El Hotel es muy bonito, limpio, agradable, buena ubicación, no cuenta con estacionamiento, pero justo enfrente hay uno ( que no es muy barato), pero 3n mi caso, estuve en la habitación 27 y por la noche se escuchaban unos ruidos de golpes muy fuertes que no me dejaron descansar bien

Un hotel boutique excepcional, en el centro histórico a un lado de plaza Machado... Me encantó su infraestructura con su alberca en la parte alta, lo disfrutamos muchísimo, muy cerca de catedral y del mercado a tres cuadras ... Ampliamente recomendado y el precio muy accesible!

Muy buena atencion, buen lugar aunque un poco pequeña la habitacion, lo unico malo es que no tiene estacionamiento y aunque hay uno publico en frente, no tiene convenio alguno y cobra 30 pesos la hora sin posibilidad de rentar por dia

I really wanted to love this property. The front desk staff was friendly and the lobby was beautiful, and the location is perfect, close to Machado Plaza. However i booked this bc it had an exceptional rating of 9.2 and was willing to pay a bit more to have an exceptional experience. I was there during a heat wave and was not told at check in the the pool was not available, i had to discover that on my own. I was VERY disappointed since this was a major feature they are boasting. They never apologized or offered any compensation of any kind.Also I personally dont like ppl going in my room when i stay places so i put the "do not disturb " sign on the door when leaving and when i came back housekeeping had gone in anyways. That really upset me. The floor looked clean except when walking around barefooted, my feet got so dirty, they were almost black! I had to clean them before getting in bed! I suspect they sweep but don't mop. I think I will try a different hotel next time.

This is a beautiful new Hotel. Our room was lovely and the pool was perfectly small but nice. This was the off season , so not many gringos which we liked. Many great restaurants near by. We will be back.

El lugar está súper bien ubicado, a cuadra y media de plaza machado, todo el tiempo está iluminado y se siente seguro, a unos minutos caminando del inicio del malecón y de varios puntos como bares, renta de bicis, etc. El personal con una atención increíble y con ese gusto por servir y ayudar. El único punto malo es que no tiene estacionamiento (a pesar de que en la página de Expedia dice que si). Lo bueno es que hay varios estacionamientos cerca (algunos incluso enfrente del hotel) pero yo recuerdo uno que me recomendaron las personas del hotel, súper económico y desde mi punto de vista el mejor ya que fue el más económico, el que tenía las mejores instalaciones(pavimentado y con cámaras) y nuevamente la gente atenta. Este estacionamiento se encuentra a contra esquina de plaza machado, frente a la escuela de artes. Otro punto a considerar es que la alberca es muy pequeña. Cuando fui el hotel estaba prácticamente para nosotros. Con el hotel lleno no me imagino como se llena la alberca tan pequeña, sin embargo, en Mazatlán hay muchísimo por hacer, entonces tampoco me imagino quedándome en la alberca.

Ampliamente recomendable, ubicado en una zona tranquila segura a pocos metros de bares y restaurantes, cerca del malecón, de la plaza machado. Nos atendieron muy bien, las habitaciones y el baño son espaciosos y limpios. En la terraza hay una alberca con mirador súper padre.

Check in for Tierra Marina centro historico was quick and easy I had no issues on arrival. You pay when you check-in. The staff is very friendly and very helpful with any questions you may have. They explain your amenities that are available during your stay. The rooms have AC, bath toiletries a blow dryer a beautiful swimming pool. The hotel itself is very modern and new beautiful architecture throughout the entire building. This hotel is very clean and fresh.This location is very safe and calm and just steps away from many historic landmarks that you must visit. You will be close to many great eateries/Shops in the area. The male staff was very kind and friendly he was a great host as was also Ximena, she was always very pleased to see you with a smile in her face. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit soon!

muy buenos al, excelente servicio de limpieza y de atención, lo único fue que se escuchaba mucho a los vecinos de cuarto y mientras estabamos hospedados llovió y había una gotera en el cuarto pero en general, muy bonito el hotel, las camas son muy cómodas.

The staff was wonderful, very kind. But the room? The sink in the bathroom had a terrible smell. No amount of water would get rid of it. There were no towel rods, or hooks in the bathroom. The walls of the room were like paper. I could hear the people in the next room have sex, as though they were in the bed with me. They weren't. No coffee to be had in the hotel either.

Edificio remodelado muy céntrico a solo media cuadra de plaza Machado, instalaciones bonitas. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas para parejas o viaje solo, cortinas Blackout ayudan bastante a perderte en el tiempo El Ac funciona de maravilla aunque en el lobby principal no hay pero es lo de menos La señorita Ximena de recepción fue muy amable y atenta Habitación Super limpia y comoda Volvería a escojerlos como opción para una siguiente visita

Las habitaciones de la terraza están geniales, me encantaron. La única recomendación es que pongan percheros y toalleros en el baño, ya que no hay donde colgar nada. De ahí en fuera todo lindo.

My family stayed at this hotel in last Feb 13-14 2025. At that time everything went well. The staffs were kind and the room condition was not bad as it described even the property was still on progress. BUT after one month later, I noticed that they made a pre-authorized payment with my credit card. I have written mails about the problem twice. They have not answered yet. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

This hotel is in the perfect location at Centro Historico walking distance to all the main attractions. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, very clean looks brand new. Very safe to walk around even at night. Just 1 min walk you can enjoy great restaurants and live music at Plaza Machado every night. You must try Gaia restaurant the food is delicious. To the Malecon where you can enjoy wonderful Playa Olas Altas beach just about 5 mins walk. Everything is wonderful about this hotel I highly recommend. Airport is about 30 mins drive paid $430 pesos for a taxi. No Uber or DiDi allowed at airport.

Buenisimo el hotel, muy bonitas y comodas las habitaciones. La ubicación se presta para caminar por los alrededores, a una cuadra de la plazuela machado, a 3 cuadras del malecon (olas altas). Restaurantes cerca, excelentes. Muy recomendable.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, La plaza Machado está a una cuadra de distancia, hay varios restaurantes al alrededor, el mercado y la Catedral están a 10 min de distancia caminando aproximadamente, me tocaran dias nublado el calor no era problema. Hay trasporte a la mano y nos toco un caballero muy amable en recepcion quien hizo todavia más agradable la estadia,

The staff was wonderful, very kind. But the room? The sink in the bathroom had a terrible smell. No amount of water would get rid of it. There were no towel rods, or hooks in the bathroom. The walls of the room were like paper. I could hear the people in the next room have sex, as though they were in the bed with me. They weren't. No coffee to be had in the hotel either.

El lugar está súper bien ubicado, a cuadra y media de plaza machado, todo el tiempo está iluminado y se siente seguro, a unos minutos caminando del inicio del malecón y de varios puntos como bares, renta de bicis, etc. El personal con una atención increíble y con ese gusto por servir y ayudar. El único punto malo es que no tiene estacionamiento (a pesar de que en la página de Expedia dice que si). Lo bueno es que hay varios estacionamientos cerca (algunos incluso enfrente del hotel) pero yo recuerdo uno que me recomendaron las personas del hotel, súper económico y desde mi punto de vista el mejor ya que fue el más económico, el que tenía las mejores instalaciones(pavimentado y con cámaras) y nuevamente la gente atenta. Este estacionamiento se encuentra a contra esquina de plaza machado, frente a la escuela de artes. Otro punto a considerar es que la alberca es muy pequeña. Cuando fui el hotel estaba prácticamente para nosotros. Con el hotel lleno no me imagino como se llena la alberca tan pequeña, sin embargo, en Mazatlán hay muchísimo por hacer, entonces tampoco me imagino quedándome en la alberca.

Ampliamente recomendable, ubicado en una zona tranquila segura a pocos metros de bares y restaurantes, cerca del malecón, de la plaza machado. Nos atendieron muy bien, las habitaciones y el baño son espaciosos y limpios. En la terraza hay una alberca con mirador súper padre.

Todo súper bien, solo agregaría línea para comunicarse a recepción y servicio de comida y bebidas a las habitaciones ya que no hay manera de tener bebidas frías pues se calientan muy rápido y las tiendas quedan a varias cuadras de distancia.
