Even for TJ, this place was garbage. Stains on bedding, nothing worked, shower clogged and spraying crazy directions, just awful.

We’ve stayed here 3 times this year. The location to Avenida Revolucion is unbeatable. The staff is very professional and efficient. The rooftop bar / pool tables / jacuzzi / multiple TVs made for a great day to watch the World Cup

Love the location of this hotel! Very friendly staff all around from their greeting/reception staff, the valet all the way to their room service! Love that there is onsite parking also (very limited).

Nice room with caveats. There is no sound absorbing carpet in the halls or rooms, it makes it a breeze to clean. It is beautiful ceramic tile. My room was an interior room wlth a window facing a hallway. Unfortunately it was very close to the elevator. Ppl’s voices amplified bc of the tile and the narrow hallways. I had a difficult time sleeping peacefully, bc ppl were coming & going & talking at all hours of the day and night. Naps during the day were impossible bc of cleaning staff doing their normal jobs and talking. The Good: The room was always cleaned nicely. The shower was a waterfall design with plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and efficient. The room was somewhat small but its layout was very efficient and did not feel confining. The Wi-Fi was good. The ‘Grand Slam’ breakfast selection was fresh, hot, & plentiful. The Not-So-Good: No towels upon arrival (quickly remedied with a call to the front desk). Only two bath towels supplied, no hand towels or wash cloths. No Kleenex. Shower had no grab bars on the inside which makes it hard to catch yourself, if you fall. No ability to adjust room temperature. It was nice and cool, but at times too cool. The room safe is actually an older gun safe model with five numbered buttons. It didn’t work. It took 3 separate maintenance requests to get it fixed. There were no instructions on how to use it. Very nice smaller hotel that is kept spotless. Excellent security by the staff.
