Elevator from back parking lot to level 5 had a puddle of dirty water in it throughout the trip. Car noise from freeway is rediculous. Insulate those windows. Great view of Disneyland fireworks.

Kimberly offered great customer service support. The 24 hour pool is always a hit. Pool towels, were always out every time we used the pool. Beds were very comfortable, pillows felt like a cloud. Shuttle options to Disney, however, walking, may have been quicker. Didn't spend enough time at hotel for food, but there's so many option near by if you miss hotel restaurant hours.

Room was clean and comfortable. But we barely got any kind of room service. Garbages never got emptied and always had dirty towels. The shuttle to disneyland sucked and it was not cool that they charged so much for parking. The pool area was nice though, except the pool bar was never open.

Parking lift gate was broken - had to wait for over an hour to get my car - had to stay with my car until gate was fixed along with a few other guests, when asked if we can get some type of discount was told that its a private party who runs the parking & that they have nothing to do with the hotel - irritating to have your children wanting to go play but you have to wait for the lift gate to open. also didn't have clean towels at the pool on several occasions.

The door would not shut all the way so light and noise came in all night. The tub was dirty. The lights wouldn’t turn on (maintenance came right up and flipped the breaker or something and then they worked.). The staff was attentive and friendly but the hotel is gross. We also got stuck in the elevator. The door was stuck closed with about 2 inches open. Super scary.

The main reason my husband and I liked this hotel in years past was because of the pool area so we were pretty disappointed overall, especially considering how expensive the rooms have become.

The floors were filthy and the bathroom had dust and dirt on the corners of the baseboards. The shower curtain was falling off the rusty rings that held it up. There was no bar soap and the pillows were abosolutely terrible. That being said, the staff was friendly and kind and the price and location to Disney couldn’t be more of a deal. You get what you pay for!

I booked this room for 2 nights for my family, we were going to Disneyland so given the distance from the park I thought it was good. Looked at pictures of this room, everything looks really nice and clean, in new shape! When I arrived, there was hardly any parking, the parking lot is in terrible shape, can’t even see the parking lines so everyone parks like they own the place. I finally walked in my room I came to the harsh reality that it wasn’t even close to the pictures! Everything was very worn down and old, chips and Knicks everywhere. Room was very clammy even with ac blasted. Pillows were extremely worn out and gave you a little itch and made you sweat. Floors were super super dirty. Bathroom was disgusting!!!!! Hair everywhere!!! We all showered wearing our crocks! And to top it off the hot water would only reach lukewarm temp!! I would never ever stay there again. The pictures they have of the rooms are not its true form and had to be when they just opened up!!! The lobby was ok but that is about it! Very very disappointing!

So first off the hotel when walking in seemed really nice and the people who were at the front desk were great. When we got to the room however that was a different story. The room at first seemed okay but the bathroom was disgusting. There were pubes on the walls near the toilet paper holder so you had to be careful when get some to wipe. When taking a shower this gross red stuff came out of the drain and the water would not go down. I was so grossed out I almost left and got a new hotel but because we were going to Disneyland early and I had taken a shower we decided to stay. After thinking about it all day at Disneyland I decided that I didn’t even want to have to sleep in that room with such uncomfortable pillows and bed that I decided to instead dive all the way home, which was about 3 hours, then have to stay there for one more minute. I would not recommend staying here and I will definitely be making sure I do not book again.

This is a no frills hotel. They mattress is hard but the pillow are soft as clouds. The room apprared clea. But wasnt. There was hair, a dead bee, and the last guests ranch in the fridge. The walls were dirty. The view was the worst. We faced harbor and got to see the roof of the next building. The parking lot waa full of trash. There was a tweaker couple and 2 meth heads roaming around. Its very close to Disney. You can watch the fireworks from the pool.

Hotel is decent. It’s close to Disneyland and the staff is nice however it sits right over the freeway and is beyond loud to the point it’s impossible to sleep. Luckily the staff accommodated us and moved us to a new room, however when we pulled the sheets back there was wads of hair in the bed and pubic hair in the shower from previous guests. Hopefully this was just a one off situation.

This hotel was pretty great! My only issues was that the I-5 freeway is right next to it so the rooms are pretty loud. I just could use a little bit of soundproofing, but other than that everything else was enjoyable. The pool was great and it’s a short 15 minute walk to the Disney entrance. Would definitely stay here again.

The lobby, grounds and pool were very nice; however our room was dirty. Our floor was dirty and sticky and our towels were not very nice. Definitely not what i expected from Marriot. They don’t have housekeeping services unless you stay 3 or more days. The walk was quick to Disney - you just need to be careful over Freeway (we had no trouble with a stroller). They also have a shuttle for a small fee. Our WiFi was spotty at best- it could have been just the location of our room but when we called to inquire they didn’t offer to move us.

Well, I have to tell you I expected a lot more from a Four Points based on their reputation. This is definitely an older hotel. It shows its age. The rooms are decently kept and decent size. A big problem is is the lack of outlets so if you have a CPAP device or any other medical device, bring a power strip. There is a restaurant there, but it was kind of overpriced for what you get $19 for a continental breakfast is kind of absorbent, but you are near Disneyland. One of warning do not stay on the backside of the hotel because you are right by the freeway, and there are no sound barriers, but they do provide you with earplugs, also parking is at a premium and they charge you $35 per night. All in all, not a bad stay but not somewhere I personally would go again

The beds are extremely soft and comfortable. The hotel is clean and has friendly staff. The hotel is close (walking distance) to Disneyland but also has a direct ART bus stop at the hotel if you want a ride to the park (bus pass purchase needed). I wish the daily parking rate was cheaper and we did not like the food from the restaurant (did not seem like it was made with fresh ingredients). But overall really enjoyed our stay for the room (cleanliness and comfort), pool, and location!

Good stay if you’re just going to Disney. We walked in about 10 minutes, but there is a shuttle (at a cost) or you can take an Uber. It was very close to the highway and we heard traffic all night. The store in the hotel had very reasonably priced products (we forgot conditioner and were able to get a large bottle for aboit $6), however the food wasn’t that great. I got a bagel in the morning and wasn’t impressed they served the cream cheese on the side and the bagel itself came in a bowl… overall though for one night and to be that close to the park was worth it.

The only issue I had (which was surprising since my family and I always stay here) is no one told me I had to check out and check back in for extended stays. This caused them to lock our rooms with no key access. I unfortunately wasn’t there when it happened and my husband’s name wasn’t on the reservation so they gave him a hard time.

The hours of the restaurant and lounge were not conducive to spending time at the hotel. The hours advertised were different than what actually occurred. Very frustrating. Pool area was excellent. We had good service ie towels brought in a timely space; rooms cleaned every other day; front staff accommodating. But on our last night the evening staff was rude, uncommunicative and threatening.

The front desk gave us the worst room because we went through a 3rd party (meaning Hotels.com) the location was terrible, the restaurant was not good, and the customer service was the worst we have experienced. We have stayed here many times before the new ownership and it was great back then, I will never stay here again even if it is $25.00 cheaper! I guess it’s true you get what you pay for!!!

It was about a 12 min walk to the parks. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Pool area looked so nice but it was raining when we were there so didn't get to use it. Breakfast at hotel was great! Staff was great especially Hunni who went above to make our stay comfortable. Would stay again.

The management was VERY kind and friendly. We loved Hany. He was so accommodating. Had an issue booking one of the Sheraton’s on the other side of the same road. Hany assured us he would make sure our stay was awesome and he did. He even came up to all three of our rooms we were all staying in to make sure the hotel was a pleasant stay for us. Because of him, we stayed instead of going over to the other Sheraton, and because of him we will return. Great guy! Great time! Thank you Hany and Sheraton Four Points!!!

I wanted to like this place. But it was an awful experience. We got to the hotel at 11:30 pm, exhausted from our flight. The check in took another hour since their wifi was down and the employee had no remorse nor did she try to make it up to us for waiting this long and she said shes all booked and theres no rooms. She gave us our key, we go up to the third floor and it didnt work, so more back and forth and still didnt apologize. Finally got to our room, it was clean. The AC was a mess. I felt wet the whole time because it was humid. We couldnt ask for another room because we were told they were booked. So we stayed there four nights. Awful experience. Very loud outside from the traffic too. I can say it was a convenient location as it was very close to disneyland. Customer service was just awful.

Everyone I interacted with at the hotel was lovely, unfortunately the biggest two issues have to do with the location of the hotel itself. First, as some reviews mention, the noise from the freeway is intense. There's a constant (24/7) hum or cars passing on the freeway that's punctuated with motorcycles, back firing engines, or people revving their engines. The other is the walkability, while it is not far, you have to pass a big freeway overpass which was not pleasant and truly kind of scary with children.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. It was a quick walk to the park. However, when I called they said they had a shuttle to the park every 30 minutes! There’s no shuttle. The hotel is on the bus route. Not the same. Also the price is deceiving because they charge $35 a night for parking! Also the shower had low pressure.

Easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Very load from the freeway and fire works. Reception seems to be understaffed with only 1 person working making check in/out and any questions a very long process. Location is decent for Disney, but not close to many shops and restaurants if you do not have a car. I will be looking at different hotels for my next trip to Disneyland.

Stayed here a long time ago when it had a different name. It's still a convenient location for shuttling to the Disney parks and Anaheim / Garden Grove area with a unique view of back end of Disneyland / It's A Small World / Fireworks show from across the freeway in their poolside rooms. If you want to be as close to the parks without being on the main stretch of hotels but still have access to the ART Ball 11 bus line from the lobby (, & the Toy Story 20 line is across the street,) this is the place to stay.

Heard rodents in the walls/ceiling at night. Multiple loud false evacuation alarms went off in the middle of the night. Dining and bar has very limited hours. The outdoor bar by the pool was never open. The pool bathrooms were locked. The drinking water was always running low. There is barely enough parking for guests. Minimal tv channels available. Not a very pleasant stay.
