This is a very good hotel. Very clean, quiet. You’ll get a mini fridge with bottled water, soda, restocked daily. There is a coffee maker and a kettle in the room with delicious choices of coffee and tea. Excellent location for visiting Paris. We are walking people and were able to get to many popular spots without any transportation. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and a few grocery stores around the hotel Staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful( we asked for an iron and it was delivered to our room in like 3 min). We would stay at this hotel again. Everything was great.

This hotel was amazing. From the staff to the view. I will definitely be staying here again. It was clean…close to shopping… food and the train station…and the famous hot chocolate la carette is a 20 minute walk.. the drinks at the bar were delicious as well…can’t wait to go back!!! See ya soon

Absolutely a gorgeous hotel. We were greeted very well from the front desk and were upgraded which was amazing since we were on our honeymoon. There was a bar available and breakfast was served in the morning. Hotel locations was close to restaurants, pharmacy, and stores. Definitely would stay again.

This was our first trip to Paris. Not knowing what location worked best for our stay, we took a guess and selected the Hotel Bourdonnais. Although after booking and others suggested that we should’ve selected a hotel closer to the Champs Elysees, we were glad we opted for the quietness of the Hotel Bourdonnais. The hotel is in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and Hop on Hop off bus stops. Directly next door is a Franprix where we were able to purchase soft drinks, water and food for our hotel stay. Excellent dining options were about 100 yards from our hotel, with plenty of novelty shops for souvenirs. The hotel was modern, clean with a much appreciated A/C system. Small bar downstairs and a nice add on breakfast option.

From the moment you walk into the hotel, the smell is warm and inviting. The front desk is nice and knowledgeable. They were considerate and always willing to help. The room is a nice size. Check in was very good, receptionist was very helpful , room was smaller than expected, bathroom was not so comfortable, location was very good , close to a Metro station and bus stops, also very close to Eiffel Tower. They should improve the room service, very few options and not so good. It was quite noise if you have people in the above room that walk constantly or move furniture, you can hear everything.

A nice small hotel. The staff were superb. Always polite and helpful. Two minor negatives. The room was a little cramped and there were no drawers to put shirts, underwear, etc. A short walk to the metro that linked you to the rest of Paris was a benefit too.

This was a cute quaint property. The staff was nice and professional. The room we had was small but you were able to move around for two people. We did a lot of attractions so it was perfect. We did have issues with the TV cable although they tried to fix it the entire stay it never worked right. I am sure they will work on that. Or get another connection box in the back of the TV. Other wise love the location. Breakfast was nice. Not a bad stay. Cute Boutique hotel.

Everything was great, except the windows were not as sound proof as they should. I could hear people talking outside at normal volume with both windows closed and locked. Then there is the main door, it wasnt properly fitted with the frame so there was a gap at the bottom which caused any noice from the hall be easily heard.

The staff except the bellboy is extremely rude. Multiple times they snapped at us for simple questions like asking if I could use their freezer to store something. The restaurant and all the nearby ones close at 10 so good luck finding any food after a long for of exploring. The room had multiple scratches and damage done to the walls. Considering the cost of this hotel, this is unacceptable. It’s extremely difficult to get transportation back to your hotel from the main city and the hotel staff were no help in trying to find us transportation back. We also checked out 3 days early and they refused to refund us anything. The attitude of the staff honestly was so hard to deal with.

Enjoyed the stay. Staff were great. They greeted us upon arrival and quickly checked us in after a long flight. When we needed to get to the airport they reserved us a ride. When we come back we will definitely stay here.

Excellent Breakfast and friendly staff. .. and you can't ask for a better location, 1 minute away for a nice metro station, 10 minutes to the Eiffiel Tower, and a Quiet and clean place.. We did arrive at 9:00AM after 12 hours traveling and our checking time was at 3:00 PM, BUT they give us a room right away at not extra charge .... That was Nice...

The location of the property is great and is close to the metro station École Militaire. A grocery store is right next to the hotel. The surrounding area includes excellent restaurants, coffee and pastry shops. Walking to the Eiffel Tower takes about 10 minutes. The staffs were very friendly to us, and the room we stayed in was cozy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Went to eat inside the hotel, but they have nothing to eat! But when we walked to our room, there apparently was room service. Why couldn't any of the workers tell us this? You have to ask for refills for your soft drinks in the room fridge. All was comfortable, good location, and family-friendly.
