Our hotel stay was OK there the rooms look like they were recently remodeled and looked very nice but the outside hallways the rugs and walls filthy, pool area not so good Jacuzzi was broken with plywood over the top and it looks like it has not been working for a very long time lol. I did not like the outside open concept were any homeless person could knock on your room door. have pictures to prove it. The pictures on Expedia only showed you all the good pictures.

This place was horrible. Not the same as showed on the website. The carpets were all gross and black, they had construction going on but didn't mention it online. hot tub is permanently closed. also not mentioned online. Not to mention our lock to our room door was broken.

The rooms have been renovated, fine bathrooms. Very minimally furnished, LED lamps. Smells musty, on the street side is the room very noisy. The chairs in the rooms are really very dirty and old. The carpet that lies all over the hotel is too dirty for words. It stinks and is very dirty. Lift is a bit exciting, makes a lot of noise. Hot tub is closed. The breakfast is well taken care of

I had a great stay at this hotel! The customer service was excellent—the staff was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and newly renovated, making my stay very comfortable. Breakfast was good, but I think the waffle maker should be moved to the beginning of the buffet table to prevent crowding in the middle section. It would help the flow of guests getting their food. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. Parking was also abundant, which made things even easier. I would have given this hotel five stars, but I just couldn’t get past the disgusting hallway carpet. I understand that renovations are ongoing, but the condition of the carpet was really unpleasant. Overall, I would still love to stay here again, especially once the hallway flooring is improved. Looking forward to seeing the upgrades in the future!

Found a fake eyelash on the bed. Bathroom floor was dirty with some white thick powdery stuff. Carpet on the halls looked a mess, some sections taped down. Overall the hotel gave off bad vibes. Breakfast was decent.

The staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean. The carpet by the elevator is making the place look awful. Also, both of the rooms were non-smoking but one or the smelled really bad. The cleaners sprayed it and made it smell better for about an hour but the smell always came back.

The room was good. Nice updated room. But at first sight this place wasn't what i expected the hallways and rugs are old and stained. Needs to be updated at very least cleaned. Glad i was by myself, i would have been embarrassed to bring someone there.

The room was nice and very clean. I was a little concerned about being right next to a nightclub, but it pretty quiet. My only complaint was the Clydesdale above us walking around on the uncarpeted floors.

The room was nice (it was clean and had everything you’d expect a hotel room to provide) with everything in working order (tho one night I returned to the room to find neither the internet or cable tv working). The hotel is in a good spot with a really nice shopping area a few minutes away. My only complaint is the hallways were very dirty with gross looking carpets, but they were in the process of painting when I was there so maybe they were in the process of remodeling.

The front desk person, Erika, apparently the asst. general manager was incredibly rude and insensitive. 30 minute wait for check in with both parties ahead of me having problems with their reservations. Our keys didn't work when we got back from a long day work the first day, went to front desk , no one there, Erika waltzed in some time later to reset the keys. Just awful.

We had just gone down stairs to put our stuff in the car when we get back up my room door was wide open. One of the cleaning ladies had opened it and assumed we had checked out when we hadn’t we even had the do not disturb sign on. I complained to the front desk and she said the cleaning manager was not there.. all I have say is be careful you just don’t know what bad habit these women have.

The hotel looks very different than the pictures online the main floors of all of the hallways are very dirty and I was just not impressed with the lack of cleanliness. It took a long time to check in because the lady in the front desk was falling asleep so she had to keep waking up to finish what she was doing. The breakfast was pretty good except at maybe 30 minutes before the time finished, there was nothing being brought out and we were told that it was because they hadn't received their shipment and they would have more food tomorrow.

Nothing to like. The staff wouldn’t even give me extra towels for my kids. Then I asked for a late checkout they claim they where booked but I called to make another reservation and they had rooms. I’ll won’t be back to this place no time soon to stay…

The pictures on the website are not with this hotel looks like. I got there and was approached by a homeless person. The area is not safe and neither is the parking lot. They have countless homeless on the premises, one was even blocking the door and I couldn't even get in. The jacuzzi is shut down and bolted. But it doesn't even mention that in the hotel information. And honestly, if this was on the outside, I didn't even want to go in and see my room. So, I sprinted for $100 more and stood at The Bicycle Casino club across the street and it's was worth every penny... I guess it's true, you get what you pay for and I would definitely not recommend this place. RUN!!

Located just across the street from the Bicycle Casino, this Motel is an interesting little place Hallway in property was filthy. Looked very bad. Room was very clean and very big. Very nice. Handicap accessible and the fold down bench in shower was amazing. Bed is on the low sidevand very soft. Only one chair in room. Club next door is very loud. We were in town on the weekend of Mexican Independence day and there was a huge party every night, however on Sunday night there were fireworks and a much louder band thanbthe prebious nights. They played until 6am. Loudly. I slept 4 hours the whole weekend. This motel has nice rooms on the inside (my experience is only the handicapped rooms and ive stayed here twice, my first room was outside by the pool, my second inside by the intersection of two hallways), but the outside hallway and other areas of the property look very run down and even neglected, forgotten or just ignored. I dint think we will stay here again.

Someone staying at the hotel got arrested right at the entrance at 8am one morning, there were 5 cops pointing guns (including an AR-15) at the guy. The whole thing lasted 30 minutes, very unsafe. All hall carpet smells of defecation and has black dirt stains everywhere. There are anti-theft tags on the hall’s floor (are guests stealing clothes from stores?!) Renovated areas have damaged furniture and lack wall decor. Breakfast was ok but needs more variety. Coffee was awful. Lacked microwaves. The staff were courteous and very friendly. All in all it needs to shut down to rip all the carpet, get new furniture, hang decor and keep halls clean to get a better rating. Not to mention not hosting criminals (?!)
