The owner was a jerk, demanding more deposit money after already having tapped my card for $100. Demanded of my daughter (without confirming she was me) that she bring him $50 or get out. She took him the money (not knowing I'd already given my card), but he was such a jerk she came back and we decided to not stay there after all, forseeing all kinds of trouble after that. Had to call the cops to get my daughters cash back and am now fighting to get my money back.

Did not stay, got a bad feeling as soon as I got out of car, parking lot dark, entry uninviting, was greeted through a “bank teller” window with “name?” Second question, “ do you have a dog?” Yes I do….$20.00 cash and $100.00 cash deposit….Cash only, I have never been asked for cash at a hotel deposit, got the feeling I would never see that money again so I left. Contacted hotels.com and recieved no help with getting my money back…lesson learned!
