Great location! Walking distance from everywhere. Because of the location near bars and such it gets loud till pretty late but we didn’t mind it.Very clean.

This location is great and in a lively area, but unfortunately, the air conditioning is extremely loud—so loud that it wakes us up at night. The elevator broke for the last two days, so we had to keep walking up and down. Since we were on the fourth floor with a mezzanine in between, it was essentially five flights of stairs. Also, the kettle for boiling water was broken. We told them on the first day, and they said they would fix it, but they never came. The non-stick pan was completely scratched up, so we didn't dare use it. The listing says it sleeps four, with one of those being a sofa bed, but the sofa bed is of very poor quality and essentially extremely uncomfortable. So while the location is indeed good and it does sleep four, with all these shortcomings, there is no way to give it more than three stars.

I guess I got what I pay for. There is no parking in the property. Parking garage is 5-10 minutes away. The hallway to go to the elevator is sketchy. There’s a big hole in my bathroom in the towel rack, and the rack on top of the toilet is loose that if I put my toiletries there, I’m afraid that it’s gonna fall. Both lights on the side table do not work. The peephole on the door is high that even if I tiptoe I won’t be able to see. And last but not the least, the fan is SOOOO loud that when it kicks in it wakes me at night. Location is great but I won’t stay at this hotel again.

It was in a happening spot for sure. Memorial Day weekend. If you’re looking for a peaceful serenity type stay on a busy weekend it’s not for you. If you’re looking to be in a high energy fun local apartment feel with everything you need, besides parking: just be prepared to pay a little for parking. Metered street parking. I did end up with a ticket. There was some drugged out individuals who hang out in front of the hotel, just disturbing to see anyone in a zombie state in public like that. Kills the vaca vibe a little bit. The walls are thin but they supply a white noise sound machine and ear plugs to help with that. It’s perfect for college people or young people who want to party. A few years ago I would have been completely excited about it. I just realized I’ve officially grown out of that stage and it’s not for me anymore. I will say that it grew on me by the last of our three day stay. We felt like locals walking past the busy bars, shops and restaurants after picking up some pickleball games at the waterfront park (driving distance but close/courts also at the Hyatt and you don’t need to be a guest to use them as of now) to the door and elevator and peering out onto the street over the bar at all of the action below. The kitchen was well stocked, the sharps/cond. & towels were high quality. It was spacious and comfortable.
