highly recommend this place. it is close to metro stations, 24 hr concierge and they store you luggages until you are ready to checkin/leave. Small rooms but expected. I would book here again if i go back to Paris

Room was very clean and well presented. Bed was very comfortable and air con worked well and kept the room cool through rhe 42°C heat. Staff were very welcoming and very happy to help us with organising a taxi ready for our departure. Lovely hotel, would definitely stay here again.

싱글룸 사용했습니다. 가까이에 지하철 6호선, 12호선이 있고 버스도 여럿 다녀서 이동하기 너무 좋습니다. 바로 앞에 늦게까지 하는 슈퍼도 있고 뭐 사먹을 곳도 많아서 편했네요. 룸 컨디션은 30인치 캐리어를 펼쳐놓을 공간이 없었던 것과 화장실이 정말 작았던 것 말고는 괜찮았습니다. 어차피 싱글룸인데 침대를 더 작은걸 두었으면 좋겠지만 이정도로도 나쁘지 않습니다. 어메니티는 기본 샴푸/비누 두개씩 제공되고 칫솔은 없습니다. 충전기 꽂을 수 있는 콘센트도 여럿 있어서 편하게 묵을 수 있었습니다. 유럽 호텔들이 다 그렇듯 겨울엔 좀 추우니 전기장판 가져가시면 따뜻하게 잘 수 있어요. 엘리베이터가 작게 있습니다. 사람 한명에 캐리어 큰거 들어가면 끝~ 그치만 있는게 어디에요 여긴 파린데. 직원분들도 다 친절했고 조식도 제공되는 듯 하나 저는 이용해보지는 않았습니다. 꽤 괜찮은 숙박이었어요

Bon hôtel, assez bien situé. Pour la tour Eiffel il faut quand même 2 kms de marche. Rues importantes à 1 ou 2 coin de rues selon. Notre chambre pas très grande mais design agréable et récent, très propre aussi. Silencieux, sans problème. Air climatisé fonctionne bien. Chambre de bain propre avec tout le nécessaire. Bon choix.

Séjour de 4 jours avec une amie incroyable ! La chambre est assez petite mais suffit pour nous deux, la salle de bain reste spacieuse, la chambre est bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est convenable et varié. Le plus a été de pouvoir laisser ses valises le dernier jour, même après la réservation, pour pouvoir visiter Paris sans problème. Bon quartier, calme et proche des transports et lieux touristiques. Excellent dans l'ensemble :)

Unfortunately when we arrived renovations were taking place. This was not something that was advertised and would have been nice to know seeing as I was booking for a surprise birthday. Leading from this due to the renovations the communal areas were very dusty walking down the stairs after one flight of holding the bannister my hand was white from the dust of the work taking place. Leading to the air quality in the hotel to be poor really dusty causing me to have an asthma attack(something that has not happened in 8 years for me) the rooms were really tiny and we found several what looked like pubic hairs in our bed. The smell from our bathroom is what smelt like all I could describe as sewerage. Bed was comfortable and the decor in the room was pleasant. Some what a little noisy from the rooms above in the morning but I guess this is not the hotels fault for noisy guests. Fairly good location couple minute walk from the metro and plenty of restaurants/bars/shops with in walking distance.

The room was spotless and well maintained. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Although we personally didn’t need it, we remarked how fluent the staff was in English for tourists. The rooms in this hotel are not small. They are TINY!!! It's very difficult for two people to move around them keeping in mind that there's nowhere to store your luggage. Soundproofing is NON EXISTANT!! You can perfectly well hear the rooms above using the toilet or having a shower plus conversations from the rooms next to yours. Not happy at all with this. Fair enough the price was not high for being Paris but I'm sure something better, and less noisy can be found for the same price. Positive side? The staff. Very nice and kind. But that's just about it.

The area is so conveniently located! There are 2 train stations close to the hotel. The staff was so kind and helpful. Our room was next to the street so it can get noisy in the morning but that didn’t bother us! Definitely recommend taking a walk around the neighborhood. There are so many bakeries and markets nearby. Felt very safe in the area. Would definitely stay again!

When we arrived the lady on reception was very good. In the evening receptionist had changed shifts. The man was not very helpful. Room very small. When windows open you couldn’t walk past the bed. Breakfast only ok. Location very good to walk to the Eiffel Tower.

The room was small but we chose the smaller room because we didn’t plan to stay in our room and it was perfect for us. The room was clean and they cleaned it every day. The bathroom too. The staff was very lovely and helpful for everything you needed. It was very hot outside and humid and coming to our room was wonderful because their AC was perfect. You can adjust it just as you wish. So big thanks to everyone for a beautiful and lovely stay.

This is in a great location as it is near the train station and a budget option if it's your first time in Paris. The only thing I don't like about this hotel is the 2 front receptionists as they have left me wondering if they have tried to stay in a different hotel. My first encounter is when I asked for a bucket of Ice however they gave me a bowl instead and to make it more worst I have been told to make sure I return it the following day as they needed it for the breakfast buffet. My next encounter is the front desk person who works at night, I ask if I can have another pair of spoons and forks as I have returned the dirty ones however I have been told that I was supposed to clean them and I politely replied "If I have a dishwashing liquid I will". He then angrily replied, "Well, this is not a restaurant it is a hotel". I just shook my head and walk away as we don't want to ruin our holiday. Overall a good hotel location with a couple of front desk receptionist who doesn't have great customer service.

The individuals at the front desk are the best. I wanted to play golf while I was in Paris. The lady when I checked in stayed on the computer and telephone until she found a course. Then she told me about a great restaurant and a night club. (Moonshiner)

The hotel was perfect. The staff was amazing. Therese was wonderful. She was extremely helpful and all her suggestions were perfect! The location was excellent. Metro stop right up the street. Across the street from the hotel is a little Boulangerie for coffee and fresh croissants. The rooms are small, like most Parks boutique hotels, but very clean and lots of storage space for clothes. Would stay there again for sure!

My husband and I stayed here for five nights while visiting my daughter who was studying abroad. This hotel was 1block away from her apartment so that is why we chose it. The receptionists were very helpful and everyone spoke English. The room was small for American standards but it was spotless. There were doors that opened to a small terrace, updated bathroom and flat screen TV (CNN is the only English station and captions are in French). The room had coffee and tea along with an electric kettle. The room was cleaned everyday and breakfast was also downstairs from 7-10 am. I enjoyed the location of the hotel because it was close to the bus, train, many restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and shops. There was also a McDonald’s up the block that stays open until 11pm. We also walked to the Eiffel Tower from the hotel. The only con was that my room did not have a refrigerator which I needed to store insulin and we were told that guests could not use the microwave so it was not possible for us to heat up food.

Very small hotel. I guess you would call this a boutique hotel. Their “front desk” consists of a person sitting at a small desk. They almost could not find my reservation when we arrived. One elevator- very slow. Very small room. So be prepared. Bathroom door like 2 ft from the bed. We got a very small balcony that looked down into the street / in front of hotel. The only part we like was how close it was from the Eiffel Tower- about a mile. And public transportation close by. Don’t pay extra for breakfast — there’s a bakery just a couple doors down!

Newly refurbished hotel in the heart of Paris. We had adjoining rooms, and although they were a little small, they were quite comfortable. The location was perfect with a bakery at the corner and bikes ready to rent right outside the front door. Staff was extremely helpful giving directions and recommendations for good places to eat.

The newly decorated rooms look amazing, they are just a little small, but if you consider the air conditioning working like a dream in the 40 degrees heat when i stayed, plus a wonderful breakfast with the biggest homemade croissants and lovely service, this is possibly up there in the best hotels i stayed in Paris. highly recommend!
