The computer system was down, so check-in was delayed. We had to wait almost 2 hours before we were checked in another way. The tiles in the pool had mildew from not being cleaned in quite some time.

The pool was not heated unlike advertised, front desk was rude, limited food and restaurant, lack of staff at front desk. Upon talking to front desk regarding the fact that there were no towels at pool and the water was not heated (unlike advertised) he was very rude and inattentive. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, adjacent hotels are better choice. I was not happy with this stay.

This hotel is easy to access, is quiet place to stay with a restaurant and lounge. There’s a small store insight and the pool and hot tub are nice . The pool is heated with the outside court yard being a nice size . The king room is ok , the bed was comfortable and the room was fairly soundproof.

Hotel is a standard business Marriott. They allowed us to have our room way earlier than I could believe which was awesome. Pool is fine, laundry malfunctioned both washer and then dryer wasting hours of our time. Dinner was interesting- I ordered fajitas with chicken and beef, chicken was exceptional and the beef kinda closing on borderline rancid - wife and daughter agreed. Overheard the Family next to us ordered it with chicken, then changed to beef and we were like - ut oh. And left

One building does not have an elevator, can be a problem carrying heavier luggage up stairs and physical risk. Shower drainage was inconsistent, partial clog; first night was uncomfortable standing in a pool of water. Suggest routine checking by maintenance staff.

Beautiful hotel for our Girls' Weekend! The hotel was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Breakfast was not included, but they did offer free fresh coffee at the front lobby. The breakfast buffet was $20 per adult and $13 per child. They have Telsa charging stations in the parking lot. We didn't need them, but we saw many other travelers using them. Our group had two rooms. Both were spacious enough for us to spread out. If you have the option, request a room on the west side of the building so you can enjoy the sunset! We visited several destinations on our two day trip - Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon Dam, and Coyote Buttes. All were easy to navigate to from the Courtyard. After hiking all day, we did enjoy a soak in the hot tub. The pool is heated in the winter. Lots of outdoor seating, and they had a giant chess set. Fun for all ages! I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff, specifically the house cleaning staff are ridiculous. Even after letting them know several times about a puke incident by someone else near our room and the exit door. They didn’t come ahead to clean it and wanted us to be ok with the unhygienic situation. I would never recommend them to anyone. And the hotel itself is very old and rusty bathrooms.

Great location, we booked it for the view, pool, hot tub and quiet. The hotel is well worn, our room wasn't clean (lot's of hair in the shower, the hot tub and pool were both very cold so we didn't use them very long. We did appreciate the location and quiet. There are better hotels in the area for less $$.

We had to switch rooms 3 times. The A/C didn’t work in one and the sliding glass door was broken in another. This side of the building we were on had no elevator so had to carry our bags and stuff to the second floor. This side of the hotel seemed a bit outdated and smelled musky. Definitely will not be staying here again

Loved this place. It was big and spacious and had a really nice pool and Jacuzzi. My only suggestion is to provide actual coffee cups in the room instead of any kind of paper plastic… To be more environmentally friendly. Also, one of the beds was so soft my husband sunk into it- probably needs to be replaced.

I would have liked a room safe and a microwave in the room. When traveling I have come to expect this as standard in hotel rooms and I was surprised to find only a small refrig. We liked they included some water in the room, that was nice and the shower was amazing.

Hotel was nice but missing on some service points. Seemed under staffed in F&B and front desk that was disappointing. Grab and go. Went to get a Diet Coke. Went to pay and front desk guy said just take it was to busy. Lost revenue. On 5.19 went in and got some snacks, gentlemen came over when time to pay and asked for room number or cash only. Gave room number but never rang anything in and I didn’t sigh anything. No idea what I was charged if charged. I could have said any room number. Coffee in lobby nice but first morning was not labeled. Went in restaurant and asked lady think a server if all regular and she did not know. Another couple was wondering as well. Second morning coffee was out. Went in restaurant asked a guy if more coming out and said they were busy. Had dinner on 5.18 lady server when asking about beers had no knowledge. Tried to order beef fajitas and was told they did not have beef. She then came back and said they found some. Was scared but got, ruined experience as I was wounding what I was eating. On a note stayed in 165. Room was what expected and clean, but the bed killed me. First night tossed and turned, woke up with back pain. Second night was so uncomfortable got up early as I just could not lay in bed in pain any longer. Please check bed closet to bathroom. I travel for work and have never had this problem in hotels. Also end of hall south door to outside slams. Door closer needs adjustment. Feel bad for room by door. Overall was just ok.

Everything was fine, the hotel is aesthetically pleasing. The only problem is the service, the staff doesn't greet you and behaves very unprofessionally and arrogantly, as soon as you give them a couple of dollars they greet you, but overall it's very bad service.

We went to our room at 9:30 PM. Key card would not work on door. Spent two hours in the lounge waiting for repairs to get into our room at 11:30 PM. We still could not get into our room. They put us in another room without any of our medication or personal belongings, finally about 2:30 AM. They got the door unlocked and we were able to return to our room. They would not compensate us for our room. Gave us a free breakfast card not happy about the Customer Service. This was our second stay there and probably our last.

We had a view from the hotel, it was centrally located, and easy to find in Page. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even though we only stayed a night while we were passing through, we’d likely stay there again on a return trip to Page.

My experience at this hotel was awful. I stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday with my partner. On checkout day, the customer in front of me was carefully reviewing her extensive hotel bill, with the front desk employee, Laura, studiously and patiently answering her questions. When it was my turn, all she says is if I want the receipt printed or emailed. I say emailed, and she’s like “okay! Thanks, have a nice day.” I responded, “I don’t get to review my bill like the lady before me?”. The disgusting attitude, sarcasm, and hostility I received from her left stunned. At that moment, it made me feel, what, because I’m a young woman of colour, I don’t deserve the same respect and curtesy as the older, white customer before me did? I left the experience embarrassed and literally hurt. I called the hotel about 10 minutes later and let Laura know her a treatment of me was unacceptable and made me feel awful, and this is not how I deserve to be treated in my vacation holiday. She proceeds to cutting me off, speaking above me in an elevated tone, totally entitled, aggressive and bullying. I told her I will leave a review to the hotel sharing my experience, she tells me to go ahead, totally unfazed. I spent hundreds of dollars on my major birthday milestone, to be treated like this? Over asking for a review of my receipt? Really? It does not matter how beautiful a hotel space is, if the staff treat you like absolute garbage, that takes away from it. 0 stars.

Room service knocked on door very early Restaurant closed early and no room service. The Mac and cheese was yucky. Ceiling fan in bathroom was full of disgusting mold and dust Temperature control in shower was lousy too hot or too cold The hot tub was nice.
