The property is nice and secure. i like the fact that they give you a code to enter on a key pad for after hour entry. I didn't like the fact that if you need extra towel or toilet paper you have to go down stair. There are no phone in room and if you call you call from your phone they usually don't answer

The rooms and hotel were clean. The hotel was centrally and conveniently located. The first room given to us was not like the one showed in the website when I created the reservation it was a lot smaller. The room was hot upon arrival and with no phone in the room I had to walk down to reception area and asked to have the ac checked. The receptionist said she would but the ac was never checked or told the maintenance person was not in that evening. We were moved to another room around 2 pm the next day but had to leave the restaurant we were at to do so. The staff members were not friendly or accommodating. There was never a sense of urgency, it felt like we were bothering them. I would not stay there again.
