It was noted that there was parking, but we were not provided with it and were told that there was none. The room was terribly dirty, there were a lot of cockroaches, the staff was not friendly. I booked a room online, when I arrived they said that they didn’t have a reservation and didn’t want to give me a room, although I had all the booking confirmations. The staff doesn't speak English

Way to noisy in the daytime. The family that manages the hotel are to loud in the hallway. There is a kid who is constantly crying up and down the hallway. Limited parking. There are roaches in the room.

Worst motel I been to, you can tell they don't wash the sheets, found a bunch of hair on it, saw like 4 roaches, the shower water was off couldn't even shower before checking out, you have to ring a bell to get into the property every time, only street parking, it was cheap but would've rathered spend an extra 40 dollars for something else, I will never go back not even if it was free

If you are looking for budget accommodation, this is it. To note; no air conditioning, no refrigerator, shared toilet and shower, even the toilet paper is rationed out separately. Off street parking is extremely limited, however the overwhelming smell of marijuana is free!

If you ask for a refund for cancellation, They would reject you, even though you don't stay there and have no parking spot 4. The street parking was very full and hard to park. You have to walk for a long time to go to the hotel if you're going to park at the street. 5.Also there are a lot of bums walking around, extremely dangerous. It's a scam

first of all, you have to park on the streets... there is only public restroom available with no toilet paper or seat covers. no air conditioner inside the room, I did not know that was possible in the USA hotel. That place is straight out of 3rd world country.

Didn’t let me know that it is a shared bathroom. No ac room gets really hot. Small bed wasn’t a queen size it was A full. Front desk was rude was screaming at the person who was accompanying me because they were looking to see if there was parking in the back which there isn’t. It is only street parking. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re really desperate.

The room was beyond filthy and smelled like urine. The carpet in the room was sticky and most of it was black. Two community toilets, one shower and one tub shared by all of the rooms. Walls were disgusting. No parking.

The hotel has one bathroom for all of the guests in the area. Its awful they , had blood all over the light switch , tuna and poop it was awful. I could not stay . There is no heating or air conditioning.

Renters beware. this hotel was horrible. The sheets were dirty.. It was roaches and rats.. no parking. No Wi-Fi. It was like someone else was there before we got there.. you had to be in by 10 o’clock, or they lock the doors. It was more like a homeless shelter than a hotel stay. No heat in it was really cold. If you see something online, that’s too good to be true. It usually is.. be aware not rent from this place 🙅‍♀️

This does not have its own bathroom, you have to go outside the room and share with others, there was no Ac and only one outlet for tv and tv didn’t even work and to top it off they wanted check out at 10 am when they announce 11am! First off, I called in advance to let the manager know I would be checking in late because I was coming from out of state. When I finally got there to check in the guy was so rude and demanding! The description on the room I selected said private bathroom and there was no bathroom in my room. I went to use the restroom (shared restroom) and the property didn’t even have any soap or toilet liners! The guy was so rude when my husband went to get hand sanitizer for us to use and came following us for it back. NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN!!

The Hot water was not working on the first day that I checked in and wifi did not work at during my stay at all and on my last day there I was told I had to check out at 10am but online it had said it was at 11am so I was rushed to check out !!

We knew it was going to be no frills, but there were real problems. When we went to check in we were told that there was a $50 deposit which had to be in cash. It was a cold night and heater didnt work plus just a sheet and a thin bedspread on the bed, no blanket!

The receptionist demanded cash security deposit, although nowhere in the hotels.com this property description/information it was noted. Normally any similar establishment would hold the security deposit via credit/debit card. Also, it was not mentioned in the hotel details showers and bathrooms are outside the room, not inside. Had we known that, we would have definitely booked another one…

Owner says “give me deposit “ wasn’t sure if it’s a language barrier but it’s very rude to talk to guests like that. Just a fan for ac and the room smells terrible. Good point was there was a smart tv and shops nearby.
