in the room when we entered. The pull out couch had dirty sheets still on the bed. We asked twice for new bedding which never came. We had to track down room service our self. Our room was right by an elevator and we could hear it all night in addition to people talking and yelling all night. We called the front desk who said they would send security. I finally opened the door and asked the group who was gathering outside our room to be quiet and was harassed by them for saying something. I went to the front desk to complain and was offered a new room at 10 pm. Ken behind the desk said that the room we were in should only be booked when no other rooms were available. He offered us a new room on the 4th floor but I refused to wake up 3 people to move them in the middle of the night. He said I had to because otherwise we would be occupying 2 rooms. No compassion or understanding. The only good thing was shuttle service to LAX at 430 am was on time.

Overall a nice hotel but we had some issues along the way. Was accidentally charged twice for the room which they addressed. Didn’t clean the room well though so was a little disappointed in that. Bathroom door was falling off. Covert and shuttle and breakfast was good.

They charged me an unnecessary extra $400 to fix our doorknob that was broken when we arrived, and when I tried to speak to an employee about the matter they made me wait to speak to two different people that both told me they couldn’t help me. Then they said they’d have someone call me to resolve the issue, and I never got a call. I had to call them and was on hold for 45 minutes. Overall poor management and quality of my stay.

Continental breakfast was great. Had to switch rooms because, room smelled incredibly bad of sulfur. Next room was better except for a toilet that constantly ran water and was loud. Customer service is not personable and waited overnight for towels after requesting. Our parking was included in our booking but we kept having issues getting in and out and even upon checkout there was still confusion on the front desks part on fixing that problem.

I changed hotels because the previous neighborhood was unsafe . Before booking I thought it’d be too noisy close to airport but not at all!! I should of booked here the night before . The shuttle picked me up at the airport.... The room was impeccably clean and well furnished.... The lobby is amazing with lots of space to interact with people. They offered happy hour with free drinks for the guest... Breakfast was amazing there was a buffet but there's also a omelet bar where they will make you whatever you want... They have an indoor pool we didn't use it but we will next time.... Also a gym. We had a 2 room suite which was perfect for my daughter and my granddaughter to visit it was just for a night and we just wanted a place to get together.... The next morning we took a walk down to Starbucks which felt very safeThere are also several restaurants close by. They allowed me to leave my bag at the counter while we went out And then we returned and I took the shuttle back to the airport... The staff was very Pleasant And helpful. I will definitely be returning next time I'm going to stay a little longer and just enjoy the place.

The pool had bugs coming out of the drain and after staff sprayed a few come up and was crawling on the wall. The housekeepers did not do a good job cleaning my room and taking out the trash. The rooms were clean and spacious. They had a lot of options for breakfast including made to order options. I was pleased to find that the laundry facilities were open 24 hours and accepted cards! I will definitely book this hotel again.

Room bathroom shower and floor not clean and when asked for towels it took over 2 hours to get them and at the 2 hour mark, i just walked in the hall, saw a cart a few rooms down from mine, so I went and got my own towels. Someone knocked on my door about 30 minutes later and received my towels. Unacceptable!!!
